Description

  

  Wagen für     Spülflaschen       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Wagen  für den Transport von Spülflaschen, der gekennzeich  net ist durch ein     Stahlrohrgestell    und drei heraus  nehmbare Etagenböden, bestehend aus auf     U-Schie-          nen    befestigten Lattenrosten.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispiels  weise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt. Sie zeigt eine perspektivische Gesamt  ansicht des Wagens mit eingesetzten Etagenrosten.  



  Der dargestellte Wagen umfasst ein Rohr  rahmengestell, das im Ladeoberteil mit einem Gummi  überzug 2 versehen ist. Die     Beladefläche    besteht aus  drei herausnehmbaren Etagenböden, die als Latten  roste 3 ausgebildet sind. Die Enden der Rostlatten  sind beiderseits an je     einer        U-Schiene    4 befestigt, die  auf die parallelen Querstreben 5 des Rahmengestelles  aufgesetzt und von diesen wieder abnehmbar sind.  Durch eine obere     abschraubbare    Querverbindung 7 ist  es     möglich,    den Wagen mittels Flaschenzuges zu be  fördern. Wird die Querverbindung abgeschraubt, ist  der Laderaum nach oben unbegrenzt frei.

   Durch den    Gummiüberzug 2 im Ladeteil des Rohrrahmen  gestelles 1 ist eine Sicherung des Flaschengutes gegen  Bruchgefahr gewährleistet.

  In the accompanying drawing an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. It shows a perspective overall view of the car with the tier grids inserted.



  The car shown comprises a tubular frame, which is provided with a rubber cover 2 in the loading top. The loading area consists of three removable shelves, which are designed as 3 slatted grids. The ends of the grate slats are each attached to a U-rail 4 on both sides, which are placed on the parallel cross struts 5 of the frame and can be removed from them again. Through an upper unscrewable cross connection 7, it is possible to promote the car by means of a pulley block. If the cross connection is unscrewed, there is no limit to the top of the cargo space.

   Due to the rubber cover 2 in the loading part of the tubular frame frame 1, a backup of the bottled goods against the risk of breakage is guaranteed.

Wagen für Spülflaschen nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrrahmengestell in seinem den Laderaum bildenden, obern Teil mit einem nahtlosen Gummiüberzug versehen ist. 2.
