Wenn auch dieser Umstand jeder Schersieherung anhaftet, so verlangt er doch bei einem. Fördergerät. eine Reserve in Form einer entsprechend stärkeren Ausgan;
The present invention relates to a slip clutch designed as an overload protection device on conveyors, e.g. B. hand-operated pulleys, combined pulling and lifting devices and winches or the like.
Sole devices with load hooks are guarded against overloading by using load hooks that bend up when overloaded without breaking.
The protection of the devices achieved in this way consists in the fact that when the load hook is bent open, a warning is given of a further increase in the load. Unavoidable differences in terms of material and dimensions, even with hooks made in the borrowed die, on the one hand, and different bending moments that practically adjust the hook when the load is applied.
one time closer to the hook nose, another time closer to the hook shaft. On the other hand, the result is that these hooks are bent open and thus the warning is given in the event of greatly differing load levels. With the exception of the hook, the device would therefore have to be subjected to a load level that is similar to the strongest,
with the smallest bending moment stressed hook emerges. With such a strong device, however, in the opposite case, i.e. with the weakest of these hooks, a finite bending moment, the bending up or the warning would take place before the load-bearing capacity of the device would be exhausted.
Another shortcoming of this type of security must be seen in the fact that it is based on observations with uncertain detection of the point in time associated with the risk. The fact, :
that when a load is tightened, not only the load. with the attachment means, but at the same time the behavior of the hook is to be observed carefully, means that working with a device without this safety device, whereby only the load with the attachment means has to be observed, is a complication.
In addition to this Haker sieherung, is preferably for combined pulling and lifting devices, which are known to be operated by ratchet lever, another backup has become known, in which, before the Crerät experiences an overload, a shear pin is sheared off and the ratchet lever kinks.
The differences in the loading heights at which this fuse responds are within limits that ensure protection against overload., Without; that with regard to the strength of the lead of the device an equal reserve as with the Hakensi.cherttng would be necessary.
With increasing wear of the gear, however, the sharpness of the shear blades also decreases, with the result that the effort required to shear off the pin and thus the load increases, while the load-bearing capacity of the gear decreases ..
Even if this circumstance is inherent in every uncertainty, it requires one. Conveyor. a reserve in the form of a correspondingly stronger output;
ä- aLis guide. Due to the fact that the operating lever suddenly buckles (and always surprisingly at the given moment) when you push it away with the greatest effort, you have to reckon with a personal insecurity.
The present invention can provide better protection for said conveying devices than before and also overload protection for types of winds operated with a hand crank or the like.
According to the invention, the movement of the actuating element of the conveyor device is transmitted to the drive shaft by a radially resilient open ring tensioned between the annular surfaces of a part assigned to the actuating element and a part assigned to a drive shaft, the ring holding torque being the one holding torque:
the clutch equals that corresponds to your moment of force on Be actuating organ at maximum load. The movement of the actuator, e.g. B.
with the pulley the hand chain wheel, with the combined pulling and lifting device the council see lever, with winches the hand crank, is thus on the radially resilient ring on the z. B. a. Transfer the lifting device (chain, rope or the same) actuating drive shaft as long as the torque required for the maximum load is not greater than the adhesive torque generated by the resilient ring.
In order to. z. B. the attempt to lift a load with a lifting device, because. that the driving force torque is greater than the holding torque, that slipping occurs or that the movements of the actuating element are no longer transmitted to the gearbox of the lifting device ..
The interruption of the power transmission can manifest itself for the operator in the only slight, but noticeable, reduction in physical exertion in relation to the coefficient of friction between rest and movement.
The surfaces enclosing the resilient ring between them are expediently of high wear resistance. Any wear of these surfaces caused by slipping of the clutch, even if only minimally, can reduce the tension or
reduce the transferable torque, but the other parts of the device that are subject to wear can also subsequently remain protected against overload. The required adhesive torque can be achieved by grinding the surfaces tensioning the resilient ring to the appropriate grinding dimension.
Any hindrance to the function of the overload cut-off due to external influences can be countered by appropriately designing the parts axially limiting the resilient ring, so that the adjustment of this fuse cannot be influenced and therefore cannot be made effective by readjusting it .
The accompanying drawing shows two examples of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the design of the anti-overload protection R.utsclikupplung between a Han.dkettenra@d and the drive shaft, for example, a block and tackle. Here, the drive shaft 2 is surrounded by a ring-like part 1 with a collar 8 that is rotatably connected to it by the wedge.
This part is enclosed by the radially resilient open ring 4, which is stretched by the ring 6 surrounding it. The ring 6 is axially fixed on the part 1 by the collar 8 and the disk 7 sitting on the shaft 2 and is arranged in the bore of the hand chain wheel hub in a rotationally connected manner.
Is that done by pulling the chain around the hand sprocket to operate the shaft? If the moment of force exerted is greater than the adhesive moment between ring 4 and parts 1 and 6 corresponding to the maximum load, then the land sprocket rotates: with the ring 6 without taking part 1 with it, i.e. the movement of the actuating element no longer transferred to the drive shaft.
Instead of the drive shaft 2 and your part 1, a drive shaft with a corresponding shaft collar and instead of the ring 6 and: hand chain wheel 5 only a hand chain brace with a hub whose Bohrhag, the ring 4 exciting uni closes, can be provided if the radially resilient ring 4 enclosing and clamping ring surfaces: these parts are hardened and ground.
In the case of devices with a hand crank for their actuation, with the same arrangement of the other parts, a hand crank can be connected to the ring 6 by means of its hub receiving it instead of the hand chain wheel 5.
Fig. 2 shows the design of the slip clutch between: a ratchet lever with guiding ratchet in it:! 5 and the drive shaft of a combined pulling and lifting; e @ ätes. The straight-line part 10 surrounding the drive shaft 11 is via that of the La:
Stdxsiek- serving thread 12 is connected to the drive shaft 11. The radially resilient ring 9 surrounding the part 10 is tensioned by the ring 13 surrounding it, in its. Mantle toothing 14 engages the pawl <B> 15 </B> of the ratchet lever.
Is the moment of force exerted on the ratchet lever. greater than that of the tension of the ring 9 coming equal, the maximum load corresponding adhesive torque of the coupling, the Ratsehenhebel pivots, the pawl 15 rotates the ring 7 3 without the part 10 and drive shaft 11 are taken.
