Air- and water-cooled fine mill The present invention relates to an air- and water-cooled fine mill with horizontally arranged grinding disks.
It is known that the grinding disks and the grinding grit heat up to such an extent that high friction, high expenditure of force, unsatisfactory grinding performance, loss of solvents and other damage to the grinding material are the result. Various Kühlan orders are known to alleviate these disadvantages. become.
In addition to the known jacket cooling and the cooling of the stationary 1lahlenscheibe, in which cavities are provided for a circulating coolant, which are formed by the L @lahlscheibe and parts firmly attached to it, the carrier disk has already been provided with cooling devices .
A known cooling method for rotating grinding disks is spray cooling on the surface of the carrier disk. Driving this Ver causes effective cooling because the coolant sprayed on immediately. is thrown off.
Another publication looks. cooling by atmospheric air on the outer surfaces of both grinding disks and by water on the outside of the fixed disk.
With the arrangements described, the means for direct cooling of the grinding chamber and for effective removal of the working heat are not sufficient. In addition, the heat dissipation is much too slow, so that these machines work with a poor efficiency in this regard.
In contrast to this, the invention solves the problem of cooling extremely effectively in that, in addition to water cooling, air cooling is provided, which aims not only for direct cooling, but also loosening and conveying the ground material and also suppresses the dust development that otherwise occurs upwards.
The air and water-cooled fine mill according to the invention with horizontally arranged grinding disks is characterized in that, in addition to adjustable jacket cooling for the grist, adjustable water cooling for both the rotor and the fixed disk is provided, and that after the grinding zone there is a Luftkühhing certain impeller is installed, which generates a suction effect extending between the grinding disks, the blades projecting into the path of the ground material to prevent the ground material from building up and to fling it against the wall of the cooling jacket,
Furthermore, the fine adjustment device for the distance between the two grinding disks is attached to the fixed disk, so that the grinding disk distance can also be regulated during operation. An embodiment of the subject invention illustrates schematically the accompanying drawing.
Show it; 1 shows the partially sectioned view of the fine mill, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the impeller on an enlarged scale in comparison to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows the section A-A of the same impeller and FIG. 4 the side view of a grand piano.
The frame of the mill consists of three parts 1, 2: and 3, of which the upper part 1 receives the pre-shredder 4 and the inlet 5, the middle part 2 encloses the actual grinding device, while the lower part 3 is the base for the storage of the drive motor 6 is used. Depending on the type of material to be ground, different pre-crushers 4 with a number of different crushing blades are used. The primary crusher 4 can be easily replaced and are arranged at intervals directly on the rotor shaft.
The vertically mounted shaft 7 is drivingly connected to the drive motor 6 either directly via an elastic coupling 8 or indirectly by means of a transmission gear (not shown). The fixed grinding disk 9 is detachably connected to the grinding disk carrier 10, which in turn is detachably attached to the cover 11. The carrier 10, together with a tubular element 19, forms the cooling space 13 for the ring-shaped fixed disk 9.
The controllable supply and discharge of the coolant for this cooling space is not shown in the drawing. The common feed line 15 and the common discharge line 7.6 up to the branch point 14 can be seen.
To accommodate the Lätifermahlscheibe 17, the impeller 18 is provided with a recess 19, the width of which corresponds to the lower grinding disk 1.7. The middle bearing of the shaft 7 serving to guide the shaft 7 and to support the impeller 18 is formed by the bearing caps 20, 21 and the annular flange 22 of the mill housing 23, in which the ball bearings 24 and 25 are secured in a known manner.
The impeller 18 is also with a. downwardly projecting annular shoulder 26 which, with a second annular flange 27 of the mill housing 23, forms the outer wall of a cavity 28 for the spray cooling of the rotor grinding disk 17. The coolant flows through the line 29, which can be regulated at 14, and is injected through the pipe 30 into the cooling space 28. The feed line branching off at 14, not shown, carries the coolant into the.
Cooling jacket 31, which partially surrounds the outlet 32 and contributes significantly to the cooling of the material to be ground emerging from the grinding disks. To increase this cooling effect, the above-mentioned impeller 18 intended for air cooling was installed after the grinding zone, which creates a suction effect extending between the grinding disks.
The ground material sucked in by the blades 33 of the impeller 18 is constantly loosened during the grinding process, prevented from accumulating and thrown against the wall of the cooling jacket 31 in small particles. This cooling jacket 31 runs out into an outlet 22 in which. see the finished grist collects again.
A snow height of the fine adjustment device of the fixed disk 9 is designated by 34. The worm 34 engages in a toothing on the tubular element 12, which is screwed into the housing. is. The adjustment of the distance between the two disks is therefore carried out on the stationary part, so that this distance can be adjusted easily and precisely during operation.
FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 show the impeller on an enlarged scale compared to FIG. 1. The recess 19 mentioned in the description of FIG. 1, which accommodates the rotor 1.7, and also the slightly in the direction of rotation, can be seen upwardly inclined blades 33 of the impeller 18. This inclined position of the blades 33 is particularly evident from FIG.
The detachable connection between the grinding disk 17 and the impeller 18 serving as a carrier is made in a known manner by means of very screw bolts. The threaded bores 35 are shown in FIGS.
The protruding from the bearing part 36 of the impeller 18 catch ring 37 takes on the sprayed through the nozzle 30 coolant, which is then thrown by the centrifugal force on the lower side of the impeller provided with cooling ribs 18 along against the ring shoulder 26 due to the flowing coolant as well as one's own eyesight drops down and leaves the mill through the common discharge line 16. The circumference of the impeller shown carries, for example, six blades 33; to that number is. However, one is not bound in any -NN ice.
