  Cageot repliable
 La présente invention a pour objet un cageot repliable destiné notamment au transport de fruits et de légumes. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux cadres latéraux, composés chacun de deux traverses réunies rigidement au voisinage de leurs extrémités par deux montants, les traverses supérieures des cadres servant de poignées au cageot et au moins deux tiges longitudinales articulées sur les traverses inférieures des cadres latéraux et destinées à supporter la charge, les montants situés d'un même côté des deux cadres étant reliés entre eux par au moins une tringle longitudinale dont les extrémités sont fixées sur un manchon, mobile autour du montant respectif lui servant de pivot, le tout étant agencé de manière qu'en faisant pivoter les montants des cadres dans leurs manchons respectifs, le cageot, vidé de son contenu,

   est replié sur luimême dans le but de réduire son encombrement.



   Le dessin annexé, donné à titre d'exemple, représente une forme d'exécution du cageot repliable. objet de l'invention.

   La fig. 7 est une coupe transversale, suivant la ligne VII-VII de la fig. 5, de la traverse inférieure d'un cadre, montrant l'articulation d'une tige lontitudinale du cageot.



   Les fig. 8 et 9 représentent deux cageots superposés, dont la fig. 8 est une vue longitudinale et la fig. 9, une vue en bout.



   Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, le cageot repliable est constitué par deux cadres latéraux 1, 1', placés verticalement, chacun d'eux étant formé d'une traverse supérieure 2, 2' respectivement, servant de poignée à celui-ci, et d'une traverse inférieure 3, 3'.  



   Les traverses 2 et 3 (fig. 3) du cadre 1 et les traverses   2' et      3' du    cadre 1' sont réunies respectivement entre elles par des montants tubulaires, à savoir: les montants 6, 6' pour le cadre 1 et les montants 7, 7' pour le cadre 1', les extrémités de chacun de ces montants, étant serties dans la branche médiane des traverses.



   Les cadres latéraux 1 et 1' sont réunis entre eux par des tiges longitudinales 4 dont chacune des extrémités aplaties est articulée à l'aide d'un axe 5 (fig. 7) sur la traverse inférieure correspondante.



   Chacun des montants est engagé dans sa partie inférieure dans un manchon mobile 8, sur lequel sont fixées, par exemple, par soudure, les extrémités de deux tringles longitudinales 9 reliant les manchons des montants 6 et 7 et deux tringles longitudinales 10 reliant les manchons des montants   6' et    7', lesdites tringles étant destinées à la fois au renforcement du cageot et au maintien des produits reposant sur les tiges 4.



   En outre, chacun des cadres 1,   1' est    pourvu d'une tringle de renforcement 11, 11' reliant les montants 6,   6' et    7, 7', les extrémités desdites tringles étant fixées aux montants respectifs par soudure. Ces tringles de renforcement sont également destinées à maintenir les emballages reposant sur les tiges 4.



   Pour permettre d'empiler les cageots comme représenté aux fig. 8 et 9, la section des traverses des cadres est en forme de U renversé, les branches de 1'U étant parallèles dans les traverses supérieures 2,   2' et    divergentes dans les traverses inférieures 3, 3', comme représenté à la fig. 3.



   Le profil de la section des traverses supérieures 2,   2' permet    de former dans leur partie médiane une poignée à l'aide d'une barrette 12 (fig. 6 et 9), en forme de U encastrée dans les parois latérales desdites traverses.



   Ainsi constitué, le cageot est susceptible de pivoter, par exemple dans le sens de la flèche f (fig. 2), autour des montants   6' du    cadre 1 pour occuper la position complètement repliée, représentée en traits mixtes.



  Dans cette position, les tiges horizontales 4 sont juxtaposées par leurs bords longitudinaux et l'encombrement en largeur du cageot vidé de son contenu est très réduit, facilitant ainsi son transport.



   Dans la forme d'exécution décrite du cageot repliable, toutes les pièces sont en métal.



  Le cageot pourrait également être fabriqué en alliage d'aluminium, en matière synthétique ou encore en bois.
  



  
 



  Collapsible crate

   In the embodiment shown, the foldable crate consists of two side frames 1, 1 ', placed vertically, each of them being formed of an upper cross member 2, 2' respectively, serving as a handle for the latter, and a lower cross member 3, 3 '.



   The crossbars 2 and 3 (fig. 3) of the frame 1 and the crossbars 2 'and 3' of the frame 1 'are joined respectively to each other by tubular uprights, namely: the uprights 6, 6' for the frame 1 and the uprights 7, 7 'for the frame 1', the ends of each of these uprights, being crimped in the middle branch of the sleepers.



   The side frames 1 and 1 'are joined together by longitudinal rods 4, each of the flattened ends of which is articulated by means of a pin 5 (FIG. 7) on the corresponding lower cross member.



   Each of the uprights is engaged in its lower part in a movable sleeve 8, on which are fixed, for example, by welding, the ends of two longitudinal rods 9 connecting the sleeves of the uprights 6 and 7 and two longitudinal rods 10 connecting the sleeves of the uprights 6 'and 7', said rods being intended both for strengthening the crate and for maintaining the products resting on the rods 4.



   In addition, each of the frames 1, 1 'is provided with a reinforcing rod 11, 11' connecting the uprights 6, 6 'and 7, 7', the ends of said rods being fixed to the respective uprights by welding. These reinforcing rods are also intended to hold the packaging resting on the rods 4.



   To allow the crates to be stacked as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cross section of the cross members of the frames is in the shape of an inverted U, the branches of the U being parallel in the upper cross members 2, 2 'and diverging in the lower cross members 3, 3', as shown in FIG. 3.



   The profile of the section of the upper cross members 2, 2 'makes it possible to form in their middle part a handle by means of a bar 12 (FIGS. 6 and 9), in the form of a U embedded in the side walls of said cross members.



   Thus constituted, the crate is capable of pivoting, for example in the direction of arrow f (FIG. 2), around the uprights 6 ′ of the frame 1 to occupy the completely folded position, shown in phantom.



  In this position, the horizontal rods 4 are juxtaposed by their longitudinal edges and the width of the crate emptied of its contents is very small, thus facilitating its transport.



   In the described embodiment of the folding crate, all the parts are made of metal.



  The crate could also be made of aluminum alloy, synthetic material or even wood.

Claims

CLAIM: Folding crate, characterized in that it comprises two side frames, each composed of two cross members rigidly joined, near their ends, by two uprights, the upper cross members of the frames serving as handles for the crate, and at least two articulated longitudinal rods on the lower cross members of the side frames and intended to support the load, the uprights located on the same side of the two frames being interconnected by at least one longitudinal rod, the ends of which are fixed on a sleeve, movable around the respective upright. serving as a pivot, the whole being arranged so that by rotating the uprights of the frames in their respective sleeves, the crate, emptied of its contents, is folded back on itself in order to reduce its size.

SUB-CLAIMS: 1. Folding crate according to claim, characterized in that the cross members of the side frames have the shape of an inverted U, the branches of the U being parallel in the upper cross members and diverging in the lower cross members, in order to allow the stacking of crates.

2. Crate according to claim and subclaim 1, characterized in that the uprights of the side frames are tubes, said tubes being fixed by crimping to the middle branches of the sleepers.

3. Crate according to claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a reinforcing rod connects the uprights of the same frame also serving as a stop for the two movable sleeves, as well as the loading.

4. Crate according to claim and subclaims 1 to 3, characterized in that a pair of longitudinal rods connects the movable sleeves of the uprights, located on the same side of the lateral frames, in order to serve as a loading stop.
