Shooting device on a weaving machine, in which the hammer is releasably attached. The invention relates to a shooting device on a weaving machine, in which the hammer is releasably attached and drives the shooter under the action of an energy store generating the impact force after a lock is released.
The invention consists in that the hammer is attached to a rotation axis by means of a clamp connection, which transmits the torque generated by the memory by sticking.
In upper impact chairs it is known to attach a plate to the impact shaft, which has a U-shaped groove into which the end of the hammer is inserted and clamped Festge. These plates have the disadvantage that they are relatively large and therefore take up a lot of space.
For weaving machines with rapier shuttle, it is known to see the hammer with square holrung and a torsion bar spring as the axis of rotation at the end with a square. With the high accelerations or decelerations and large forces that occur when shooting down the eye protection and when braking the Sehlagvorriehtung, the connecting organs are highly stressed, and since the force direction also changes several times within a work cycle, a connection with square or wedge has the disadvantage that they are with. the time is knocked out, which changes the position of the hammer to the shooter.
If the hammer is swiveled back too far, the result is. a game between the striker and the shooter, who are normally supposed to lie against each other. This game causes knocks and noise. If the hammer is swiveled back too little, the delivery of the vision device is disturbed and possibly the shooter and the hammer. damaged.
The worn-out connecting parts cannot be eliminated by mending them, but only by replacing them. Both parts of the connection must be renewed. will.
Clamp connections are known to see. Their use for the transmission of the considerable, suddenly occurring forces in hammer levers was countered by the concern that a relatively rapid displacement of the hammer lever relative to the axis of rotation was to be expected and that too frequent readjustment of the hammer lever would therefore be necessary, whereby the Downtime of the loom would increase.
However, this has turned out to be a mistake, so that the advantage of the clamp connection, that it cannot be knocked out, comes into its own.
In addition, if there is also a small shift, this always takes place in the sense of play between the striker. and guards, so that the aforementioned disruption and possible damage to the visual pin and riflemen is excluded. In addition, the Klemmver connection can be designed so that this game by loosening the connection, readjusting the hammer and tightening the connec tion can be eliminated in the shortest possible time without replacing any parts.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 the shuttle hammer device with the clamped hammer lever on a rapier shuttle weaving machine, FIG. 2 the clamping connection on a larger scale, FIG. 3 a diagram of the change in the forces to be transmitted through the clamping connection, Fug. 4 and 5 further versions of the clamp connection.
In the housing 1 of the beating device, which is attached to the frame of the weaving machine in a manner not shown, the hollow shaft 2 is mounted on the outside in the bearings 3 and carries the hammer 4, which is connected to the link 6 at the upper end by means of the pin 5. The handlebar 6 comprises the striker 7, which is arranged on the slide 8. The sliding piece 8 runs on the rail 9 which is firmly attached to the housing 1. The head 10 of the striker 7 rests on the rear end of the shooter 11, which is still in the shooter lifter 12 in the firing position.
The guide teeth 13, which are fastened with the reed 14 on the drawer 15, form the Schüt zenbahn when the drawer 15 is in its rearward position associated with the insertion of the weft thread. Storage and drive of the drawer 15 are assumed to be known and are omitted.
At the lower end of the hammer 4, the sleeve 17 is provided as a clamp connection, which is used for releasable attachment of the hammer 4 on the shaft 2 and is tightened with means of the visual screws 18. Wave 2 eats hollow; Inside is the torsion bar spring 19, which has toothed grooves 20 at both ends. For the left end, the mating teeth inside the axis of rotation 2 and for the right end in the flange 21 attached to the housing 1 is incorporated. In the middle of the hollow shaft 2, the lever arm 22 is provided, which is connected to the handlebar 24 of the support joint 24, 25 by means of the Bol zens 23. The double lever 25 rotates around that on the housing. 1 pivot axis 26.
The upper arm is connected to the handlebar 24 by means of the bolt 27, the lower arm to the brake piston 29 by means of the bolt 28. The double lever 25 also carries the roller 31, which works together with the cam disk 32 on the shaft 33. The shaft 33 is driven via the drive wheel 34 in a manner not shown further from the main shaft of the weaving machine, which is connected to the drive motor via a coupling, so that the shaft 33 makes one rotation per weft insertion. The remaining parts of the weaving machine are omitted as not belonging to the invention. In the support position, the support joint 24, 25 is held by the locking lever 37, which is keyed onto the shaft 38. The shaft 38 is in a position on the housing 1.
Mounted bearing 39 and is actuated by a control device for triggering the firing of the shooter 11.
The. Operation is as follows: When the cam 32 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 40, the upper arm of the lever 25 is pushed to the right and the lever arm 22 is pushed upwards until the support joint 24, 25 over the connecting line 64 (Fig. 1) of the bolt 23 and the pivot 26 is brought out into the illustrated support position. In this situation lies. the lever 25 on both arms of the locking lever 37.
By lifting the lever arm 22, the shaft 2 has been rotated counterclockwise ge. At the same time with. the axis of rotation 2, the left end of the torsion bar spring 19 has been twisted. Because the right end of the bar spring 19 is clamped in the flange 21 in a rotationally fixed manner, the rotation of the rotary collar 2 not only moves the hammer 4 into the left end position, the Absehu past position. brought, but also the bar spring 19 serving as an energy storage device is tensioned.
As soon as the lock 41 of the Noeken- see disk 32 releases the roller 31, the support joint 24, 25 can be triggered by turning the shaft 38 or the locking lever 37 counterclockwise by the upper arm of the locking lever 37 zening the joint with the bolt 27 pushes to the left until the bolt 27 is so far left of the connecting line 64 that the support joint 24, 25 can collapse.
If the support joint 24, 25 is triggered, the impact stored in the torsion bar 19 is free. The shaft 2 is driven clockwise with great acceleration. The impact force is transmitted from the torsion bar 19 to the axis of rotation 2 and via the clamping piece 17 from the axis of rotation 2 to the hammer lever 4. The striker 7 drives the shooter 11 to the right through the guide teeth 13 and the weft thread captured by the thread clamp 42 of the shooter 11 is pulled through the compartment. The lever 25 and thus all moving parts of the impact device are, shortly before the hammer 4 reached its right end position, braked abge by the brake piston 29.
At the clamping point, the hollow shaft can have 2 longitudinal stranded wires. The relevant end of the shaft 2 becomes resilient through these slots, and when the sleeve 17 is clamped, the relevant part of the shaft 2 is pressed firmly onto the toothing 20.
In Fig. 2 the clamping connection of the Sehlag lever 4 is on a larger scale Darge provides. Play in the toothing 20 of the rod spring 19 and the axis of rotation 2 has no effect on the correct position of the hammer 4 relative to the shooter 11, since this position is determined by the support joint 24, 25 and the locking piece 37. In the diagram according to FIG. 3, the torques to be transmitted during a working cycle from one weft thread insertion to the next are entered as ordinates, for example, from the clamping connection between the outer circumference of the shaft 2 and the bore of the sleeve 17 of the hammer lever 4.
Before the launch, between points e and a, after the torsion bar spring 19 has been tensioned. and from the shaft 2 and the support joint 24, 25 is kept tensioned GE, only the toothing 20 between the end of the torsion bar spring and the hollow shaft 2 is loaded; however, the clamping connection of the sleeve 17 is completely relieved and has no torque to be transmitted at this point in time.
However, as soon as the support joint 24, 25 is pushed through to the left by the locking lever 37 for firing the shooter, the torsion bar spring expands and accelerates via the grooved teeth 20, the shaft 2 and now via the clamping connection the hammer 4. This increases by detention: the torque to be transmitted frictionally when firing at point a (Fig. 3) very steeply from 0 to the maximum, around the value again at b. To reach 0. Thereafter, the speed of the hammer 4 is rapidly decelerated by the brake 29, 30.
Therefore, there is now a delay torque in the clamping connection that lies below the -zero line in FIG. 3, which from b a.uLs also becomes 0 via a maximum in c. At point c, the hammer 4 is stationary and the rod spring is relaxed. This is followed by the transfer of the hammer from the current end position on the right into the left end position for the launch. This is brought about by the cam disk 32.
First. the hammer is to be accelerated to point d and from .d to e the hammer is decelerated, whereby the amount of the maximum torque during this time. is a fraction of the maxima between a and c. From e on, all parts are in the position they were in before being shot.
3 shows not only the sudden stress with the high acceleration forces between point a and point c, but also the multiple changes in the direction of these forces within a shot game, which can easily cause a game in wedge connections by striking out.
In Fig. 4, the torsion bar 45 itself serves as the axis of rotation of the hammer 4, the lower end, the eye 46, is clamped against the flange 47 of the rod 45 by means of the nut 48, so that the impact force of the spring 45 only through adhesion between the Flange 47 and the eye 46 of the hammer lever 4 is transmitted. The hammer 4 is provided with a shoulder 49 which rests against the locking member 50 on the barrel 51. The shaft 51, like the shaft 38 in FIG. 1, rotates counterclockwise by a controller to trigger the launch. As soon as the nose 52 releases the projection 49, the hammer 4 can move freely under the action of the tensioned torsion spring 45 to drive the shooter, not shown further.
Another clamp connection is shown in FIG. The lower end of the hammer 4 is seen ver with a sleeve 55 which has a conical bore 56 on. The clamping piece 58, which is turned off conically on the outside and has a slot 59, is placed on the shaft 57.
The sleeve 55 is pushed onto the clamping piece 58 and is pressed to the right by means of the nut 60, which is screwed onto the clamping piece 58. Through the conical bore 56, the clamping piece 58 is pressed together and clamped on the one hand on the shaft 57, on the other hand in the drilling 56 so that the impact force can be transmitted from the shaft 57 to the hammer 4 through the adhesion generated in this way. The shaft 57 can be supported in a similar manner to the shaft 2.
A tension or compression spring can be provided as an energy storage device, which is connected on the one hand by means of an arm wedged onto the shaft 57 and adjustably fastened to the housing on the other end. A cam drive, as shown in FIG. 1, can in turn serve to tension this spring.
