Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        kupferhaltigen        Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhal  tigen     Disazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch     gekennzeichnet,    dass man 1     Mol        tetra-          zotiertes        4,4'-Dianiino-3,3'-dimetlioxy-diphenyl     in beliebiger Reihenfolge nacheinander mit  1     blol        1-Ox5--naphtlialin-3,

  8-disulfonsäure    und  1     Mol        2-(4'-Aeetyl-amino-3'-sulfo-diplienyl-          amino)-5-oxz--naplithalin-7-sulfonsäuire    kup  pelt und den erhaltenen     Disa-ofarbstoff    mit       kupferabgebenden    Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue Farbstoff stellt. ein  dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit  blauer Farbe löst und     Cellulosefasern    in sehr       gut        lieliteehten    blauen Tönen färbt.  



       Beispiel:     Zu der     Zwischenverbindung    aus 24,4 Tei  len     tetrazotiertem        o-Dianisidin    und 30,4 Tei  len     1-Oxy-naphthalin-3,8-disulfonsäure    wird  eine     sodaalkalisehe    Lösung von 52,8 Teilen 2  (4'-Aeetylamino-3'-sulfo-dipheriylamino)     -5-          oxy-naphtlialin-7-sulfonsäure    zulaufen gelas  sen und bis zur Beendigung der Parbstoffbil-         dang    gerührt.

   Der     Disazofarbstoff    wird in  üblicher Weise mit     Kupferoxydammoniak-          lösung    durch Erhitzen auf 90 bis 95  während  30 Stunden in den Kupferkomplex überge  führt. Er stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das  sieh in Wasser mit blauer Farbe löst und       Cellulosefasern    in sehr gut lichtechten blauen  Tönen färbt.
