Dispositif pour la commande électrique automatique des organes d'une installation, notamment d'une installation de lavage La présente invention a pour objet un dis positif pour la commande électrique automa tique des organes d'une installation, notam ment d'une installation de lavage, comprenant un bâti portant des commutateurs destinés à mettre en circuit et hors circuit lesdits organes et un moteur synchrone destiné à actionner ro- tativement un arbre moteur, ce dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins un organe de commande fixé amoviblement sur ledit arbre et possédant,
sur l'une de ses faces, des pistes comprenant chacune au moins deux éléments dont les surfaces sont situées à des ni veaux différents, chacune de ces pistes étant destinée à actionner un levier faisant partie d'un commutateur correspondant, le tout étant agen cé de façon que chaque commutateur mette en circuit et hors circuit au moins un organe déter miné lorsque le levier correspondant est dépla cé par les éléments de la piste correspondante.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe axiale partielle ; la fig. 2 en est une vue de bout, l'organe de commande étant enlevé ; la .fig. 3 est une vue de face de l'organe de commande ; la fig. 4 est un schéma de connexion.
Le dispositif représenté, plus spécialement destiné à être utilisé pour la commande élec trique des organes d'une installation de lavage, comprend un bâti 1 comportant une plaque métallique circulaire 2 portant une paroi an nulaire 3 sur l'une de ses faces et un chevalet 4 sur l'autre face ; la paroi 3 présente, à son extrémité supérieure, un rebord circulaire in térieur 5 dans lequel sont découpées cinq ou vertures 6, fig. 2, les axes de ces dernières étant disposés suivant des rayons dudit rebord 5 ;
sur celui-ci sont destinés à se déplacer cinq galets 7 montés rotativement sur un organe de commande circulaire 8 fixé amoviblement sur un arbre moteur 9 coaxial au rebord 5 ; cet organe 8 comprend une face intérieure 13 pour vue de six pistes circulaires coaxiales 10 pré sentant chacune un ou plusieurs éléments 11, respectivement 12, dont les surfaces sont si tuées à des hauteurs ou niveaux différents, les éléments 12 de chaque piste 10 étant au ni veau de la face 13, et les éléments 11 à une certaine distance de celle-ci, en creux, dans l'organe 8 ;
ce dernier est emboîté sur une par tie profilée 14 en forme de carré de l'arbre 9 qui est monté rotativement dans la plaque 2 et le chevalet 4 par l'intermédiaire de deux rou lements à billes 15 et 16. L'arbre 9 porte en core deux disques 17 pouvant être entraînés, par friction, au moyen d'une roue dentée 18 en prise avec un pignon 19 susceptible d'être actionné rotativement à l'aide d'un moteur élec trique synchrone 20 et d'un réducteur de vi tesse 21 fixés sur le chevalet 4.
La plaque 2 porte six commutateurs 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 et 27, fig. 4, comprenant, fixé sur celle-ci, chacun un carter 28 ; à l'intérieur de chaque carter 28 est logée une borne d'ar rivée pouvant être connectée par une barrette de contact, non représentée, mobile contre l'action d'un ressort, successivement à deux bornes de départ, chacune de celles-ci ou l'une seulement pouvant être reliée par un conduc teur à un organe correspondant de l'installa tion de lavage, les conducteurs aboutissant aux bornes susmentionnées n'étant pas représentés ;
chaque barrette de contact susmentionnée est munie d'un bouton 29 exerçant constamment une pression sur un doigt correspondant 30 vissé sur un levier 31, l'une des extrémités de celui-ci pouvant osciller autour d'un axe 32 monté sur un palier 33 fixé sur la plaque 2, et son autre extrémité étant pourvue d'une roue de contact 34, appliquée constamment contre une piste correspondante 10 de l'organe de commande 8 ; ce dernier est séparé de la pla que 2 par une plaque isolante 35 percée d'ori fices 36 au travers desquels passent les roues de contact 34.
La borne d'arrivée 43 du commutateur 22 est reliée à une source d'énergie électrique 38, par un conducteur 45, sa borne de départ 40 étant reliée par un conducteur 41 au moteur 20 et à une lampe de signalisation 37, reliés eux- mêmes directement à la source 38 ; de plus, la borne 40 est reliée par un conducteur 42 à la borne d'arrivée 44 du commutateur 23, l'autre borne du commutateur 22 (non repré sentée) étant isolée.
La borne de départ 46 du commutateur 23 est reliée par un conducteur à une résistance 39 d'un chauffe-eau, la borne de départ 47 du commutateur 23 étant reliée à la borne d'ar- rivée 48 du commutateur 24 ; les bornes de dé part 49 et 50 de ce dernier sont reliées respec tivement à un moteur d'essorage 51 et à un moteur de lavage 52 ; la borne 48 est reliée à la borne d'arrivée 54 du commutateur 25 dont la borne de départ 56 est reliée à une sou pape électrique 57 commandant la vidange du récipient contenant l'eau de lavage, l'autre borne de départ 58 du commutateur 25 étant reliée à la borne d'arrivée 59 du commutateur 26 ;
la borne de départ 60 de ce dernier est reliée à une soupape électrique 61 comman dant un organe de vidange de sécurité, cette soupape 61 étant couplée en dérivation entre la borne 60 et la borne d'arrivée 62 du com mutateur 27 ; l'autre borne de départ 63 du commutateur 26 est reliée directement à la borne d'arrivée 62 susmentionnée ; les bornes de départ 64 et 65 du commutateur 27 sont reliées respectivement à des soupapes électri ques 66 et 67 commandant l'arrivée de l'eau froide et de l'eau chaude dans le récipient uti lisé pour le lavage ; le moteur 20, la résistance 39, les moteurs 51, 52, les soupapes 57, 66, 67 sont reliés par un conducteur commun 68 à la source d'électricité 38.
Le dispositif représenté est utilisé comme suit L'usager monte l'organe de commande 8 sur la partie profilée de l'arbre 9, de manière à engager les galets 7 dans les ouvertures 6 ; lorsque cette opération est terminée, la roue 34 du levier 31 du commutateur 22 est pres sée par un élément 12 de la piste 10 correspon dante, de façon que, par le doigt 30 dudit contacteur, la barrette de contact correspon dante ferme le circuit d'alimentation du mo teur 20 ; simultanément, celui-ci se met en mouvement en entraînant l'arbre 9 qui fait, pendant un cycle des opérations de lavage, ap proximativement un tour sur lui-même en en traînant l'organe de commande 8 ;
ce dernier, par l'intermédiaire des pistes 10, des éléments 11 et 12 de celles-ci, des leviers 31 des com mutateurs 23 à 27, commande successivement et simultanément les différents organes d'une installation de lavage, de manière à effectuer une opération de lavage suivant un programme déterminé correspondant à une répartition dé terminée des pistes 10 et des éléments 11 et 12'; lorsque l'organe de commande 8 a fait approximativement un tour, la roue 34 du le vier 31 vient sur un élément 11 de la piste 10 correspondante, le commutateur correspondant se déplace alors de façon à couper le circuit du moteur 20 et l'alimentation des divers or ganes de l'installation.
Le dispositif représenté peut comporter au tant d'organes de commande 8 que de pro grammes de lavage que l'on désire réaliser, l'or gane 8 correspondant à un programme déter miné choisi étant chaque fois monté sur l'arbre moteur 9.
L'organe de commande 8 pourrait être fixé sur l'arbre 9 simplement avec une clavette, ne pas comporter de galets ou n'en comporter qu'un seul.

The device shown, more especially intended to be used for the electric control of the components of a washing installation, comprises a frame 1 comprising a circular metal plate 2 carrying an annular wall 3 on one of its faces and a trestle. 4 on the other side; the wall 3 has, at its upper end, an inner circular rim 5 in which are cut five or vertices 6, fig. 2, the axes of the latter being arranged along radii of said flange 5;
on this are intended to move five rollers 7 rotatably mounted on a circular control member 8 removably fixed on a motor shaft 9 coaxial with the flange 5; this member 8 comprises an inner face 13 for a view of six coaxial circular tracks 10 each presenting one or more elements 11, respectively 12, the surfaces of which are if killed at different heights or levels, the elements 12 of each track 10 being at level of the face 13, and the elements 11 at a certain distance therefrom, recessed, in the member 8;
the latter is nested on a profiled part 14 in the form of a square of the shaft 9 which is rotatably mounted in the plate 2 and the trestle 4 by means of two ball bearings 15 and 16. The shaft 9 carries in addition two discs 17 which can be driven, by friction, by means of a toothed wheel 18 meshing with a pinion 19 capable of being actuated rotatably by means of a synchronous electric motor 20 and a reduction gearbox. speed 21 fixed on the easel 4.
Plate 2 carries six switches 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, fig. 4, comprising, fixed thereto, each a housing 28; inside each casing 28 is housed an arrival terminal which can be connected by a contact strip, not shown, movable against the action of a spring, successively to two departure terminals, each of these or only one can be connected by a conductor to a corresponding member of the washing installation, the conductors ending at the aforementioned terminals not being shown;
each aforementioned contact strip is provided with a button 29 constantly exerting pressure on a corresponding finger 30 screwed on a lever 31, one of the ends of the latter being able to oscillate about an axis 32 mounted on a fixed bearing 33 on the plate 2, and its other end being provided with a contact wheel 34, constantly applied against a corresponding track 10 of the control member 8; the latter is separated from the plate 2 by an insulating plate 35 pierced with ori fices 36 through which pass the contact wheels 34.
The arrival terminal 43 of the switch 22 is connected to a source of electrical energy 38, by a conductor 45, its departure terminal 40 being connected by a conductor 41 to the motor 20 and to a signal lamp 37, connected to them- same directly at source 38; in addition, terminal 40 is connected by a conductor 42 to the arrival terminal 44 of switch 23, the other terminal of switch 22 (not shown) being isolated.
The starting terminal 46 of the switch 23 is connected by a conductor to a resistor 39 of a water heater, the starting terminal 47 of the switch 23 being connected to the input terminal 48 of the switch 24; the starting terminals 49 and 50 of the latter are respectively connected to a spin motor 51 and to a washing motor 52; the terminal 48 is connected to the arrival terminal 54 of the switch 25 whose departure terminal 56 is connected to an electric valve 57 controlling the emptying of the container containing the washing water, the other departure terminal 58 of the switch 25 being connected to the arrival terminal 59 of the switch 26;
the departure terminal 60 of the latter is connected to an electric valve 61 controlling a safety drain member, this valve 61 being coupled in bypass between the terminal 60 and the arrival terminal 62 of the switch 27; the other departure terminal 63 of the switch 26 is connected directly to the above-mentioned arrival terminal 62; the starting terminals 64 and 65 of the switch 27 are respectively connected to electric valves 66 and 67 controlling the arrival of cold water and hot water in the receptacle used for washing; the motor 20, the resistor 39, the motors 51, 52, the valves 57, 66, 67 are connected by a common conductor 68 to the source of electricity 38.
The device shown is used as follows: The user mounts the control member 8 on the profiled part of the shaft 9, so as to engage the rollers 7 in the openings 6; when this operation is completed, the wheel 34 of the lever 31 of the switch 22 is pressed by an element 12 of the corresponding track 10, so that, by the finger 30 of said contactor, the corresponding contact strip closes the circuit d supply of the motor 20; simultaneously, the latter starts to move by driving the shaft 9 which, during a cycle of washing operations, makes an approximate turn on itself by dragging the control member 8;
the latter, by means of the tracks 10, of the elements 11 and 12 thereof, of the levers 31 of the switches 23 to 27, successively and simultaneously controls the various components of a washing installation, so as to perform a washing operation according to a determined program corresponding to a determined distribution of the tracks 10 and of the elements 11 and 12 '; when the control member 8 has made approximately one turn, the wheel 34 of the lever 31 comes on an element 11 of the corresponding track 10, the corresponding switch then moves so as to cut the circuit of the motor 20 and the power supply various parts of the installation.
The device shown may include both control members 8 and washing programs that it is desired to carry out, the unit 8 corresponding to a determined chosen program being each time mounted on the motor shaft 9.
The control member 8 could be fixed on the shaft 9 simply with a key, not include rollers or include only one.
