.1.1 drehbaren Hebel in Verbindung.

1'm <SEP> with <SEP> water turbines <SEP> the <SEP> Sel_iwunt # mas stai <SEP> reduce <SEP> and <SEP> selineller <SEP> re; nliejen <SEP> has been suggested, In addition to a speed controller, an acceleration controller and a third controller are to be provided, which allows the second differential quotient of the speed to act on the control of the turbine Fhi, which has a favorable influence on the stability disturbed by the pressure surge. exercises.
t m to get by with a speed controller and an acceleration controller, i.e. with two instead of three controllers, was another solution; proposed to provide a temporary return for both controllers together.
Both solutions have the disadvantage that, as with the usual acceleration control used so far, it is not permissible for reasons of stability to allow the main servo motor of the turbine to follow this controller immediately.
On the other hand, it is known that in the case of a simple speed controller with temporary feedback, the main servo motor can follow the law of motion of this feedback at all times, because the entire slowdown necessary for stability lies in the catalytic act of temporary feedback.
In the case of the acceleration controller, however, and in the known solutions given above, the stabilizing slowdown lies in the main servo motor. This has an adjustment speed that is proportional to the hub of its control valve influenced by the regulators.
The stroke of the main servomotor follows: that is, only with a phase displacement incomplete 90 the stroke of the control valve, and for reasons of stability, the speed of the servomotor may only increase slowly as its control valve opens. The time constant of this slowdown
so may nielrt. as with the speed controller with temporary return guidance. It can be shown that the lack of sensitivity of the servomotor at this time constant is proportional to the deceleration.
The servomotor of the error correction controller of water turbines is therefore much more insensitive than the speed controller with a temporary R.üelzfülirun_, r. There. every insensitivity in the regulator circuit disturbs the stability to a high degree.
So the speed controller with temporary feedback is much more stable than the usual one, but the disadvantage of reduced stability due to great insensitivity also applies to the aforementioned proposals, which try to reduce the centrifugal masses and control them more quickly,
because here the main servo motor has to work with a slowing down time constant.
Compared to these proposals, the present invention has the advantage that it is possible to get by with a single type of controller, a speed controller, instead of using two or even three types of controller, and that, furthermore, if a main servo motor is provided , it can follow its control valve instantly,
which improves the stability through the smallest insensitivity. In the case of a device for regulating water turbines by means of regulating elements which have at least one speed controller and which act on at least one element which controls the flow of process water to the turbine:
you see, this is achieved according to the invention in that a ZV irkungszögerer is built into the return connection of the control.
The object of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, for example, in a simplified manner. It show Fig-. 1 an embodiment of the subject of the invention with Drelizalili @ egYler, Kata rakt and pneuni <itiseli-livdi-auliselienl effect retarder, Fig. another embodiment with.
Speed controller, integrator and meelraniseh- hydraulisehern ZVirkungsverschögerer, and FIG. 3 a further embodiment with speed controller and acceleration controller and purely pileumatisehem action retarder.
In Fig. 1, the inflowing amount of water of a water turbine 1. is shown by a guide apparatus shown in detail? regulated, which is actuated by a servomotor 3 with piston 4 and tension spring 5.
The servomotor 3 is thus an organ which controls the inflow of the process water to the turbine. An oil filter 6 supplies a control valve B via a throttle element 7.
Speed controller 9 is dureli a linkage with Ge joints 10, 11, 12 connected to the piston 13 of a cataract 1-1. A throttle element 15 serves to connect two chambers 16 and 1.7 adjoining both sides of the piston 13. Eitre traction thrust leather <B> 18 </B> is attached on the one hand to the hinge point 12 and on the other hand to a fixed point 19.
The drive of the catalytic converter 14 happens dureb. a return piston 20. This moves in a fixed cylinder 21, with a hurried Draiek spring 22 keeping the oil pressure acting in a chamber 23 limited upwards by the piston 20 balanced.
The chamber '3 is connected to a pressure vessel 4, which has an air cushion' 351 above an oil filling \ _ ': 5 and via a throttle element <B>' </B> 6 with the liquid space below the piston 4 of the servo inotors 3 is connected.
The return connection of the control runs here via the oil filler of the Di-uekgefä.sses 24 and the lines connecting this with the spaces under the pistons 4 and 20.
The return connection is the active connection which transmits the change in the controlled variable, that is, the position of the piston .1 of the servomotor 3, to the controlling element, namely the control valve S. It begins with the oil filling below the piston 4 and ends.
at the joint 12 of the linkage actuating the control valve 8 and consists of the connection provided in the space below the piston 4 and in the chamber 23 and in the connection provided with the throttle element 26:
The conduit between the two and the container 4 contained liquid, the colion <B> '</B> 0, the cataract 14 and the genius of this cataract with the piston 20 and the cataract piston 13 with the joint 1_ 'connecting rods.
If the throttle element 26 were not present, the oil pressure in the chamber 23, in the pressure oil 24 and in the servo motor 3 under the piston 4 would be the same.
The displacement of the reverse guide piston 20 would then be proportional to that of the piston 4. The mode of action would then be that of the well-known cataract regulator. When the speed drops, the speed regulator 9 moves downwards and causes increased closure (go on control valve 8, whereby the pressure under the piston 4 rises.
This moves near the top and opens the diffuser 2. At the same time, the piston 20, which is under gentle pressure, causes the cataract 14 to move back upwards. Even the smallest strokes of the control joint 11 are sufficient to produce any pressure under your piston 4 and thus any position of the servo motor 3.
The cataract 14 only moves upward until it has returned the control valve 8 and thus the control joint 11 to the steady-state position. This applies if any size outflow cluer: cuts are provided for the control valve 8 to allow the piston 4 to move as quickly as desired (go on to follow the control valve 8 züi to let.
In spite of this, the piston 4 stops as soon as the cataract 14 has blown the control valve 8 into the inertia la, -e zui @ üelzgebraeht via the hinge points 12 and 11.
This tendon-acting servomotor 3 has, in contrast to the servomotor of the known acceleration controller, no slowing time constant, so it works with the smallest insensitivity, which eliminates the disturbing influence of high insensitivity on the stability.
A deceleration, as is the case with the known regulating devices with acceleration regulator, is achieved by the main servo motor in the case of the cataract 14 in such a way that the spring 18 reaches the hinge point 12 and thus the control joint 11 only gradually moves into the stationary equilibrium brings position after a corresponding amount of oil from the Kam mer 17 to the chamber 16 has flowed through the throttle member 15.
The throttle member 26 now forms together with the downstream liquid space 25, the volume of which is increased. changes as a function of the pressure because of the gas cushion overlying the gas, an action retarder, which delays the movement of the return piston 20 relative to the movement of the piston 4 of the servo motor 3.
Due to the storage effect of the air cushion <B> 251 </B>, the return piston initially remains at rest when there is a change in the oil pressure under the piston 4 and an adjustment movement of the servo motor 3 initiated in this way, because the oil pressure in the pressure vessel 24 and in the Chamber 23 has not yet been changed. The difference in the oil pressures under the piston 4 and the return piston 20 has the effect that an amount of oil proportional to this difference flows through the throttle element 26 and serves to change the pressure in the air cushion 251. This pressure change follows the pressure change under the piston 4 with a delay of the phase.
Only after a time, which depends on the size of the air cushion 251 and the cross-section of the throttle opening 26, does the pressure under the Püekführkol- ben 20 reach the pressure under the piston 4 of the servo motor 3. The speed controller 9 thus initially causes a stronger change in speed with the same change in speed Movement of the servo motor 3, because the cataract 14 only with. After a rush, the control joint 11 and thus the control valve 8 returns to the steady-state position and thereby brings the movement of the servo motor 3 to a standstill.
The calculation shows that lagging the feedback by 90 has the same effect as a controller leading by 90 compared to the speed controller 9. Be known. the normal cataract regulator, in which the servomotor 3 follows the control valve 8 instantly, identical to an acceleration regulator with. slows down according to the following servo motor.
Through the further close healing of the return in the case of the cataract regulator, one now achieves finite. the control device shown has the same effect -as with a acceleration controller @ accordingly leading controller.
The device described therefore allows the stability to be influenced approximately in the same way as in the case of the known regulators, which for this purpose require a third regulator as well as a speed regulator and an acceleration regulator as the third regulator for the second differential quotient of the speed.
In addition, the failure of any slowdown between the control valve 8 and the servomotor 3 eliminates the visually damaging influence of great insensitivity on the stability.
An advantage of the Ansfühi-iingsfoi-m, which are shown in FIG. 1 and work with air and pressure oil, i.e. pneiimatiseli-lii-di-au-liseh. ordered that despite the use of a compressible gas, e.g. B.
Air, in the container 4 (read the throttle element 26, which connects the servomotor 3 with the Rüekfülii-kolbeii 20., Is not flowed by air, but by oil. Sufficient pressure differences can be brought about more easily in an oil-flowed throttle valve than in the case of throttle organs through which air flows and which are to be designed as capillaries in order to obtain sufficient pressure differences.
Instead of the pneumatiseli-hydraulic retarder shown, it can also finitely achieve the same effect with a non-mechanical-livdraulic organ.
In the device shown in FIG. 1, the spring-loaded piston 20, which partially delimits the volume 23 changing the volume, also acts in the same way as the air cushion 251. It is. it is also possible to replace your cataract with a known integrator zii.
Such an embodiment is shown in FIG. 2, the diffuser of the turbine 1 is again operated by a servomotor 3.
This has a piston 7 which is loaded with control fluid on both sides and which is supplied with oil from the pump 6 via a control slide 2S. An integrator 29 with.
Piston 30 is controlled by the speed ie @; line 9 through a control valve 31 in such a way that the adjustment speed of the piston 30 is proportional to the stroke of the 1) relizalili-egler; s, -, Iso 111i1 der Drehlilabweiehung increases.
The position of the piston 30 in the integrator? 9 thus represents the integral of the speed deviation, since its adjustment speed is proportional to the speed deviation.
On the other hand, the speed regulator 9 is connected by a joint 2 to a lever articulated on the rod of the piston 30 at a point 33, the movement ring of which in turn is connected via joints 34, 35 to one by one. Fixed point.
36 rotatable lever 37, from there via (-relenlze 38, 39 to a beam 40 and further via a joint 41 to the control unit 28).
The piston 27 is also on a return guide rod Y? and a joint 43 with a. around a fixed point. .1.1 rotatable lever in connection. The movement ring of the piston 27 is transmitted via this lever and further joints -15, 46 to a beam -17.
It is known that the cataract and the integrator complement the speed controller in exactly the same way, so that their effect would be identical if the return guide rod 42 were to act directly on the beam -10, for example in the I way, class that Joint 46 instead.
would be arranged on Bolkeii 47 at the right end of the beam 10. The Sei - omotor 3 would then follow your law of motion of the control joint 34. Since the movement of this joint is proportional to the sum of the movements of the joints 32 and 33, - would thus. the servomotor 3 follows the sum of the speed change and its integral value, which, according to calculations, requires a control priority identical to that of the cataract controller.
The arrows indicate the direction of movement with decreasing speed, that is, with an opening process of the turbine.
When the speed drops, the speed controller 9 moves downwards and initially causes the servomotor 3 to open the control device via the control joints 32, 34, 35, 38, 39, 41 by the control lever 28.
This process would soon come to a standstill if the Rüelz guide rod 42 were directly connected to your bar 40 via the C7elenk 46, because then the 'control slide' 8 would be closed again via the @eleirk 41. The integrator 29 provides.
like the cataract, the original speed is restored over time, since it only comes to normal when the control valve 31 is closed after the speed controller 9 has returned to normal speed.
Between the hinge -16 and a hinge 48 arranged at the right end of the bar 10, however, a low-level hydraulic action decelerator 49 is connected in the Piüekfülii connection.
This has a servo-motor piston; 50, which effects the direction of the return, the rod of which via the joint 48 with the beam 40 and via a further joint 51. is connected to the beam 47. At the right end of this bar, at a point 5'_ ', a control slide 53 is articulated, which rather controls the flow of pressurized oil to the two sides of the piston 50.
The lk'iiclzfülirvei-ligation begins here with the return stance -12 of the piston 27 and ends with the. Joint 48 of the beam 40, to which the control slide # 28 is hinged.
It consists of the beam 47, whose (-e lend 4-6 with the joint 43 of the rear guide rod 42 connecting linkage, the servo: otoi # piston 50 with the associated animal shelK # r # <B> 5 </B> 3 and the rod connecting the piston: 50 finite your joint -18 of the beam 40.
Instead of the Rüeli: fülii-ung> the movement of the piston 27 acting directly on the control joint 48 as with the normal integrator controller, the guide rod -12 causes the upward movement of the piston 27 via the joints 43, 44, -15, 16, 51, 52 an opening of the control slide 53, the piston 50 of the action retarder 49 moving slowly downwards.
Since the adjustment speed of the piston 50 increases with the opening of the control slide 53, the stroke of the piston follows: 50 the stroke of the control slide 53 and thus the control rod 42 with a lag. This lag, in turn, has the same stabilizing effect on the control as a controller advancing accordingly against the speed controller.
If an acceleration controller is used that works together with a speed controller, an action retarder can be built into the vibration control connection of the controller. The delay in the return happens in the example shown in Fig. 3 is provided by means that are introduced between this regulator and the control valve of the control organ. For this purpose, purely pneumatically acting organs are provided in this example.
In the control device according to FIG. 3, in addition to the speed controller 9, an acceleration controller 54 is also provided. These in the case of the regulator act on the two ends of a beam 57 via joints 55, 56. This is connected via a spring 59 acting at a point 58 at a point 60 to a lever 62 rotatable about a fixed point 61. At the right end of this lever, a valve plate 6-1 belonging to a control valve 63 is attached.
An air pump 65 conveys air to this control valve 63 via a throttle element 66, which is further connected via a line 67 to a 1Ienibi bellows 68 and via a throttle element 69 to a further diaphragm bellows 70. This bellows is connected to the beam 62 at the point 60.
An air tank 71 is also connected to the air line leading to the bellows 70. The bellows 68 is under the action of a spring 72 and is. over a pole. 73 is connected to the control slide 28, which in turn regulates the flow of pressurized oil from the pump 6 to the two sides of the piston 27 of the servo motor which actuates the guide apparatus 2 of the turbine 1. The pressure in the bellows 68 is controlled by the valve plate 64.
The change in this pressure also influences the. Air pressure in the bellows 70, and this results in a reaction to the position of the valve plate: [te 64-. The return connection begins with the line 6 7 and ends at the point 60 of the lever 6? Carrying the valve plate 6.1.
It consists of the diaphragm bellows 70, your air content of this bellows and that with. the connecting line provided with the throttle element 69 with the line 6 7 and the connecting line 70 with. the linkage connecting the point 60 of the lever 62.
The throttle element 69, which forms the flow of the air forming part of the Rüekfühn connection in the connecting line from the line 67 to the bellows 70, has the function of a delayed action together with the air space in the container 71 that is directed towards this throttle element. The air contained in the container 71 changes. their volumes as a function of pressure.
The mode of operation of this device is as follows: First, the effect of the throttle organ 69 is disregarded. As the speed decreases, both the speed controller 9 and the command control unit 5.1 move downwards and tension the spring 59, whereby the control valve 63, 64 closes until the increasing air pressure in the llembranbalg 70 of the spring 59 maintains equilibrium. Without the effect of the throttle member 69, the same bellows 68 also prevails in the diaphragm.
Pressure and in equilibrium with the spring 7 \? the movement of the control slide 8 follows that of the bar 57 at the point 58. This is the function of the conventional acceleration regulator.
The installation of the throttle element 69, however, together with the storage effect of the air in the container 71, causes the pressure in the llembrane bellows 70 to remain unchanged for the first time. The spring 59 thus brings about an additional closing movement of the control valve 63, 64 if the counterforce in the. # Leinbrand bellows 70 is increased.
The pressure in the membrane bellows 68 therefore rises above that in the air container 71 and causes an additional Jffnuno's stroke of the star separator 8 and therewith an additional adjustment speed of the piston 37 of the servo motor 3.
The described device also accelerates the action of the controllers 9 and 54 on the servomotor 3. To achieve the same purpose, in addition to a speed controller and an acceleration controller, a third controller had to be provided that responds to the second derivative of the speed.
However, the device according to FIG. 3 also restores the original speed over time, as with these regulators, since in the Behari Lings state the diameters in the diaphragm bellows 68 and 70 are balanced again and acceleration no longer occurs, the acceleration controller 54 has thus returned to the middle position.
The steady-state position of the control valve 63, 64 therefore always corresponds to the same position of the speed controller 9 and thus the same speed.
The servo motor 3 can be the main marine motor of the water turbine. But it can also be between the servomotors shown 3 and the control apparatuses \? any number of repeaters can be arranged. Instead of a hydraulic servomotor, an electric servomotor can also be provided.
The means described, which cause a delay in the feedback, can be used if there is only one speed controller as a controller, or if there are no other controllers. In addition to the acceleration controller shown in FIG. 3, controllers can also be used, for example. be provided for regulating the power or a water level. Instead of a centrifugal force pendulum, a frequency measuring controller can also be used as a speed controller.
In a control unit according to the invention, the described pneumatic stabilizing means can also be used, for example, in connection with a speed controller with an integrator according to FIG. applied or those there. for example, mechanical-hydraulic stabilizing means shown in the other types of control described.
Instead of one servo motor 3, several can be present. Instead of the control valves shown, for example, electrical (= rather and electronic amplifiers) can be provided, and instead of the live or pneumatic means for stabilizing or instead of a live cataract, electrical or electronic means can also be provided, which corresponding Have effects.
