Description

   Nach :dem Aufschieben  der     Stützbleche    auf die     Wickelstützen        wird    die Wick  lung mit     Hilfe    besonderer     Drahtfü'hrungsteile        emge-          legt.    Das     Arbeitsprinzip        -dieser        Drahtführungsteile    ist  bekannt;

Device for machine winding of stands of electrical machines The invention relates to a device for machine winding of. Stands of electrical machines, especially when the winding heads of a three-phase stator winding are arranged in two diameter ranges, the wires of the first diameter range being wound over support plates and those of the second diameter range being held by winding supports.

In order to enable the machine winding of the stator electrical machines, various devices have become known so far, with which the wires until the completion of the entire winding process or until the production of individual coils groups or partial coils were held in their final position.

Devices with which winding only individual partial coils or groups of coils is possible and which must be plugged in or replaced after completion of these winding parts are blonen in the form of templates or so-called Einwindeformen known.

For the production of single-layer tier windings, so-called winding supports were firmly stored in a star-shaped arrangement in special magazines on both sides: the stator package, which can only be removed from the winding heads after the stator has been completely wound. The arrangement of the individual groups of coils in different diameters or levels was made possible by z. B. wound the wires of the first level on special support plates be and those of the second level were held by winding supports.

However, exchanging a wound stand for a non-wound stand is cumbersome. The removal and insertion of the winding supports can only be carried out mechanically with the help of complicated assembly machines. It is also known to equip the star-shaped winding supports with centrally movable fingers, so that automatic changeover to the next winding level and the removal of the winding supports in the radial direction is guaranteed.

However, the effort required for this is also very great. In addition, with relatively large wire thicknesses, the strength of the winding supports is no longer sufficient.

The subject of the invention described below represents a further development of such winding support magazines, which can work th in particular according to the above principle with support plates. The aim of the invention is to achieve the easiest possible way to change a wound stator in the stator receptacle against a uri-wound stator and to protect the slot insulation from damage.

According to the invention it is provided that the winding supports are rotatably mounted in magazines such that they can be swiveled out after winding .a stator and when the magazines are moved in the axial direction from the stator path over the outer diameter of the winding heads. Embodiments of the invention are discussed below.

To support the pivoting movement, springs can be arranged in the joints of the Wickeistütaen. The storage of the winding supports in the magazine can expediently take place by means of a wire. At the same time, this wire is used to store tooth lock washers, which can be turned by means of a threaded ring housed in the magazine.

whereby the winding supports can be brought into the position of use against the spring action before the beginning of the winding process. The winding supports can advantageously be provided with sets to support the protruding ends of the slot insulation boxes.

These approaches are expediently created by widening this shaft of the winding supports beginning at the groove base diameter. The widened part of the changing supports can be left out to reduce weight.

In the drawing, Fing shows. 1 an embodiment of the invention. The 'S' stand package 1 to be wound is received in the magazines 3 and 4 at the centering edges of the die-cast casing 2 and clamped by means of a bayonet ring 5. The interchangeable bayonet ring 5 enables stands of different widths to be clamped.

The magazines 3 and 4 are arranged on the machine frame 6 such that they can be moved. Between: the Ma gazines 3 or 4 and rings 7 rotatable Ge threaded rings 8 are provided, which toothed washers 9 can be operated. The toothed disks 9 and winding supports 10 are rotatably supported by wires 11 in the magazines 3 and 4. In the joints of the winding supports 10, springs 12 are attached to support the pivoting movement.

Distributed around the circumference, several support plates 13 are pushed onto the winding supports in such a way that the coil groups or winding heads of the winding can be arranged in two diameter ranges 14 and 15.

The support 16 is used to set down and hold the stand assembly. With 17 the groove isolation is designated.

Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the winding supports 10, especially the widening 18 on the winding supports to support the emergency insulation 17. In the widening of the supports 10 .sind weight reduction recesses are provided.

If a stand to be wound is to be inserted into the stand, the winding supports initially assume the position indicated by dashed lines. By adjusting the threaded rings, the winding supports are turned against the action of the springs by means of toothed disks.

Now the stator package is inserted, the winding support magazines are brought to the stator and clamped between the magazines with the bayonet ring. The centering edges of the die-cast jacket are used as stops for the winding supports.

Before the winding process is completed, the toothed washers must be turned back using the length of the thread so that the intended swiveling movement of the winding after winding the stator is not prevented.

   After: the support plates have been pushed onto the winding supports, the winding is laid with the help of special wire guide parts. The working principle of these wire guide parts is known;

generally the wire is made by means of. so-called wrapping arms, which have already been known in various designs up to now, are guided and inserted into the grooves.

The ends of the Nutisolafion are protected from damage by the extensions 18 on the winding supports. It has proven to be useful to safely avoid incorrect inserts of the winding wires and to prevent the slot boxes from being displaced in the axial direction by slightly bending the slot insulation at the ends.

After the winding has been carried out, the support plates must first be removed before the winding supports can pivot. This can be done automatically in such a way that special grippers are brought into a form-fitting connection with the support plates, which then pull the support plates out of the winding heads 14, 15 in the direction towards the stator package.

The support plates can also be removed by hand using pliers. When the winding support magazines are moved in the axial direction away from the stator package, the winding is supported by: the pivot point, which is positioned in the appropriate shape and direction, is pivoted out over the outer diameter of the winding heads, with the pivoting movement being significantly supported by the springs.

The stand freed from the winding supports is taken up by the support 16 and can now be exchanged for a originally wound one.
