Description
Procédé de fabrication d'un béton léger destiné au revêtement de sols. La présente invention se rapporte<B>à</B> un pro <B>cédé</B> de fabrication d'un béton léger pour le revêtement de sols, et destiné notamment<B>à</B> être coulé sur des agglomérés de liège, de sciure et de ciment, caractérisépar le fait qu'on m#laiige du ciment portland blanc avec au moins des corps durs et de l'eau, de façon<B>à</B> obtenir lui béton léger.
Par exemple, on verse, dans une caisse à gâcher, quatre parties d'éléments prismati ques ou cylindriques en bois dur, deux parties d'éléments prismatiques ou cylindriques en os, quatre parties de ciment portland blanc et on mélange le tout avec une quantité d'eau limi tée de facon <B>à</B> obtenir un béton léger.
011 petit adjoindre au ciment portland blanc <B>de</B> la chaux précipitée, de la terre d'infusoire, du talc, de la silice.
L'eau de gâchage peut contenir du silicate de potasse et du silicate de soude.
Les éléments en bois dur et en os peuvent être teintés.
Le béton<B>léger</B> obtenu est destiné notam- nient <B>à</B> être coulé sur des agglomérés isolants; ceux-ci sont des prismes constitués par Lui me- 1 auge de liège,<B>de</B> sciure et de ciment ordinaire.

- REVENDICATION Procédé de fabrication d'un béton léger pour le revêtement des sols, et destiné ilotam.- nient à être coulé sur des agglomérés de liège, de sciure et de ciment, caractérisé par le fait qu'on mélange du ciment portland blanc avec au. moins des corps durs et de Peau, de facon à obtenir lui béton léger. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS: <B>1.</B> Procédé selon<B>la</B> revendication, caracté-' risé par le fait que Pon adjoint de<B>la</B> chaux précipitée au ciment portland blanc. 2.Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé, par le fait que Pon adjoint au ciment port land blanc<B>de</B> la terre d'infusoire, du talc et de la silice. <B>3.</B> Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que l'eau de gâchage contient du silicate de potasse. 4. Procédé selon la revendication, caracté- ris6 par le fait que l'eau de gâchage contient du silicate de solide. <B>5.</B> Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que les corps durs sont, au moins pour une partie, en bois.<B>6.</B> Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que les corps durs sont, au moins pour une partie, en os. <B>7.</B> Procédé selon la revendication et les sous- revendications <B>5</B> et<B>6,</B> caractérisé par le fait que les corps durs, colistitués en partie de corps en bois et en partie de corps en os, sont teiii- tés.
