Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Polyazofarbstoffes       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Polyazofarbstoffes,     welches darin besteht, dass man 1     Mol        tetrazotiertes            3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-diphenyl    einerseits  mit 1     Mol    der     Kupferkomplexverbindung    aus dem       Monoazokörper    der Zusammensetzung

    und anderseits mit 1     Mol        1-(3'-Chlor)

  -phenyl-3-me-          thyl-5-pyrazolon    kuppelt und den erhaltenen     Poly-          azofarbstoff    unter Aufspaltung der     Methoxygruppen     mit einem kupferabgebenden Mittel behandelt.  



  Der neue, kupferhaltige     Polyazofarbstoff    ist eine    dunkle, wasserlösliche Substanz, die Fasern aus  Baumwolle und aus regenerierter     Cellulose    in sehr  echten;     violettgrauen    Tönen färbt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile  Gewichtsteile und die Prozente Gewichtsprozente.    <I>Beispiel</I>    24,4 Teile     3,3'-Dimethoxy-4,4'-diamino-1,1'-          diphenyl    werden in 350 Teilen Wasser und 56 Teilen       30%iger        Salzsäure        bei        0         mit        13,

  8        Teilen    Natrium-         nitrit        tetrazotiert.    Die     Tetrazoverbindung    wird bei 5   mit einer Lösung von 84 Teilen der kupferhaltigen       Monoazoverbindung    der Zusammensetzung

         und        22        Teilen        30%iger        Natronlauge        in        600        Teilen     Wasser versetzt.

   Nach Zugabe einer konzentrierten  wässerigen Lösung von 50 Teilen     kalzinierter    Soda  zur Reaktionslösung fällt daraus die Zwischenverbin  dung aus. Ohne diese zu isolieren, wird hierauf der    Reaktionslösung bei einer Temperatur von 5  eine  Lösung von 22,9 Teilen     1-(3'-Chlor)-phenyl-3-me-          thyl-5-pyrazolon        in        16        Teilen        30        %        iger        Natronlauge     und 250     Teilen    Wasser zugegeben.

   Sobald die Kupp  lung zum     Polyazofarbstoff    beendet ist, wird die Re-           aktionslösung    mit 80 Teilen     Diäthanolamin,    50 Tei  len Kupfervitriol und<B>100</B> Teilen einer 25     o/oigen          Ammoniaklösung    versetzt und der     Polyazofarbstoff     während einiger Stunden bei 95  behandelt. Durch       Aussalzen    wird der kupferhaltige     Polyazofarbstoff     isoliert. Er stellt eine dunkle, wasserlösliche Substanz  dar, die Fasern aus Baumwolle und     regenerierter          Cellulose    in sehr echten,     violettgrauen    Tönen färbt.
