Method and plant for the production of coal dust The invention relates to a method and a plant for the production of coal dust. The method is characterized in that the gas used for drying and transport purposes of the coal is admixed with low-temperature vapor vapors in order to reduce its temperature, which are drawn off from the ground coal during the sifting process.
The system for carrying out the process, which has at least one drying device for the coal to be ground, a coal mill, a dust sifter and a dust bunker, as well as a fine dust separator and a vapor discharge device, is characterized by a line that corresponds to the drying and the gas used for transporting the coal supplies part of the exhaust fumes falling from the classifier.
The raw coal usually has to be dried before it enters the coal mill. In the event that pulverized coal is to be used for heating purposes in a steam generator, hot flue gases are often used for drying purposes and are drawn off from the boiler. Since the gases used for drying have a temperature of z. B. should not exceed 700 C, but there is no point on the boiler where the flue gas has this temperature regardless of the load, two tapping points are often seen on the boiler, with one the flue gas temperature at low load over 700 C and the other only reached 700 C at full load.
By appropriately mixing the gases originating from these two withdrawal points, the desired temperature can then be maintained in every operating case. The flue gas can also only be taken from one point at a temperature always exceeding 700 ° C. and cooled to the desired temperature by mixing with air. Since the oxygen content of the gas mixture increases with this procedure, the risk of fire or explosion is greatly increased.
These disadvantages are avoided by the method according to the invention. According to the invention, the required cooling is achieved by mixing it with the practically inert vapor from the drying process of the coal.
In many cases it will be possible to take the vapors directly from the vapor cycle, which has to take on the following tasks: It should cool the drying gases before entering the mill and act as a transport medium for the coal, for purposes of precaution and The return of coarse grains to the mill and the transport of the ground coal to the dust separator and the separation and sifting in the dust separator are used.
If the grain size distribution of the dust let through by the coal dust separator is unfavorable and if the coal is slightly flammable, mixing of vapors coming directly from the vapor cycle is usually not advisable due to the risk of fire. In this case, the vapors used for cooling are also expediently removed from mixing with the flue gases, e.g. B. by means of a filter, e.g. B. electrostatic precipitator or textile bag filter, etc. cleaned.
The vapors removed from the vapor cycle can be removed via a special fine dust separator, e.g. B. filter, and then added to the flue gas and heating gas. However, the vapors can also be diverted from the vapor discharge leading to the outside, namely after the fine dust separator, which must usually be present in the vapor discharge leading into the atmosphere. In the latter case, a second fine dust separator is superfluous.
The method according to the invention will then be explained in several exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing.
In Fig. 1, a plant for the production of coal dust using two Filterein directions is shown, while in Figs. 2 to 4 three similar plants are shown using only one filter.
In Fig. 1, a steam boiler part with 1 denotes net, from which a line 2 flue gas is branched off. In this line 2, which is expanded to a shaft 2a, a coal is fed via the line 3, which is at least partially dried by contact with the flue gases in the shaft 2a serving as a drying device. The drying can continue on the further common path of coal and gas. The coal treated in this way enters the coal mill 4, where it is ground to dust. The dust passes through the line 5 into the dust sifter 6, from which the dust falls into the bunker 7.
The vapors separated in the classifier 6 pass through a fine separator 8, which holds back any remaining dust in the vapors, and through the fan 9 and the Lei device 10 into the open.
From the classifier 6 branches off a special line to a fan 11, which leads part of the vapors to a fine dust separator or filter 12 and from there via line 13 to the smoke gas line 2, which is thus also cooled. The coal dust remaining in the separator or filter 12 can periodically be added to the coal dust leading to the furnace of the steam boiler with the aid of means not shown.
Between the fan 11 and the fine dust separator 12, a line 15 is branched off from the vapor line, which opens into the flue gas line 2 or into the mill 4 at a point in front of the mill 4, in which the unground fed through the line 3 is already located Coal is located.
A temperature measuring element 14 is arranged in the flue gas line 2, which measures the temperature resulting from the mixing of the flue gases coming from the boiler 1 with the vapors supplied via the line 13. The impulses emanating from this temperature measuring element 14 are transmitted via an adjusting device to a throttle element 16 located in the vapor line 15.
In addition, a throttle element, which is also influenced by the temperature measuring element 14, can also be arranged before and after the fine dust separator 12. Instead of these two last-mentioned throttle organs, a distribution element, for example in the manner of a three-way cock, can also be arranged in the junction of the line 15 from the connecting line between the fan 11 and the fine dust separator 12.
Since it can be important to keep the temperature or humidity of the vapors in front of the classifier 6 at a certain level, a temperature or humidity measuring element 17 is provided at the classifier inlet, the pulses of which act on the speed controller of the fan 9.
By appropriately setting the throttling points and the speed controller, the temperature and humidity of the coal dust entering the separator 6 and the temperature at the mixing point of the vapors and flue gas can be approximately constant by bypassing the vapors separated in the classifier 6 Height is maintained. Since the vapors are an inert medium, there is no risk of explosion in the pipes carrying coal or coal dust.
In Fig. 2 to 4, the same parts of the system are denoted by the same reference symbols. In Figure 2, a portion of the exhaust vapors via the branched off from the discharge line 10 line 20 of the smoke gas line 2 is supplied. The mixing temperature is regulated by a throttle element 18 arranged in line 20, which is arranged by a temperature measuring element 19, which is arranged in line 2 in the direction of flow of the flue gas after the line 20 opens into line 2, being affected.
If necessary, the pressure at the branch point of the line 20 from the line 10 is kept constant by a throttle element 21 in the discharge line 10. The two mentioned throttle elements 18 and 21 can also be set here by a distribution element in the manner of a three-way valve in the junction of the line 20 from the line 10. The temperature measuring device 17 here influences a throttle element 17 a in the line 10 upstream of the fan 9.
Fig. 3 shows a similar system as in Fig. 2 with only one fan 9. In this circuit, although the fan work is generally greater than in the circuits of FIGS. 1 and 2. In ge know cases, however, it will be used with respect to the Energy can be equivalent or even advantageous, because here the output of the fan 9 does not have to be varied or only has to be varied by small amounts. The fan 9 can thus be designed so that it always works with the best possible efficiency.
The fine dust separator 8 can also be arranged in front of the fan 9; In this case, it might have to be made larger. But it would protect the downstream fan from contamination.
The system can be regulated as follows, for example: If necessary, the pressure upstream of the fine separator 8 or the flow rate of the ventila tor 9 can be kept constant by varying the speed of the fan 9. A pressure measuring element 22, which is arranged in front of the fine dust separator 8 and transmits its impulses to the speed adjustment device of the fan 9, can be used for this purpose. The temperature upstream of the classifier 6 is regulated by influencing a throttle element 23 in the outlet line 10.
The temperature measuring element 24, which is arranged directly in front of the classifier 6 and whose pulses act on the adjusting element of the throttle element 23, is used for this purpose. By means of a throttle element 26 in line 20, the mixing temperature, as described for the embodiment in FIG. 2, is kept in line 2 at the desired value.
The line 15 branching off between the ventilator 9 and the fine dust separator 8 and carrying vapors is also equipped with a throttle element 16 through which the flow rate of the vapors is kept constant based on the measured values of a quantity measuring element 27 arranged in line 15. The flow meter 27 associated with this Dros selorgan 16 can also be arranged in the line 5 and keep the flow rate constant there.
In Fig. 4, further variants for controlling the system are shown. In addition to the vapor line 15 branching off in front of the fine dust separator 8, a line 25 which branches off from the line 10 after the fine dust separator 8 and opens into the line 15 is also provided. The line 25 can, however, also open into the line 2 at a suitable point, namely where it already carries coal.
The adjusting element 31 of the throughflow element 32 in the line 15 optionally receives impulses from a quantity measuring element 33, which is arranged in the line 25 carrying the vapor, or from a quantity measuring element 34, which is provided in the line 5 carrying coal dust.
However, it can also be influenced by the quantity measuring element 35 provided in the line 15 carrying the vapor or by the quantity measuring element 36 provided in the discharge line 10, which also influences the throttle element 37 in the line 25 at the same time. However, suitable combinations of pulses from several or all measuring elements can also be used, with z. B.
Advantageously, the sums of the pulses of the measuring elements 35, 33 provided in the lines 15 and 25 are used, if necessary with interference from the impulse emanating from the quantity measuring element 36 in the line 10. A pressure measuring element 38 in the line 10, which influences the speed controller of the Ven fan 9, is arranged here in front of the branch of the line 15 from the line 10 and thus keeps the pressure in front of the fine dust separator 8 at the desired level.
It may also turn out to be advantageous, in the variants of the system shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, instead of a temperature measuring element 24 in front of the classifier 6, to use a moisture measuring element which controls the throttle element (e.g. 23 in FIG. 3) The exit of the vapors to be discharged into the open from the line 10 is influenced.
It can also be useful to replace the temperature measuring points provided in the system with those with which the moisture content is determined.
Instead of flue gases, other suitable heating or waste gases can also be used.
