Process for the manufacture of electric motors. The present invention relates to a method by means of which strong and resistant stators for electric motors can be produced at relatively low cost.
The method according to the invention for the manufacture of electric motors, in which the stator has a laminated core, which has recesses on the outer circumference for inserting preformed windings and which is fastened in a laminated sleeve after the windings have been inserted, is characterized in that the laminations for the sleeve, the lamellas for the core are produced simultaneously with a single punching tool, namely through an outer, circular cut, an inner, circular cut and a middle cut which separates the core lamella from the sleeve lamella,
whereby core lamellae with a circular, inner periphery and deeply toothed, outer periphery and sleeve lamellae with a circular, outer periphery and weakly toothed, inner periphery arise, the tooth tips of the core lamellae being limited by the tooth gaps of the sleeve lamellae, that the sleeve consists of these sleeve lamellas and the core are composed of these core lamellas, and finally by changing the outer diameter of the core and the inner diameter of the sleeve relative to each other through heat treatment, whereupon the one with the)
Vieklungen provided core and the sleeve with opposing teeth pushed into each other and firmly connected to each other by equalizing the temperature.
An example of the inventive method is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It concerns the production of a Statörs for the electric motor of a submersible electrically driven pump.
1 of the drawings shows a punched sheet metal on which the cutting lines to be made by the punching tool are drawn in with a dashed line.
Fig.2 shows the shape of the lamellas from which the sleeve is constructed.
Figure 3 shows the shape of the lamellas from which the core is constructed.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged partial view illustrating the mutual position between the sleeve and the core during the shrinking of the sleeve onto the core of the expansion of the core in the sleeve.
5 is a vertical section through the stator onto which a housing is shrunk or in which housing the stator has been expanded.
FIG. 6 shows a cross section through the one shown in FIG. Stator.
The stator shown in the drawings consists of two individually manufactured parts; namely a tubular inner core, which is generally designated by A, and an outer sleeve, which is generally designated by B.
The core A and the sleeve B are made up of sheet metal lamellas, which are combined to the corresponding parts and riveted together.
The allfball of the core imd to the construction of the sleeve lamellae are simultaneously made in one piece by means of a punching tool which cuts along the dash-dotted lines shown in FIG.
The annular lamellas 20 of the core A are smooth and circular on the inside, with relatively deep incisions 201 and with teeth 202 on the outside. The lamellae B intended for the construction of the sleeve also have the shape of ring-shaped stamped pieces, the outer contour of which is smooth and circular and the inner contour of which has flat teeth 212 and flat incisions 211 in between, the teeth of the sleeve B corresponding to the incisions 201 Opposite core.
The inner ends of the teeth 212 of the Hül senlamelle 21 lie on a circle whose diameter is slightly smaller than the circumference do the teeth 202 of the core lamellae 20.
When the lamellas 20 are united to form the core A and riveted together, the incisions of the lamellas 20 form a plurality of grooves or incisions 203 arranged along the core, which are intended to receive the preformed coils 22 of the stator winding.
After the lamellae 20 to the core; A are joined together, the core A is turned to a diameter which is only slightly larger than the above-mentioned circle on which the inner ends of the sleeve teeth 212 lie, that is, the core is brought to a diameter with a hole of the inner circle diameter of the sleeve results in a shrink fit.
If the preformed coils 22 are laid in the grooves 203, they are secured in the grooves in that holding pieces 23 made of fiber are pushed into the groove ends. These have inclined sides 231 which rest on correspondingly inclined surfaces 204 of the core teeth 202, so that these fiber pieces 23 are wedged in the holding position.
To assemble the sleeve and the core, the sleeve B is heated to such an extent that it can be pushed over the core A. The heads of the core teeth 202 are opposite the heads of the sleeve teeth 212, so that after cooling, the sleeve B is shrunk onto the core and forms a unit with it.
Finally, an outer housing made of corrosion-resistant material, for example brass, is shrunk onto the sleeve B, and the coils 22 are impregnated with an electrically insulating, water-impermeable compound.
Instead of shrinking the sleeve onto the core, the core can be cooled down so much. that the resulting contraction of the core allows it to be pushed into the sleeve. When the core warms up again to the temperature of the sleeve, it expands and presses itself firmly into the sleeve. Thereby the sleeve and the core are connected to one another in the desired manner.
In the same way, the housing 24 could not be shrunk onto the sleeve, but the stator could be cooled, pushed into the housing and then expanded by temperature compensation and pressed into the housing.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the production of electric motors for submersible pumps, the electric motors produced according to the invention can also be intended for other purposes.
