Description

System for heating domestic water. In hot water systems of the flow-through type, the service water is heated when it flows through a copper pipe coil that is housed in the V-water heater cistern.

The latter is filled with water that circulates through the boiler used to generate heat. The water heater cistern filled with boiler water serves as a heat store.

The invention relates to a system for heating service water, in which the service water is heated in a heat exchanger with the hot water that is with it. With the help of a pump in the circuit from a boiler through the heat exchanger and from there back into the boiler.

The system according to the invention is characterized in that the upper part of a heat storage device is connected by a two line to the connecting line between the boiler outlet and heat exchanger inlet and the lower part of the heat storage device is connected by another branch line to the connection line between the heat exchanger outlet and Boiler inlet i -tn, is closed,

namely one of these branch # I lines via a three-way valve, by means of which it can be connected to the relevant connection line either on the pressure or on the suction side of the said pump, for the purpose that at an average 1, -:

ntnalxmengege of warm service water by closing the connection of this branch line both against the pressure and against the suction side of the pump, the inlet and outlet of water in the heat storage device can be turned off, but with a larger withdrawal volume by switching the three-way valve into the an open position causes the pump,

that hot water flows from the boiler and from the upper part of the heat exchanger device through the heat exchanger, whereby water that flows from the heat exchanger flows into the lower part of the heat storage device, while in the case of a smaller withdrawal amount by switching the three-way valve in the other open position causes the pump,

that hot water from your boiler flows partly through the heat exchanger and the other part into the upper part of the heat storage device, the corresponding amount of water flowing out of the lower part of the heat storage device together with. the one flowing out of the heat exchanger flows back into the boiler.

The accompanying drawing represents. an exemplary embodiment of the system according to the invention.

The only figure is a scheme of the plant.

In the illustrated embodiment, the heat coil 1 is arranged for the service water outside the heat storage tank 2 in a heat exchanger 8. Farm water from boiler 3 is circulated by pump 4 through the heat exchanger.

Both the pressure and the suction side of the pump are also connected to the upper part of the cistern through a three-way valve 5 and a branch line 1.6. The lower part of the same cistern is connected by a branch line 6 to the connecting line 7, through which the Water from the heat exchanger flows back into the boiler.

The water circulating through the boiler is brought to a certain temperature, for example 80 C, and this tempera ture is kept constant by automatic control of the boiler's heat generation, regardless of the amount of water flowing through the boiler.

When service water is withdrawn in the middle, the pump 4 circulates all the water heated in the boiler through the heat exchanger 8, via the connecting lines 13, 1.4 and 7. The openings 9 and 10 of the three-way valve 5 are then closed. The coil 1 is dimensioned in such a way that the boiler water is cooled from, for example, 80 ° C to 25 ° C, while the consumer water enters the pipe length 1 at 5 ° C and leaves it at 60 ° C.

If there is a small withdrawal, the boiler water running around the line is not cooled down to 25 C. The temperature in the connecting line 7 behind the heat exchanger 8 therefore tends to rise above 25 C when the withdrawal decreases. A sensor 11 attached to the connecting line 7 reacts and acts on a motor which rotates the slide in the three-way valve 5 so that the opening 9 begins to open. As a result, the amount of water flowing through the heat exchanger 8 is reduced. changes and the temperature increase in the connecting line 7 is stopped.

At the same time, part of the SO-grade water is pressed into cistern 2, where it displaces the 25-grade water in the lower part, and this runs back to the boiler and from there to the pump. The heat storage tank 2 is charged. In the case of a large withdrawal, the boiler water flowing through the heat exchanger 8 is cooled below 250 C. It reacts.

the sensor body 11 in such a way that the slide in the three-way valve 5 is rotated to the other side by means of the motor, the opening 9 first being closed and then the opening 10 gradually being opened. Here the pump sucks hot water both from the boiler 3 and from the top of the cistern 2 through the branch line 16. The heat storage tank 2 is discharged and the hot water flowing away is replaced by 25-degree water that passes through the branch line 6 of the connecting line 7 is taken.

Due to the automatic control, which works with the help of the sensing element 11, and the three-way valve 5 actuated by a motor, the temperature in the connection line 7 is always kept at or in the immediate vicinity of 25 C.

If you want a higher floor temperature in the boiler, this can easily be achieved by pressing hot water directly into the boiler via a line 12 with the aid of the pump. This amount of water is regulated with the manually adjustable valve 20.

One can also think of the sensor body 11 attached in line 15 through which the draining warm service water flows, the charging and discharging taking place in such a way that the temperature of the service water remains constant.

The amount of water flowing to the cistern when the opening 9 is fully open, with. the manually adjustable valve 17 in the line 14 and the valve 19 in the branch line 16 adjusted. The valves 18 and 19 serve the same purpose when the port 10 is fully open.

Another possibility would be for the pump to be arranged in the connecting line 7. The branch line 16 would then lead directly to the connecting line 13, 1-'i, and the three-way valve would have to be arranged in the connection between the branch line 6 and the connecting line 7 in the same way as in the example shown in the connection between the branch line 16 and the connecting line 13, 14th

In the illustrated and described exemplary embodiment, the single cistern 2 forms the heat storage device. The latter can just as well consist of two or more parallel or series-connected cisterns, which in practice can often facilitate their installation in an existing room or building.
