Description

Erde- uII - sl - 11 (l/2)- 1 - 2 -usw. - Spannung.

usw.

Shaft arrangement with at least one relay chain. The invention relates to an arrangement with at least one relay chain, as is often used in telecommunications and remote control technology and in related technical fields as a selector, memory element, pulse generator and the like. Such relay chains are already known in large numbers, in particular special chain circuits are known which have only one relay per switching stage.

In all of these arrangements, however, several Hills relals and several contacts of each chain relals were required for the step-by-step control of the chain circuit itself. As a result, there were no longer enough contacts available for the switching tasks to be carried out in the individual switching stages, and a special switching relay had to be provided for each switching stage, which was controlled by the assigned chain relay.

Another disadvantage often associated with the known chain circuits is that the switching times of the relays are subject to severe, restrictive conditions.

The invention is based on the object of enabling a derailleur circuit that requires a minimum amount of switching means for its control and, in particular, does not need to meet any special conditions with regard to the relay dwell times and still ensures absolutely safe work. The invention relates to an arrangement whose relay chain is seen ver with only one chain relay per Schaltstuie and with group division of the chain relay into such even and odd ordinal numbers.

In order to enable such a chain circuit to keep the cost of auxiliary relays and especially relay contacts as low as possible, according to the invention, the control of the chain relays takes place gradually, apart from the pulse relay, with the help of a single control relay and a single changeover contact each Chain relay in such a way that one winding of both relay groups is alternately applied to one voltage pole through the control relay, while the other voltage pole is connected to one side of the changeover contacts connected in series, with this contact chain being gradually broken up. one after the other on the other side of these windings of the individual chain relays.

In order to be able to fulfill the various Sehalt tasks in the control of a relay chain, namely excitation of the own relay, switching on a holding circuit, preparation of the excitation of the next relay, switching off the previous relay, through this single switching contact of a chain relay used as a control contact, is the d Contact chain is expediently arranged in such a way that the individual chain contacts are connected in series across their frame side and the last contact of the chain is connected to the excitation winding of its own chain relay,

and that each individual chain contact also closes the excitation circuit of the next chain relay and a holding circuit for its own chain relay when it is switched to the working position, while at the same time it interrupts its own excitation circuit and, if necessary, the holding circuit of the preceding chain relay.

If one assumes, for example, that relays of the type customary in telephony technology are used in the chain circuit, which can be equipped with a maximum of six contacts, then there are five contacts for each chain relay for Execution of other switching tasks available. However, this number is sufficient to cope with the switching tasks to be met by a relay selector without the aid of additional auxiliary relays.

Two embodiments of the subject matter of the inven- tion are to be given below. of the figures are described in more detail. Here, FIG. 1 shows the basic circuit diagram of a chain circuit and FIG. 2 shows an application example in the form of a relay selector for receiving several pulse trains.

First, the circuit arrangement of FIG. 1 will be explained in terms of its structure and its effect. As can be seen from the circuit diagram, the relays of the chain circuit are divided into such even (II-X) and uneven (I-IX) ordinal numbers and the excitation windings 1-2 of the relays of each G'rappe with one end to one of two busbars g or u connected.

With a1I, the pulse contact of the pulse relay A is referred to, through which alternately for pulses of even and odd numbers, earth is connected to the respective busbar via the changeover contact J. On the other side of the excitation windings of the individual chain relays, negative voltage is applied via a contact chain consisting of sequential switchover contacts 1-10 , one after the other according to the contact chain circuit one chain relay each.

The control relay S is connected to one of the two busbars, here g, , that after the pulse contact drops out at the end of each odd-numbered pulse, it passes over to the next even-numbered one In the pulse prepared chain relay II-X responds with an even ordinal number, the chain relay initially receiving fault current and holding it during the following pulse until aII returns to its rest position.

The switching operations of the arrangement according to FIG. 1 develop in detail as follows. The A-RelaiG (Fig. La) is the receiving relay for the control pulses.

With the first impulse, relay A attracts its armature, which is excited by relay I via the following circuit: 1. Earth - oIl < I> - sl - 1 (1/2) - 1 - 2 - etc. to 10, wl, voltage, relay I changes the contact 1 when it responds, which closes a circuit for the holding winding 1 (3/4) before it closes its own excitation winding from the negative pole on the contact chain. The holding circuit is as follows: 2. Earth-w2-1 (3/4) -1-2 etc. to 10 - wl - Tension.

When the pulse has ended, A drops out and the control relay S responds via 3. Earth-aII-S (l / 2) - II etc. - tension.

The relay S is so high-resistance that the relay II in this circuit cannot yet respond. The relay S prepares a holding circuit with contact sII via its winding 5/6 and switches the contact sl. As soon as A is pressed again, relay II responds in the following circuit: 4. Earth - uII - sl - < / I> 11 (l / 2) - 1 - 2 -etc. - tension.

  Relay II stops after it has addressed 5. Earth - w3 - 11 (3/4) < B> - 2 - 3 etc., - voltage. During the duration of this even-numbered pulse, the relay S stays above 6. earth - al - sII - S (5/6) - voltage.

With the excitation of relay II, the holding circuit 2) for relay I was also separated by moving contact 2, so that relay I drops out. If relay A returns to the rest position after the impulse has ended, relay S can no longer hold and drops out. The next impulse thus reaches the left busbar again and the relay 111 connected to it in preparation. - The game repeats itself with the following impulses until the relay marked by the impulse number is reached. The release of the chain and its return to the rest position is not shown here.

It can take place in a wide variety of ways, for example by opening a contact that was closed during the occupancy time at the beginning of the contact chain.

The working sequence is: 1.1 Pulse relay A responds, relay I is excited, 1..2 pulse relay A drops out, relay S is excited, relay 1 held, 2.1 pulse relay A responds, relay II is excited, relay 1 drops out, relay 8 </ B > held, 2.2 pulse relay A drops out, relay S drops out, relay II held, 3.1 pulse relay A speaks on, relay 111 is excited, relay II drops out, 3. 2 pulse relays A drops out, relay S < / I> is energized, relay III held,

etc. This working principle makes it possible to use the described relay chain for latching point selectors, which are capable of receiving two or more series of pulses. In the case of two pulse series, for example, relay X reached by the number 0 can be used as a stop position, i.e. if you continue dialing, relay X will switch another chain in the same way as described above.

In this way, 19 selections can be achieved, namely the digits 1 - 9 and 01 - 00. If you want the voter for several voting points. and avoid calling numbers with different numbers of digits, the arrangement according to FIG. 2 described later can be used.

The relay chain circuit just described can be operated not only as an externally controlled chain, but also as a self-running chain and is therefore also suitable as a search selector. For this purpose it is only necessary to connect the connection points marked with 1 and 2, i.e. the relay S has to be permanently connected to earth and the connection 3-4 in the holding circuit of the S relay. The relay A then serves as an incentive relay and the chain circuit starts when aII is switched to the working position. Contact aII must then remain in this situation.

Relay S is short-circuited via an even-numbered relay via a1I and sI after it has been excited; the resulting drop delay is large enough to safely make the assigned even chain relay respond during this time.

The chain can also be shut down at any switching step that can be selected, for example by separating the busbar between the connection points of two relays or by actuating the relay A via a common test circuit and Contacts of the chain relay in such a way that it is brought to waste when the marked point is reached, as shown in Fig. La.

The mentioned connections 1 = 2 and 3-4 can of course also be contacts of any kind of relay, so that the chain circuit can optionally also be operated in one way or the other, similar to a so-called dual mode selector.

If one wants to expand the voter for several electoral levels and thereby. me phone numbers. If you use the same number of digits, you can train the selector in such a way that the relays are divided into groups, in such a way that a first chain connection of 2-10 relays as a tens selector prepares the selection of the ones, and that corresponding additional relay chains in groups of 10 relays each form the singles, one of which is selected by dialing the tens, which then processes the second series of impulses. Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 2.

This arrangement is based on the same circuit as in FIG. 1; only the control relay S is arranged somewhat differently here in order to show a further circuit possibility. An auxiliary relay _U 'is required for' switching from tens to single chain ', while the actual auxiliary relay S required for chain control is only available once, i.e. it is used jointly for all chain connections.

The Relaig V also shown is the delay relay that is present in such selector circuits to prevent testing during the setting process. It is only used here at the same time to throw off the control relay at the end of the first series of current impulses, if this has brought the selector into a position in which the relay S is excited.

In the example shown, the chain relays of the decimal selector ZW with the letters K, L etc., those of the singles, of which only the decimal relay K is assigned and partially shown, with the Roman - see digits marked IX. The first digit selected, for example a 1, causes the relay K to be energized and held in the same way as already described in the first example for the relay I.

While each relay there had a holding winding directly connected to earth and the control relay S was in series with the exciter windings of the even-numbered chain relays, the control relay S is in the common Branch of all.Haltestromkreise laid and therefore designed to be low-resistance.

When relay A is excited for the first time, relay K and relay U are also made to respond via earth - a- k '# - < B> 11 ' - UI - voltage. Relay _U creates, by short-circuiting its second winding TJII, a drop-out delay that bridges the pulse pauses and, with its contact u # ', bridges the series connection of contacts k ", l" of the first relay chain, so that during the first pulse series remains attracted.

The actuated contacts ul, uIII and uIV prevent the ones relay chains from being influenced during the reception of the first series of pulses. At the same time, the relay, V, was also excited, which with its contact v cancels the short circuit of the relay. S for the duration of a series of pulses. The way the chain works is similar to that described above.

When A is addressed for the first time, IK is excited, represented by holding itself above K 3/4 after k 'is switched; S is still short-circuited via a "at this point. At the end of the first impulse, <speaks B> S switches its contact s, where it is excited by relay L "which in turn closes its holding circuit by switching contact l ' and disconnects K and Sab. The next chain relay is then excited via u ... and so on.

At the end of the first series of pulses, relay TJ drops out, thereby separating the decimal selector from the pulse pulse circuit. Assuming that the first series of impulses consisted of only one impulse, the relay K in the selector ZW would have been excited. Via k ... , the assigned single selector has been prepared for receiving the second series of impulses.

At the beginning of this series of pulses, the relay U cannot be re-energized because its 'excitation current circuit at contact Y' is interrupted. The setting of the singles voter is otherwise carried out in the same way as that of the decoder.
