Description

  

  Schwenkbarer Scherkopf an     Haarschneädeapparaten       Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen  schwenkbaren Scherkopf an     Haarschneideapparaten.     



  Der erfindungsgemässe Scherkopf ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Sockel und zwei  miteinander verbundenen Schneideteilen besteht, wel  che Schneideteile in einem an dem Sockel befestigten  Bügel derart schwenkbar gelagert sind, dass ein An  triebsmitnehmer stets mit einem Schlitz des Deckels  des einen Schneideteiles im Eingriff bleibt.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.  Es zeigen       Fig.    1 einen seitlichen     Aufriss        mit    teilweise ge  brochenen Teilen, und       Fig.    2 eine Ansicht von vorne.  



  Der dargestellte Scherkopf weist einen Sockel 1  auf, der mittels seines Gewindes 2 an dem Körper  des nicht dargestellten     Haarschneideapparates    befe  stigt werden kann. Auf diesem Sockel 1 ist ein Bügel  3 mittels Schnappfedern 4 abnehmbar befestigt. Der  Bügel 3 ist mit zwei Führungsstiften 5 versehen, die  in entsprechenden Bohrungen des Sockels 1 einge  führt sind. An den Enden des Bügels 3 ist der untere  Teil 6 des Scherkopfes mittels Stiften 7 schwenkbar  befestigt. Mit der Bezeichnung   unterer Teil des  Scherkopfes   ist der     Teil    desselben gemeint, der mit  der Haut in Kontakt kommt. Dieser     Teil    6 trägt auf  einer Seite eine Platte 8, die mit zwei     Ausnehmungen     9 versehen ist.

   Diese     Ausnehmungen    9 entsprechen  den beiden Stellungen des Scherkopfes, wobei ein  Vorsprung 10 des Bügels 3 mit diesen     Ausnehmungen     9 in Wirkungsverbindung steht. Der obere Teil 11  des Scherkopfes ist     in    an sich bekannter Weise an  dem unteren Teil 6 befestigt. Auf diesem Teil 11 ist    ein Deckel 12 mittels Schrauben 13 befestigt, der  den ganzen Teil 11 umschliesst und     somit    das Ein  treten von abgeschnittenen Haaren zwischen den Tei  len 6 und 11 verhindert. Der Deckel 12 weist einen  mittleren, kreisförmigen     Schlitz    14 auf, in welchen  ein exzentrisch auf     einer    Nabe 15 angeordneter Mit  nehmer 16 eingreift.

   Die Nabe 15 erstreckt sich durch  den Sockel 1 und wird bei aufgestecktem Scherkopf  vom     Antriebsmechanismus    des     Haarschneideappara-          tes    angetrieben.

  The inventive shaving head is characterized in that it consists of a base and two interconnected cutting parts, wel che cutting parts are pivotably mounted in a bracket attached to the base so that a drive driver always engages with a slot in the cover of one cutting part remains.



  In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. 1 shows a side elevation with partially broken parts, and FIG. 2 shows a view from the front.



  The shaving head shown has a base 1 which can be Stigt BEFE by means of its thread 2 on the body of the hair clipper, not shown. A bracket 3 is detachably attached to this base 1 by means of snap springs 4. The bracket 3 is provided with two guide pins 5 which are inserted into corresponding holes in the base 1. At the ends of the bracket 3, the lower part 6 of the shaving head is attached pivotably by means of pins 7. The term “lower part of the shaving head” refers to the part of the same that comes into contact with the skin. This part 6 carries a plate 8 on one side which is provided with two recesses 9.

   These recesses 9 correspond to the two positions of the shaving head, a projection 10 of the bracket 3 being in operative connection with these recesses 9. The upper part 11 of the shaving head is attached to the lower part 6 in a manner known per se. On this part 11, a cover 12 is attached by means of screws 13, which encloses the entire part 11 and thus the occurrence of cut hair between the parts 6 and 11 prevents. The cover 12 has a central, circular slot 14 in which an eccentrically arranged on a hub 15 with slave 16 engages.

   The hub 15 extends through the base 1 and is driven by the drive mechanism of the hair clipper when the shaving head is attached.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Pivoting shaving head on hair clippers, characterized in that it consists of a base (1) and two cutting parts (6, 11) connected to one another, which cutting parts (6, 11) are in one on the base (1) attached bracket (3) are pivotably mounted such that a drive driver (16) always remains in engagement with a slot (14) in the cover (12) of one cutting part. A shaving head according to claim, characterized in that a plate (8) provided with recesses (9) is attached to the pivotable parts (6, 11), with which a projection (10) of the bracket (3) is in operative connection. 2. The shaving head according to claim, characterized in that the cover (12) encloses the movable part (11) in such a way that hair cannot enter between the cutting parts.
