Description

  

  Etikett.    Vorliegende Erfindung hat ein Etikett  zum Gegenstand, dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass es aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das  derart biegsam ist, dass es eine Form, in die  es gebogen     wird,    beibehält.  



  Das Etikett kann aus einem Doppelpapier,  in das ein biegsamer Draht eingelegt ist, oder  auch aus dünnem Metallblech verfertigt sein.  Die beiliegenden Zeichnungen zeigen zur  besseren Verständlichkeit einige beispielsweise  Ausführungsformen des Etiketts nach der       Erfindung.     



  Die     Fig.    1 und 2 zeigen ein Ausgangs  material, bei dem zwei Papier- bzw. Karton  bänder 1, 2     gegeneinandergelegt    sind und  zwischen diesen ein flacher biegsamer Metall  draht 3     eingelegt        (Aluminium,    Messing, Eisen  usw.) ist. Die zwei Bänder sind     aneinander-          geleimt,    so dass auch der Draht zwischen  ihnen fest angeordnet ist.  



       Aiis    diesem Streifen     sind    die verschiede  nen Zettel geschnitten, wie dies in     Fig.    2 ge  zeigt ist, wobei die einzelnen Etikette gleich  zeitig den gewünschten Wortlaut tragen.  



  Jedes Etikett kann verschiedene Formen  aufweisen, die in den     Fig.    3, 4, 5 und 6 dar  gestellt sind; die in     Fig.    6 dargestellte Form  ist insbesondere für Warenzeichen geeignet.  Wenn das     Etikett    z. B. zur     Preisanzeige    von       Gegenständen    dienen soll, auf welchem es       muffenartig    angebracht werden muss, ist der  Schnitt so ausgeführt, dass ein Vorsprung 4  entsteht     (Fig.    7), der, wie in     Fig.    8 darge  stellt, umgebogen wird.

      Dieser Vorsprung 4 kann auch in     einem'     Schlitz 5 eingeführt werden,     wie    dies in den       Fig.    9 und 10 dargestellt ist.  



  Das Ende des Drahtes 3 kann auch her  vorragen     (Fig.    11 und 12) und zugespitzt als       Haltesteeknadel    dienen.  



  Wenn .das Ende des Drahtes 3 kürzer ge  halten ist, kann es als Klammer dienen, wie  dies in der     Fig.    13 dargestellt ist. Die zwei  Enden des Etiketts können auch durch eine  Hafte 6 miteinander verbunden sein, wie dies  in     Fig.    14 dargestellt ist, oder indem das  Ende 4     zurückgebogen    und gefaltet wird,       wie    dies in     Fig.    15 und 16 dargestellt ist.  



       Fig.    17 zeigt ein Etikett, auf das z. B. ein  Preiszettel aufgeklebt ist.  



  In     Fig.    18 ist ein Zettel dargestellt,     dessen     Vorsprung 4 aufgerollt ist,     um        zylindrisehe     Gegenstände aufnehmen zu können (wie z. B.  Bleistifte oder Federhalter).  



  In den     Fig.    19, 20, 21 ist dargestellt, wie  es möglich ist, das Etikett zu biegen, um es  ohne an einen Gegenstand anzuheften brau  chen zu     können.  



  Label. The present invention has for its object a label, characterized in that it is made of a material which is flexible in such a way that it retains a shape into which it is bent.



  The label can be made from double paper with a flexible wire inserted, or from thin sheet metal. The accompanying drawings show some exemplary embodiments of the label according to the invention for better understanding.



  1 and 2 show a starting material in which two paper or cardboard strips 1, 2 are placed against each other and between these a flat flexible metal wire 3 is inserted (aluminum, brass, iron, etc.). The two straps are glued together so that the wire is also firmly arranged between them.



       Aiis this strip, the various NEN notes are cut, as shown in Fig. 2 GE shows, the individual labels at the same time carry the desired wording.



  Each label can have different shapes, which are shown in Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6 is; the shape shown in Fig. 6 is particularly suitable for trademarks. If the label z. B. to display the price of objects on which it must be attached like a sleeve, the section is designed so that a projection 4 is formed (Fig. 7), which, as shown in Fig. 8 Darge, is bent.

      This projection 4 can also be inserted into a slot 5, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10.



  The end of the wire 3 can also protrude (FIGS. 11 and 12) and, with a pointed tip, serve as a holding needle.



  If the end of the wire 3 is kept shorter, it can serve as a clamp, as shown in FIG. The two ends of the label can also be connected to one another by a clip 6, as shown in FIG. 14, or by the end 4 being bent back and folded, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16.



       Fig. 17 shows a label on which e.g. B. a price label is stuck on.



  FIG. 18 shows a slip of paper, the projection 4 of which is rolled up in order to be able to pick up objects close to a cylinder (such as pencils or pens).



  19, 20, 21 show how it is possible to bend the label in order to be able to use it without sticking it to an object.

Claims

Claim: Label, characterized in that it is made of a material that is so pliable that it retains a shape into which it is bent. SUBClaims: 1. Label according to claim, characterized in that the said material consists of at least one paper strip on which a wire is attached in its longitudinal direction. 2. Label according to claim, characterized in that one of its ends is elongated ver by a bent back projection. 3.

Label according to dependent claim 2, characterized in that said projection engages in a slot provided in the other end of the label. 4. Label according to claim, characterized in that the two ends are attached to one another by a clamp. 6. Label according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that said wire .hervor emerges from one end of the paper strip and the two ends of the strip are attached to one another as a clamp.

6. Label according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the wire protrudes from one end of the paper strip and is intended to serve as a holding pin. 7. Label as in claim, characterized in that it is made of flexible sheet metal.
