Description

  

  Verfahren     zur        Herstellung        eines        ehromierbaren        MonoazofarbstofFes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     chromier-          baren        Monoazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-phenol-4-n-propylsulfon    mit     1-Ace-          tylamino-7-naphthol    vereinigt.  



  Der Chromkomplex des erhaltenen neuen  Farbstoffes stellt ein blauschwarzes Pulver  dar, das Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach  saurem Bade in     grauen    Tönen von sehr guter  Wasch-,     Walk-,    Seewasser- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.    <I>Beispiel:

  </I>  21,5 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-n-propylsulfon     werden in 200 Teilen Wasser mit 17,5     Teilen          konz.    Salzsäure bei 0-5  mit einer Natrium  nitritlösung (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen     NaNOz          100%)        diazotiert.        Die        Diazoverbindung        wird     dann mit     Natriumbikarbonat    neutralisiert und  bei 0-5  in eine     Lösung    von 21,1 Teilen       1-Acetylamino-7-naphthol    in 200 Teilen Was  ser     und    4,

  2     Teilen        Nati@iumhydroxyd    und 15  Teilen Natriumkarbonat gegossen. Nachdem  die     Farbstoffbildung    beendet ist, wird kurz  auf 80  erwärmt, mit     Kochsalz    versetzt und  der Niederschlag     abfiltriert.     



  Der Chromkomplex des Farbstoffes kann  erhalten werden,     indem    man obigen Farbstoff    in noch feuchtem Zustand in 300 Teilen Was  ser mit -einer Lösung von     chromsalicylsaurem     Ammonium (entsprechend 4,2 Teilen     Cr203)     so lange zum Sieden erhitzt, bis die Komplex  bildung beendet ist. Nach dem Erkalten ist  der     chromhaltige        Farbstoff    weitgehend ausge  fallen. Er     wird        abfiltriert        und    getrocknet.

   Zur  Erzielung einer     einwandfreien    Löslichkeit       wird        40        %        des        Gewichtes        an        wasserfreier        Soda          und        10%        eines        Dispergiermittels        zugemischt.     Der     Farbstoff    stellt ein     blauschwarzes    Pulver  dar, das     Wolle    aus neutralem oder schwach  saurem Bade in grauen Tönen von sehr guter  Wasch-, Walk-,

   Seewasser- und Lichtechtheit  färbt.
