Valve with reduced flow rate adjustment for gas appliance The present invention relates to a valve with reduced flow rate adjustment for gas appliance, intended for example for kitchen appliances and gas-powered heating appliances, of the type comprising a pusher, a reduced flow rate adjustment ring mounted pivoting around a cylindrical false plug so lidary of the body of the valve and means for immobilizing in a determined position, one relative to the other, this ring and the push evening of the tap.
According to the invention, such a valve is characterized by the fact that said reduced flow rate adjustment ring is mounted screwed onto the plunger and is kept blocked on the latter by a lock nut.
Said ring may have a groove corresponding to a lug fixed to a key, assembled to the pusher and passing through a milling of the body thereof, and a recess intended for the passage of a second lug fixed to the outer side wall of the dummy plug of the key. tap.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the valve according to the invention. In this drawing, fig. 1 is a view thereof partially in axial section; fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of fig.l; and fig. 3 is an end view of FIG. 1. The valve shown, generally designated by the reference 1, comprises a dummy plug 2, cylindrical and hollowed out for the wise pitch of a key 3 assembled to a pusher 4 'by means of a pin 5.
This pusher 4 'has an external thread onto which a ring 16 is screwed which is locked by means of a threaded locknut 17. The ring 16 has, on the one hand, a groove 18 allowing passage to the lug 5 and , on the other hand, a recess 19 closed on its four faces and allowing passage to another lug 20 fixed on the side wall of the false plug 2. The introduction of this lug 20 into the recess 19 is made possible by the 'existence of a narrow passage (not shown) from the rear of the recess 19.
It can be seen that the assembly constituted by the pusher 4 ', the key 3 to which it is assembled by the lug 5, and the ring 16 held by its locknut 17, forms a whole which, by the play of the two lugs 5 and -20 with the two penetration passages in the recesses 19 and 18, can be withdrawn in one piece from the body of the valve and replaced in the latter without any further disassembly, unlike known valves, in which the removal of the key required first removing the reduced flow rate adjustment ring, then the pusher and the key. This advantage is of great interest, since it greatly simplifies the use of this type of valve and its adjustment.
The lug 20 constitutes a fixed stop, screwed into the false plug 2, for the left edge 21 of the ring 16, itself integral with the operating key of the pusher 4 '. The stroke of the valve therefore goes from the closed position, where the lug 5 abuts against the wall 8 (fig. 2) of a ramp constituted by the false plug 2, to the reduced flow position where the rim 21 'abuts. against the lug 20 also fixed in the false plug 2 (fig. 2). Between these two extreme positions is naturally the maximum flow position.
The two reference points 8 and 21 being fixed relative to the body of the valve, it is by the only angular adjustment of the ring 16 relative to the push-button that the value of the reduced flow is determined.
It follows that this adjustment can be made from the front of the device by simple screwing and locking, thanks to the nut 17, and that the locked assembly of the rotating parts 4'- 16 - 3 can be extracted from the parts. fixed 1, 2, all at once.
