Tower Cooking Device The invention relates to a tower cooking device with pots that can be placed on top of an evaporation pot, with the inclusion of sealing means, with a correspondingly indented upper edge. Such tower cooking devices are z.
B. in one Ausfüh tion is known in which the connection vessel has a sieve bottom closing the evaporation pot and is provided with an insert with a full bottom, which is immersed in the connection vessel while maintaining a relatively large wall spacing and at the level of the sunk-in upper edge of the connection vessel is equipped with a preferably interrupted perforated ring, so.
that the steam passing through the connection vessel and its contents effectively acts on its contents through the perforated ring of the insert without hindrance.
The invention aims to improve the known tower cooking devices, in particular in such a way that they can be parked when not in use while taking up as little space as possible, but this does not affect their intended use.
The purpose of the invention is achieved in that the edge of each pot to which an insert is assigned has a double bead, the inner of which is intended for the edge of its insert and the outer of which is intended for the base of the connection pot, so that the diameter of the pots and the pot beads are graded so that the outside bead of each pot corresponds to the inside bead of the next pot and the outside diameter of the largest insert is smaller than the inside diameter of the smallest pot.
The outer bead of the connection pot can have the same diameter as the outer bead of the lowermost pot, and the inner bead of the connection pot can also protrude inwards from the pot wall. The advantage of this design is that a single lid fits all of the pots.
The execution can also be done so that a pot, for. B. the bottom pot is so high that it can accommodate several inserts with sufficient floor space to accommodate food. can accommodate. In this way, a number of dishes can be cooked at the same time with one pot.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown for example and purely schematically in vertical longitudinal section, namely: Fig. 1 shows the device in the operating state for tower cooking and Fig. 2 shows the device in the assembled state for non-use, Fig. 3 shows a representation according to FIG for a second embodiment.
The tower cooking device consists of the steam generator 10 with a double-indented upper edge 11, which has an inner bead 12 and an outer bead 13. An insert 14 is inserted into the steam generation pot 10. This insert expediently has a flanged edge 15. The distance from the wall between the insert 14 and the steam generation pot 10 is relatively large.
On the vapor development pot 10 is a connection vessel 20 with a double beaded upper edge 21, which has an inner bead 22 and an outer bead 23 is used. In the connection vessel. An insert 24 is inserted 20, which engages with its flange 25 in the inner bead 22 of the vessel 20.
The outer bead 23 accommodates the cover 30 or another connection vessel.
The bottom of the connection vessel 20 is appropriately perforated. Holes or slots may be provided at the top of the inserts to allow steam to pass through.
The diameter of the pots 10, 20 and any other pots and their pot beads are graduated in such a way that the outer bead 13 or 23 of each top 10 or 20 corresponds to the inner bead 22 of the next pot 20 and so on.
Furthermore, the outer diameter of the largest insert, e.g. B. the insert 24, smaller than the inner diameter of the smallest pot, z. B. the pot 10. This makes it possible to assemble the tower cooking device when not in use in a small space, as shown in FIG.
Here, all the inserts are nested in the usual way, and the largest insert is then inserted into the smallest pot, while the smallest pot is inserted into the next largest, etc.
Sealing rings can be provided to seal the individual vessels against each other.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the only difference is that the outer bead 33 of the connection pot 20 has the same diameter as the outer bead 13 of the lowermost pot 10 and that the inner bead 32 of the connection pot 30 protrudes inward from the pot wall 35. This has the advantage that the cover 30 not only fits onto the connection pot 30, but also onto the lower pot 10.
