Description
Robinet à boisseau foncé. La présente invention a pour objet un robinet à boisseau foncé, caractérisé en ce oue les parois des conduits du fluide sont recouvertes d'une couche protectrice de nickel et en ce que les surfaces de contact du boisseau et de la noix sont constituées par une couche d'acier inoxydable. A titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention est représentée sché matiquement, en élévation avec coupe par tielle, sur le dessin annexé. Le robinet représenté comprend un corps de robinet en fonte, en bronze ou en acier, dans le boisseau duquel est logée une noix rotative. Afin de protéger les parois des con- tuits du fluide, celles-ci sont recouvertes, par métallisation au pistolet, d'une couche protectrice cc de nickel, ayant une épaisseur d'un demi-millimètre au moins. D'autre part, pour augmenter la résis tance à l'usure des surfaces coniques de con tact du boisseau et de la noix, celles-ci sont constituées par une couche b d'acier inoxy- dable 18.8, formée par le même procédé et ayant une épaisseur minimum de trois milli- nnètres. Après sa .formation, cette couche d'acier inoxydable est soumise à un usinage. Le robinet décrit présente les mêmes avantages qu'un robinet à boisseau foncé entièrement fait en métal inoxydable, mais il est d'un prix de revient inférieur, puis qu'on peut utiliser, pour sa fabrication, un métal de prix bas tel que la fonte.
Claims (1)
- REVENDICATION Robinet à boisseau foncé, caractérisé en ce que les parois des conduits du fluide sont recouvertes d'une couche protectrice de nickel et en ce que les surfaces de contact du bois seau et de la noix sont constituées par une couche d'acier inoxydable. SOUS-REVENDICATION: Robinet selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ledit acier inoxydable est du type connu sous la désignation 18.8.
