Description

Fig. -1 zeigt ein Zwischen stadium.

Sample book with tie patterns The subject of the present invention is a sample book with tie patterns, in which according to the invention at least one pair of cutouts arranged one above the other are provided on each sheet, of which cutouts .the upper one is at least approximately rectangular and the lower is at least approximately triangular and wel - Formerly, through each pair of these cutouts, the ends of a tie-shaped pattern consisting of carrier and fabric pattern are stuck.

In the following, an example embodiment of the subject invention is described with reference to the drawing and then the advantages of this imple mentation are entered. In the drawing: Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the opened 1blusterbuch, Fig. 2 is a plan view of an expanded carrier for a fabric pattern, Fig. 3 is a plan view of a spread out fabric pattern and the carrier located thereon, Fig partially opened tie pattern, Fig. 5 is a view of the tie pattern from the front,

Fig. 6 is a view of the tie pattern from behind and Fig. 7 is a cross section through the Kra wattenmuster. In Fig. 1, the two covers of the sample book are denoted by 1, 2. Between these covers there are any number of sheets that are connected to the covers 1, 2 in any manner that is well known per se.

Each sheet 3 has three pairs of cutouts 4, 5 arranged one above the other, through which the upper and lower ends of Kra wattenmustern 6 are inserted. The upper cutouts 4 are at least approximately rectangular, while the lower cutouts 5 are triangular. At the upper corners of the triangle of the cutouts 5 standing on the point, incisions 8 adjoin, which facilitate the introduction of the pattern 6 into the cutouts 5.

The tie patterns 6 themselves are designed like a wadding, that is, they offer, as can be seen on sheet 3 on the right in FIG. 1, the appearance of a small wadding, both when the patterns are in the book, as well as when they are taken out of it. In the embodiment of the Aluster book presented, three patterns are attached to each sheet next to one another. Of course, depending on the size of the sheets used, a different number of patterns can be applied next to one another.

Each tie pattern comprises a carrier 9 made of strong paper, cardboard or the like, which has the shape shown in FIG. 2 before the fabric pattern is applied. The lines 10 represent bending lines that are grooved. or folded. A fabric master 17 is now placed under the carrier 9. A waste part of the tie fabric can be used as such. The shape of this fabric pattern is evident from Fig. 3.

Now the hatched edges 11 of the carrier in Fig. 3 are coated with adhesive and the edges of the fabric pattern are placed around the adjacent Längskan th of the carrier 9 and pressed onto the latter. If the fabric adheres firmly to the carrier, the above and below protruding parts 12 and 13 'are placed over the adjacent carrier edge 13 and 13', and then the triangular tips 11 tim the adjacent bending lines 10 turns.

Finally, the side panels 15 are also placed around the adjacent bend lines 10. Fig. -1 shows an intermediate stage.

The finished tie pattern is. in Fig. 5 in a view from the front, in Fig. 6 in a view from the rear and in Fig. 7 in a cross section. In particular, from FIGS. 5 and 6 it can be seen that the tie pattern, as mentioned above, also from the. Bu, eli is in the form of a tie and so to the front. gives the impression of a tie. This impression is also not impaired by visible adhesive points.

The fastening of the fabric on the carrier as described has the additional advantage that no fabric hem is visible on either the front or the back.

On the bottom, more visible. Part of the reverse side of the tie pattern is a label 16 with the required inscriptions on item number, price, etc., so that inscriptions on sheets 3 themselves are superfluous.

In this way, mistakes and mistakes are avoided and, at the same time, always clean sample books are obtained, since no entries or changes are necessary when changing samples on sheet 3 itself. The form of the label is. similar to the shape of the wider end of the pattern.

As a result of the specific shape and arrangement of the cut-outs, the individual tie patterns can be changed very easily and quickly. It is no longer necessary to give a traveler a complete collection of ties, in fact, but the described,

Much cheaper and t.i-o- # z- the pleasing pattern can be used. These samples can be quickly taken out for some samples and kept on a vest or shirt and just as quickly put back in again.
