Kippjalousie.
Tilting blind. The subject matter of the invention is a tilting blind, which is characterized in that it has a plurality of slats, which can be rotated at a distance from the edge on the outer side of the blind on a metal guide band at each end mounted and articulated on the other edge with at least one tape attached to a winding drum, so that the unwound lamellas are parallel to each other,
wherein an end rail with at least partially lowered blind cooperates with attachment means.
This distance from the edge located on the outer side of the blind is preferably greater than that to the other edge.
The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 is a vertical cross section through the tilting blind in the unwound state. Fig. 2 is a plan view of a lamella, where it is shown in section when connected to a pull-up tape and a guide tape.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the lower part of the tilting blind.
Fig. 4 shows in section along the line IV-IV and on a larger scale a ge articulated connection between a lamella and a guide belt, and Fig. 5 shows a section along the line VV and on an enlarged scale articulated connection between a slat and a pull-up tape.
1 denotes a winding drum, 2 denotes a drum connected to the latter for a belt, and 3 denotes the slats.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, each lamella 3 is probably at both ends, but not on the edge 3 '</ on the outermost side of the blind. B> rotatably mounted on the adjacent guide belt 7 , but at a distance A from this edge 3 '. In other words, it is the pivot < B> 5 has been moved from the outer edge 3 ' against the other edge 3 ", the distance A being greater than The distance of the pivot 5 from the edge 3 ". The lamellas 3 are on this other edge 3" hingedly connected to a mounting tape 10 attached to the winding drum 1 .
The lower ends of these mounting straps 10 are connected to a loading rail 13 . This is accommodated in an end rail 23 with a hollow, elongated and upright profile and can be moved up and down in this end rail 23 by an amount that corresponds to the tilt It is sufficient to pen the slats 3 from one end position to the other. The end rail 23 rests on a stop 17 .
One of these end positions is shown in FIG. 1; the other end position is the one in which the edge 3 ' of each of the lamellae is twisted completely against the next lower lamella 3 (counterclockwise). In the event of such a twist (on the occasion of the tightening of the winding straps), the loading rail 13 in the end rail 23 shifts upwards.
This is because it is connected to the lower ends of the pull-up tapes 10 by screws 24, with spacer sleeves 25 at the ends. Keep at a distance from the loading rail 13 and move in slots 26 in the end rail. The latter is guided at its two ends in the same rails 8 in which the pivot pins 5 of the slats 3 also run. For this purpose, guide bolts 27 are riveted to the ends of the end rail 23, , namely at the bottom, which look in the rails 8 on and ab can move.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, there is a bearing 28 for at least one end of the end rail 23 a bolt 29 that can be displaced horizontally is attached, for example soldered. If this bar 99 is pushed out, it works together with a block 30 fastened in the rail 8 to create a To prevent pulling up the tilting blind. It must then of course be covered by the lowest lamella 3 so that it is not accessible from the outside and cannot be pushed back.
2, 4 and 5 details of the articulated connection of the slats 3 with the pull-up straps 10 and the guide straps 7 shown. It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4 that the pivot pin 5 riveted to the lamella 3 is inserted into an n-shaped bearing eye 32 made from a metal strip section is introduced. At its narrowest point 32 ', each bearing eye passes through each one of the slots 33 provided in the guide straps 7 .
It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 5 that a hinge-like connection is provided between each lamella 3 and the pull-up straps 10 .
The link 34 of this hinge-like connection, which is fastened to the pull-up tapes, is formed by a Q-shaped bearing eyelet 34 made from a metal band section, which at its narrowest point 34 'through one of the slots 10 provided in the pull-up tapes 10 B> 35 passes through. The link of the connection riveted to the lamella is labeled 36 . The hinge pin of the connection is formed by a split pin 37 .
This type of connection makes it possible to replace any of the lanes of the mounted tilting blind. For this purpose, it is sufficient to remove the split pins 37 which connect this lamella with the pull-up straps and to arch the lamella in the longitudinal direction so that its pivot pins 5 are out of the bearing eyes 32 can be removed. The insertion of another lamella is done in a similar way, but of course in the opposite working order.
In addition to this advantage of easy replacement of a slat, the tilting blind described has various other advantages, including the fact that the slats can be tilted to a greater extent, and the fact that the rails 8 are closer to the window frame. or door frames who can, due to the reduced spacing between the pivot 5 and the edge 3 "* of a certain slat.
Manufacturing is cheaper due to the level of connection between the slats, the guide and the pull-up belts.
It should also be mentioned that the pull-up tapes 10 expediently have a curved cross-section, as shown in FIG. 2. On the concave side, i.e. on the one on which the tabs of the eyelets 34 are located, you can attach a tape 38 to the metal. or made of a fabric. This Deekband then covers the said rags. It can be painted in the same color as the slats 3.
