Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Pressen von Zigarrenwickeln    Die Erfindung bringt eine wesentliche Ver  einfachung gegenüber den bisher verwendeten       Wickelpressvorrichtungen    dadurch, dass die       Pressformen    durch Leisten gebildet sind, die  auf dem Fördermittel so angeordnet sind, dass  sie in der Strecklage des Fördermittels dicht       aneinanderliegen    und dass die Leisten an den  einander     zugekehrten    Flächen mit sich in der  Schliesslage der Leisten ergänzenden Form  aussparungen versehen sind. Zufolge dieser  Ausbildung erfolgt das Öffnen und Schliessen  der einzelnen Formen selbsttätig beim Umlauf  des Fördermittels, während auf der Streck  länge des Fördermittels die Formen geschlos  sen sind.  



  Jede     Formenleiste    ist am Fördermittel  zweckmässig mit zwei Schrauben     befestigt,    so  dass die Leisten jederzeit schnell ausgewech  selt werden können.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung  ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.  



  Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 die Ansicht desselben ohne Gehäuse,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     II-II     in     Fig.    1.  



  Über je zwei     Kettenradritzel    1, die mit  einer gelagerten Achse 2 starr verbunden sind,  wird je eine     Transportkette    mit aufgeschraub  ten Profilleisten 3 geführt. Je zwei benach  barte Profilleisten bilden zusammen eine     Press-          form,    indem die einander zugekehrten Flächen  mit sich ergänzenden Formaussparungen ver  sehen sind. In der Strecklage der Förderketten  sind diese Aussparungen geschlossen (Stel  lungen 7 in     Fig.    2); sobald die Leisten bei sich    fortbewegenden Ketten in den gekrümmten  Teil der Bahn gelangen, öffnen sie sich.

   Die  untern     Kettenradritzel    1 sind verbunden mit  der     Nachschaltvorrichtung    4 und dienen als  Antrieb der Kette 5. Das     Pressgut    wird bei  der Stellung 6 einer Aussparung eingelegt,  und die Pressung erfolgt beim Weitertrans  port der Ketten in deren Strecklage. Die  Transportketten 5 mit den Profilteilen sind  mit Ausnahme der nötigen Öffnung zum Ein  legen des     Pressgutes    verschalt. Im Gehäuse ist  eine Heizung eingebaut, die den     Trocknungs-          prozess    des     Pressgutes    beschleunigt. Eine Ab  schneidvorrichtung entfernt die Zöpfe, die  in einen     Sammelsack    geleitet werden.



  Device for pressing cigar rolls The invention brings a significant simplification compared to the previously used winding press devices in that the molds are formed by strips that are arranged on the conveyor so that they lie tightly against each other in the extended position of the conveyor and that the strips on the facing surfaces are provided with recesses complementing themselves in the closed position of the strips. As a result of this training, the opening and closing of the individual forms takes place automatically when the conveyor circulates, while the forms are closed on the stretch length of the conveyor.



  Each mold strip is conveniently attached to the conveyor with two screws so that the strips can be changed quickly at any time.



  An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.

  About two chain sprockets 1, which are rigidly connected to a mounted axle 2, a transport chain with screwed th profile strips 3 is performed. Every two adjacent profile strips together form a compression mold in that the surfaces facing each other are provided with complementary mold recesses. In the extended position of the conveyor chains, these recesses are closed (Stel lungs 7 in Fig. 2); as soon as the bars get into the curved part of the track with moving chains, they open.

   The lower sprocket pinions 1 are connected to the downstream device 4 and serve to drive the chain 5. The material to be pressed is inserted into a recess at position 6, and the pressing takes place when the chains are transported further in their extended position. The transport chains 5 with the profile parts are boarded with the exception of the necessary opening to insert the pressed material. A heater is built into the housing, which accelerates the drying process of the pressed material. From a cutting device removes the braids, which are fed into a collection bag.
