  Medizinisches Gerät zur Behandlung der Vagina
Bei der Behandlung gewisser Frauenkrankheiten, beispielsweise   Weissfluss,    ist es notwendig, Heilstoffe in die Vagina einzuführen. Bis heute geschieht das durch Spülung, Einführung von   Ovoulen    oder Einstäuben pulverförmiger Stoffe.



   Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet nun ein medizinisches Gerät, durch das die medikamentöse Behandlung der Vagina gleichzeitig durch eine Wärmetherapie unterstützt wird, wobei auch eine Wärmetherapie allein durchgeführt werden kann.



  Dadurch sind auch die Mängel, z. B. der Spülung wegen zu raschem Austreten und der Tabletten wegen langsamer Lösung und ungenügender Verteilung, behoben.



   Das medizinische Gerät zur Behandlung der Vagina ist gekennzeichnet durch einen einerends mit einem Flansch versehenen Handgriff und einen am Flanschende befestigten Tubus, dessen Mantelfläche gerippt ist und ein elektrisches Heizelement sowie einen Thermostaten umschliesst.



   Die beiliegende Abbildung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung.



   Das Gerät ist aus elektrisch nichtleitendem, leicht flexiblem, unzerbrechlichem, säurefestem Kunststoff gefertigt. Der Tubus 1 ist zwecks Austausches gegen einen solchen andern Durchmessers auswechselbar am Handgriff 2 angeschraubt (hermetische Kegeldichtung). Die Rippung 3 ermöglicht das Einführen der Salbe oder des Gleitstoffes, ohne abgestreift zu werden, wobei zugleich durch die damit gewonnene Oberflächenvergrösserung eine optimale Wärmeabstrahlung gewährleistet wird. Da der Apparat wasserdicht verschraubt ist, kann er leicht gereinigt werden.



  Ein Thermostat 4 im elektrischen Heizelement 5 bewirkt eine gleichmässige Temperatur, die nicht überschritten werden kann. Ein separater Stromschalter ist nicht vorgesehen, doch könnte ein separater oder im Handgriff eingebauter Umschalter vorgesehen sein, mittels dessen wahlweise verschiedene Behandlungstemperaturen einstellbar sind. Der Flansch 6 verhindert ein zu weites Eindringen des Gerätes in die Vagina und dadurch eine mögliche Verunreinigung des Griffes.



   Die Benützung des Gerätes geschieht folgendermassen: Für eine Wärmetherapie allein wird ein Gleitstoff auf dem Tubus angebracht; für eine zusätzliche medikamentöse Behandlung wird eine geeignete Salbe verwendet, die bei Maximaltemperatur des Tubus flüssig wird. Durch Einschalten des Stromes wird nun der Tubus erwärmt und ist bereit, in die Vagina eingeführt zu werden.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Medizinisches Gerät zur Behandlung der Vagina, gekennzeichnet durch einen einerends mit einem Flansch versehenen Handgriff und einen am Flanschende befestigten Tubus, dessen Mantelfläche gerippt ist und ein elektrisches Heizelement sowie einen Thermostaten umschliesst.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tubus zum Zwecke seines Austausches gegen einen solchen andern Durchmessers auswechselbar am Handgriff befestigt ist.



   2. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, gekennzeichnet durch einen in den Handgriff eingebauten Stufenschalter, mittels dessen wahlweise verschiedene Behandlungstemperaturen einstellbar sind.

   The medical device for treating the vagina is characterized by a handle provided with a flange at one end and a tube attached to the flange end, the outer surface of which is ribbed and encloses an electrical heating element and a thermostat.

   The device is made of electrically non-conductive, slightly flexible, unbreakable, acid-proof plastic. The tube 1 is screwed to the handle 2 so that it can be exchanged for a different diameter (hermetic cone seal). The ribbing 3 enables the ointment or the lubricant to be introduced without being stripped off, and at the same time the increase in surface area thus ensures optimum heat radiation. Since the device is screwed watertight, it can be cleaned easily.



  A thermostat 4 in the electrical heating element 5 produces a uniform temperature which cannot be exceeded. A separate power switch is not provided, but a separate switch or switch built into the handle could be provided, by means of which different treatment temperatures can optionally be set. The flange 6 prevents the device from penetrating too far into the vagina and thereby preventing possible contamination of the handle.



   The device is used as follows: For heat therapy alone, a lubricant is attached to the tube; For additional drug treatment, a suitable ointment is used, which becomes liquid at the maximum temperature of the tube.
