Description
Panel for building purposes The present invention relates to a panel for building purposes, e.g. B. a formwork panel, which consists of several wooden longitudinal parts connected to one another by dowels and is covered at the front edges by rails.
According to the invention, the rails delimiting the end faces of the plate have a C-shaped profile, engage with the opposing leg ends in grooves parallel to the front edge of the plate and are screwed into the between the edges parallel to the fibers. [, 'Profiles are held in place by hanging tabs.
The accompanying drawing shows an example of an embodiment. a plate according to the invention, namely: in Fig. 1 in plan view, in Fig. 2 in section along line AB of Fig. 1 on an enlarged scale compared to Fig. 1, in Fig. 3 in section along line CD the Fig. 1, on the same scale.
Furthermore, FIG. 4 shows a side flap in an oblique view, FIG. 5 shows the end of a profile rail in a view, FIG. 6 shows the corner of a plate in a plan view, on an enlarged scale compared to FIG. The panel shown, in the present case a formwork panel, consists of wooden boards 1 which are joined to one another along the length and which are connected on the sides facing one another with the aid of embedded dowels 2.
The front sides of the boards 1 are covered by pro filschienen 7 C -shaped cross-section, which, as can be seen from Fig. 2, engage with their opposing leg ends 3 in grooves of the boards 1 parallel to the front edge. There is no other connec tion between the profile rails 7 and the boards 1. On the fiber-parallel edges of the outer boards 1 tabs 8 are screwed at the corners, which hold the profile rail 7 between them. The tabs 8 are U-shaped.
The II-legs 9 are cut out at the ends facing the profile rail 7, and the tabs 8 have at the ends perpendicular extensions 10 which have lugs 11 on. The extensions 10 have such a width that they can be inserted between the legs of the C-profile housing which have windows 12 on the back for the purpose of engaging the lugs 11, as can be seen from FIG. 5. This has the advantage that the swelling is equalized on both sides.
