Control element for liquid and gaseous media The object of the invention is a control element for liquid and gaseous pressure media, in which at least one valve cone at both ends sits on valve rods that pass through the valve housing and are connected to the outside air, so that the valve cone, for the purpose of reducing the control forces, min is at least partially relieved of the forces resulting from the pressure medium.
The drawing shows the structure of an example device according to the invention. In the case shown, the valve is actuated electromagnetically. Of course, the actuation can also be carried out manually or mechanically. The valve shown is pressure balanced.
In valve housing 1, for example, 2 is the valve entering, 3 is the opening to the consumer and 4 is the opening for the return or vent Valve seat 6 shuts off. The valve rod 7 is in connection with the outside air and its diameter corresponds to the diameter of the valve seat 6, which means that in the closed Ventilzu stood pressure balance with respect to the valve cone 5 is present. By actuating the valve cone pair, electrically, mechanically or by hand with an operating lever 8, the valve cone pair is pushed ver according to the drawing from right to left. As a result, the path from the opening 2 to the consumer 3 is exposed.
The consumer can, for example, be a working cylinder with one-sided pressurization. The valve rod 9 is also in connection with the outside air and matches the diameter of the valve rod 7. The valve seat 10 is the same as the valve seat 6, where there is pressure equalization in every state of the valve. In the case shown in the drawing, a spring 11 ensures that the valve cone pair is moved from its last position to its original position. This movement occurs when, as in the example, the electromagnet loses power.
The diameter of the valve rods and valve seats could also be deliberately different, but in a certain relationship to each other in order to enable pulse control by, for example, two built-on magnets. In this case, the valve would not need a compression spring. The valve would be switched by a short current pulse and, as a result of the differentiation of the valve diameter, can be held in the last position of the valve rod due to the pressure of the operating medium.
Instead of two valve cones and two valve seats, as shown, the control element could also have only one valve cone and one valve seat. If the diameter of the valve rods is the same as the diameter of the valve seat, such an open-close valve is also pressure-balanced.
