Description
Packaging and transport containers and methods of manufacturing the same.
The present invention relates to a packaging and transport container and to a method for producing the same.
Foils made from plastic materials that are insensitive to these chemicals have already been used for packaging chemicals, by forming saeke from the foils, which were then accommodated in corresponding sheet metal bidons. However, this method of packaging is unsatisfactory because of its inconvenience and because of the visual difficulties that arise when the bags are closed. The aforementioned disadvantages are intended to be remedied according to the invention.
The packaging and transport container according to the invention is characterized in that it has an inner lining made of a plastic film.
The inventive method for producing this packaging and transport container is that the body of the container is lined with a hose made of plastic film and the rondelle forming the bottom is covered with a corresponding film, such that when the bottom is attached by folding the edges of the Rondelle with the lower edge of the container body, the corresponding part of the film tube as well as the edge of the film covering of the ring are also folded, whereby a cover covered with polie is put on to close the completely folded container after the upper end of the film tube over the upper edge of the container body was turned back.
Preferably, a polyethylene film can be used to line the container.
An embodiment of the container according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, on the basis of which the method is also explained in more detail.
Fig. 1 shows a container in the semi-finished state, shown schematically.
Fig. 2 shows the attachment of the container bottom to the body on a larger scale, and
3 illustrates the closure of the container, also in an enlarged view.
From Fig. 1, a container, for. B. a sheet metal bidon, the cylindrical body is denoted by 1. This fuselage 1 is covered with a tube-like film 2 made of plastic material that is resistant to the chemical influences under consideration, e.g. B. made of polyethylene, lined. The length of the hose 2 is selected to be greater than the height of the container, so that the lower end of the hose also covers the folded edge 3 of the body 1. The bottom of the container consists of a washer 4 with a stepped folded edge 5, which is connected to the folded edge 3 of the body 1.
The inner surface of the washer 4 is also lined with a film 6, which is expediently inserted between the two parts in the manner shown in FIG. 1 before the washer 4 is attached to the container body. The connection itself is made by folding the edges 3 and 5, the corresponding parts of the tube 2 and the film 6 being folded along with it.
A lid 7 and a clamping ring 8 are provided for closing the container. The inner surface of the cover 7 is also covered with a film 9 which, when the cover 7 is pushed in, is clamped with its edge between the upper edge 10 of the body covered with the upper end of the film tube 2 and a sealing ring 11.
In order to protect the film along the weld seam of the trunk, the inner surface of the seam is kept as smooth as possible. For this purpose, either the nalit is expediently set off near the outside or the frame is butt-welded.
The described packaging and transport container is absolutely tight, as the bidon and the foil form a unit. Depending on the product being filled, the film is made from a correspondingly insensitive material.
