Description

Plate-shaped component. The panel-shaped component according to the present invention is formed from pieces of wood that are joined together, which are united on the joint side by a dilation layer to form a panel that can be laid.

In order to. you get a component that see with the appropriate choice of material for the wood pieces, especially for the production of parquet floors, suitable by the shrinkage and stretching of the wood pieces due to the effects of temperature and humidity is compensated by the dilation layers and thus look practically not detrimental to the The nature of the components or the floor covering.

The drawing serves as an example of a more detailed explanation of the subject of the invention.

Fig. 1 shows several compo elements in view from above and Fig. 2 shows a cross section to Fig.1.

In Fig. 1 four square covering plates A, B, C and D are drawn, which are formed equal to each other. Each plate A to D has five rows of rectangular hardwood rods 1 to 5 of equal size, which are connected to one another by a relatively thin dilatation layer 6 on the joint side. The dilatation layers 6 can z. B. be formed by glued or ver glued strips of cork or pore rubber or the like with the relevant wooden rods, or from a mass which, for.

   B. from rubber mixed with wood pulp (preferably wood fibers) can best hen or from other appropriate material; but strips of certain softwoods are also suitable, e.g. B. those made of balsa.

According to Figure 1, the drawn four facing plates A to D are placed in such a way that their wooden rods are in the longitudinal or transverse position in the overall picture, so that a corresponding pattern is given. The four panels A to D can, similar to the production of so-called small-bar adhesive parquet, be laid on any suitable base (wood, concrete, etc.) and connected to it in a known manner; the dilatation layers 6 that produce a decorative image subsequently act as anti-slip protection when walking on a floor surface formed in the manner described.

If necessary, a dilation layer connecting the same can also be provided between the four panels 1 to D so that the four panels together form a relocatable unit.

The arrangement of a dilatation layer to be glued to adjacent pieces of wood allows the use of pieces of wood with a saw cut on the joint side, which therefore does not require any further processing, which means savings in labor and material.

Of course, the shape of the pieces of wood for producing the component described can be very different, as can the shape of the component. This can also, instead of zur.Herstellung von floors, be used for other covering purposes, e.g. B. to form a wall cladding, etc. The production of the individual components can be done in a well-known manner from layered in an expedient manner and miteinan the connected large pieces that cut into correspondingly smaller pieces who the.
