Description

Inlay sole with metatarsal support body The present invention relates to an insole with metatarsal support body.

According to the invention, the insole is designed with an elevation serving as a metatarsal support body from a molded piece made of rubber-elastic material with a coating on its upper side and has an outline shape that resembles the inner shape of an inner sole extending from the tip to at least the beginning of the joint part.

In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of an insole according to the invention is shown, namely Fig.1 shows a plan view of the insole, Fig.2 is a diagram of the insole in the position of use in a women's shoe and Fig. 3 is a cross-section on a larger scale according to the line III III in FIG. 1.

The shoe insert shown consists of a molded piece 1 made of foam rubber, an elastic plastic similar structure or the like, which has an elevation 2, which serves as a metatarsal support. The insole is designed as a half-sole and has an outline shape that resembles the inner shape of an insole that extends partially from the tip to the beginning of the joint.

The insole thus covers the entire front part of the shoe insole and is thus kept in its correct position, even when the foot or toes are moved. The top of the insole is seen with a cover 3 made of fabric or leather, which allows the sole of the foot to slide on the insert when walking. Perforations 4 penetrate the insole and the train 3. The perforations can also be omitted. The material from which the insole is made, i.e. foam rubber or the like, results in a relatively large amount of friction on the insole of the shoe into which the insole is inserted, which also helps ensure that the insert is in its' position in the shoe when worn maintains.

In the case of very open low shoes, such as the one shown in FIG. 2, the insole is practically invisible, in contrast to the previously known insoles with metatarsal supports that only reached to the toe and are therefore supported in the heel cap of the shoe had to prevent movement of the toes from pushing the insert backwards.

The insole edge but also extend to the rear end of the joint part of the shoe sole and contain a support body for the longitudinal arch or be formed at this point as a longitudinal arch support.
