Device for roasting, baking, boiling and grilling with electrically heated lid part Previously known roasting, baking and cooking devices with. Electric lid heating uses heat conduction to transfer heat from the heated lid to the vessel (roasting pan and baking pan or pot).
Here it is necessary to manufacture the heated lid from a material that conducts heat well, preferably aluminum, but this has the disadvantage that the heated lid itself emits a considerable amount of heat to the outside through convection and radiation.
The construction of such lids, in which the heating is mostly housed in the edge of the lid, produces less than satisfactory results when the heated lid is turned upside down for bottom heat, because a large part of the lid that emits the heat is exposed so that the lid never loses its heat is too big.
The placement of the heater inside the lid, sometimes additionally as a second heater, sometimes suggested as the only heater, can only inadequately eliminate this deficiency because the total heat loss of the lid remains the same and also the heat-conductive: material, for example aluminum, ge is sensitive to strong heating and tends to warp.
Since the 'bottom of the pot is no longer flat on the heated lid in this case and air cushions can form inside the heated lid, as seen from the heating device and the metal of the heated lid, the heat transfer is further impaired by the warping of the heated lid.
The invention has for its object to provide a device that can be used in many ways, and which invention enables these disadvantages to be eliminated.
The device according to the invention for roasting, baking, cooking and grilling, with an electrically heated part, which can also be used as a lid for a container receiving the food, is characterized in that at least one tubular heating element is attached under the inner surface of the lid part in a heat-insulated manner and that the inner surface of the lid is designed to be heat-reflective.
The heat can be radiated partly directly and partly indirectly by reflection from the tubular heating elements of the cover part. A high percentage of the amount of heat available is used. Heat dissipation to the outside through the cover part is reduced.
With reference to the drawing Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are explained in more detail. In this Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the first example, partially a .Schnitt, wherein the lid part is placed on a container receiving the food, FIG. a perspective view of a second example with an inverted lid part resting on its feet and on which any pot is placed, and FIG. 3 is a vertical section through a variant of the device according to FIG.
, but only an annular tubular heater is provided on the cover part.
According to Fig. 1, the lid part a is set on a container b receiving the food. The cover part consists of aluminum or some other material with a heat-reflecting surface, or is covered with a sol ehen. The inside has a concave parabolic curve and is mechanically or chemically polished to increase the reflection effect. Inside the cover part a two ring-shaped tubular heating elements e are heat-insulated from the actual cover body angeord net.
The heat dissipation of the tubular heating element is preferably carried out by radiation, without heating the cover body, the amount of heat radiated from the heating elements e against the inside of the cover wall being partly reflected by the latter and thus also being used.
The outer tubular heating element e is also arranged so that, when the cover part is placed on the container b. is at the edge of which. and the heat is transferred to it by conduction. It is therefore possible to supply the heat to the food both by radiation and by conduction, with the cover part itself emitting little heat to the outside. Tube radiators with are advantageous. faster heating and stronger infrared effect used.
In an attached or embossed part c of the cover body, the device plug f is provided on one side for connection to the light line and on the other side the switch g for alternately switching on the heating elements and the current stages. It is therefore possible to switch the inner radiator, which emits heat through radiation, or the outer radiator, which emits heat through conduction, or both at the same time and different current levels.
Two ventilation holes allow the steam to escape and the sample to be cooked at the same time. Help a! Knitting needle.
In the middle of the lid part is the sight glass 1, which provides a view of the inside during food preparation ge.
Feet h made of non-thermally conductive mate rial, such as porcelain or plastic, which are arranged on the top or outside of the lid body, allow the lid to be set up in an inverted position.
In the upside down position you can use the cover part a just as well as a hotplate (Fig. 2). A pot i will receive the food. the floor directly on the preferably flattened tubular heating element e. posed-. A second tubular heater is located. preferably in the plane of the lid edge so that containers of any size can be set up.
As a result of the heat transfer through heat conduction from the radiator directly to the container i, the heat utilization is significantly better than when the radiator is placed in the heated lid or under a metal plate, which is also achieved. is that the downward radiated heat is reflected from the Ileizdeekelboden against the bottom of the pot.
FIG. 3 shows a C device similar to FIG. 1 in vertical section, with only one annular tubular heating element e in the cover part a. is provided. During baking, the top heat can be insulated and converted into conductive heat by an intermediate cover k made of a thermally conductive material, for example aluminum, which is then transferred to the container b to accommodate the food.
This intermediate cover 1i. appropriately touches on the one hand the tubular heater and on the other hand on the outer edge, in a wide area, the edge of the Be container b.
The device can also be used for grilling, either by bringing the tubular heating element directly into contact with the food to be grilled, or by placing it on a grate that is close to the heating element.
The device according to the invention is conceivable in ver different embodiments, namely u, a. as a baking hood, in which the pots, pans or molds are placed in the vessel on which the heated lid is placed, or in the manner of so-called electrical kitchens, in such a way that the vessel on which the heated lid sits, directly forms the roasting, bakery or cooking vessel.
