  Pièce     d7ameublement       La présente invention a pour objet une pièce  d'ameublement recouverte, partiellement au moins,  par une housse, caractérisée en ce que le châssis de  cette pièce comporte, une rainure dans laquelle un  cordon souple maintient emprisonnée la partie mar  ginale de ladite housse.  



  Au dessin annexé, donné<B>à</B> titre d'exemple, la  figure unique représente, en coupe partielle avec arra  chement, une forme de réalisation de la pièce  d'ameublement, objet de l'invention.  



  Ladite pièce d'ameublement est un. placet<B>1,</B> par  exemple en bois, pourvu     d!un    support profilé 4, le  quel est rendu solidaire du placet par vissage ou col  lage. Le support 4 est découpé de façon<B>à</B> ménager  une rainure<B>7</B> entre sa partie en bordure du placet et  celui-ci. Un cordon ou ruban souple<B>5</B> est retenu sur  la partie marginale 2a<B>de</B> la housse 2, le tout étant  introduit dans la partie concave de la rainure 4. Un  joint de fermeture<B>6</B> en une matière plastique ou élas  tique, par exemple en caoutchouc, est inséré dans  la rainure<B>7</B> et parachève l'emprisonnement de la par  tie marginale 2a.  



  Le cordon<B>5</B> peut être préalablement collé ou  soudé le long de la partie 2a. Le cordon<B>5</B> pourrait,  le cas échéant, présenter une structure élastique ou  être constitué par une gaine renfermant un ressort<B>à</B>  boudin. Si le cordon<B>5</B> est non élastique, il peut être  pourvu<B>de</B> un ou plusieurs tendeurs afin d'assurer la  rigidité de l'ensemble. Le support 4, le cordon<B>5</B> et le  joint<B>6</B> constituent des éléments de retenue de la par  tie marginale 2a<B>de</B> la housse sur ladite pièce.    La matière<B>3</B> (par exemple du crin) sert<B>à</B> rem  bourrer le placet<B>1</B> sur lequel elle est retenue par la  housse 2.
