Mixing machine, especially for the household The invention relates to a mixing machine, especially for the household, which is provided with a bowl and a mixer umlau Fenden therein.
Mixers are already known in which the mixer engages from above into the bowl, with the drive device also being located above the bowl. This arrangement has the disadvantage that the agitator and its drive device interfere, especially if further ingredients are to be refilled into the bowl during operation.
In other known designs, the drive shaft penetrates the bowl bottom from below, with a pipe extension extending approximately to the height of the bowl edge provided on the key bottom for guiding the drive shaft and the stirring device is arranged on the upper end of the drive shaft. Even with these Rührma machines, the mixer interferes with access to the bowl. In addition, the bowl is less suitable for other purposes because of its guide tube attachment.
The disadvantages mentioned are to be avoided in that in the mixer, in which the mixer is driven by a shaft through the bottom center of the bowl, the mixer is connected to the drive shaft at the bottom of the bowl and acts on the material to be stirred from below is determined, namely by means of a first Rührtranes, which runs along the bowl bottom and the bowl wall, and by means of a second agitator arm, which has an upwardly bent section in connection with a radially outwardly directed section.
The invention enables the bowl opening to be completely free during operation. This means that after the mixer has been removed from the drive shaft, the bowl no longer needs to have any disruptive internals and can therefore, like any other bowl, be used for any purpose. The invention is also intended to ensure that the material to be stirred is quickly and thoroughly stirred from the bottom of the bowl, so that relatively small amounts of material to be stirred can also be processed.
In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown.
1 shows the side view of a kitchen dough mixer with the bowl in section, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the mixer and FIGS. 3 to 5 each show a side view of the three arms of the mixer, each in the direction of arrow III, IV and
V in Fig. 2: The stirring machine 1, which is provided with an electric motor, has a drive shaft, which penetrates before a bushing 2 attached to the 1Vlasehinengehänse. With this socket 2 is a in the middle of the bottom 3 of a dough bowl 4 attached bearing piece 5, z. B. by screwing, rigidly connected in which a pin 6 is rotatable, which is coupled to the drive shaft to the mixer.
The agitator consists of a hub 7, on which three agitator arms A, B, C be fixed at the same angular distance from each other. For use, the agitator is placed with the hub 7 on the pin 6 and, when the motor is switched on, is taken along in the direction of rotation indicated by an arrow in FIG. 2.
The particularly shown in Fig. 3 first agitator arm A runs with a section 8 at a small distance along the key bottom 3 and with a bent-up section 9 at a small distance along the bowl wall. This arm grasps the material to be stirred on the bottom and near the bowl wall and also serves as a wall scraper.
The particularly shown in Fig. 4 second agitator arm B has a near the bowl bottom 3 extending, radially outward portion 10, to which a largely in an upward arc extending portion 11 closes, which in an at least approximately straight free end 12 runs out. This bent back arm is used to knead the mix. So that the material to be stirred is also grasped in the middle of the bowl, the bent-back section 11 of the arm B is led back into the area of the middle of the bowl.
To further improve the stirring and kneading effect of the arm B, it is also pre-bent with its bent section 11 in the direction of rotation.
The third agitator arm C, which is particularly shown in FIG. 5, has a radially outwardly directed short section 13 and, excluding it, an exactly or approximately vertically upwardly bent section 14 the center of the hub 7 has a radial distance that is exactly or approximately half as large as the outermost radial distance of the second arm B which is bent back.
All three agitator arms are made of steel wire with a round cross-section.
