Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 261125. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren Polyazofarbstoffes. (legenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren Polyazofarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Tetrazo- verbindung von 1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxy-benzoyl- amino)
- 4 - aininobenzol - 3 - carbonsäure einer seits mit 1 Mol 1- (4'-Amino-phenyl) -3-methyl- 5-pyrazolon und anderseits mit 1 Mol 2-(4'- Amino-betizoylamino) - 5-oxy - napht.halin-7-sul- fonsäure kuppelt.
Der erhaltene neue Disazofarbstoff stellt ein dunkelbraunes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser und in konz. Schwefelsäure mit rot- stiehig brauner Farbe löst und Fasern von Baumwolle und Zellwolle nachgekupfert in braunen Tönen von sehr guter Nass- und Lichtechtheit färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 28,7 Teile 1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxy-benzoyl- amirio)-4-amino-benzol-3-carbonsäure werden in 400 Teilen Wasser mit 8 Teilen Natron lauge kalt gelöst, mit<B>13,8</B> Teilen Natrium nitrit vermischt und in der Kälte unter Rüh ren auf 40 Teile konz. Salzsäure und 80 Teile Wasser aufgetropft. Nach dem Abstumpfen der überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit Natrium- bicarbonat vereinigt man die Tetrazoverbin- dung mit 18,9 Teilen 1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3- methyl.-5-pyrazolon,
gelöst in 200 Teilen Was ser und 20 Teilen Natriumbicarbonat. Zum Zwischenprodukt lässt man alsdann eine wäs serige Lösung von 35,8 Teilen 2-(4'-Amino- benzoylainino)5-oxy-naphthalin-7-sulfonsäure, 20 Teilen Soda und 150 Teilen Pyridin fliessen. Nach mehrstündigem Rühren bei Raumtempe ratur wird der gebildete Disazofarbstoff der Formel

The process is characterized in that 1 mol of the tetrazo compound of 1- (3'-amino-4'-oxy-benzoyl-amino)
- 4 - aininobenzene - 3 - carboxylic acid on the one hand with 1 mol of 1- (4'-aminophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone and on the other hand with 1 mol of 2- (4'-aminobetizoylamino) - 5-oxy - naphth.halin-7-sulphonic acid couples.
The new disazo dye obtained is a dark brown powder which is dissolved in water and in conc. Sulfuric acid dissolves with a reddish brown color and stains fibers of cotton and staple viscose after copper in brown shades of very good wet and light fastness.
<I> Example: </I> 28.7 parts of 1- (3'-amino-4'-oxy-benzoyl-amirio) -4-amino-benzene-3-carboxylic acid are dissolved in 400 parts of water with 8 parts of sodium hydroxide solution Dissolved cold, mixed with <B> 13.8 </B> parts of sodium nitrite and concentrated in the cold with stirring to 40 parts. Hydrochloric acid and 80 parts of water were added dropwise.
