Fig. 1, 4 und 9, Lagen 40a und 44a).
Photographic lens shutter with additional opening device The present invention relates to a photographic lens shutter with pivotably fastened on a bearing ring and a drive ring. Sectors and a clamping rib which works together with an arm of the bearing ring.
The previously known facilities have the disadvantage that at z. B. by a pre-drive delayed expiration: the clamping ring, the sectors also close accordingly slowly, which brings dinner with it in terms of securing the function sequence of single-lens reflex cameras, for which the aforementioned type of locks ge in particular is intended.
In the case of the closure according to the invention, an advantageous drive connection between the light protection flap and the closure mechanism has been created, which is also simple in its construction and reliable in its effect.
As is known, it is necessary for single-lens reflex cameras that before opening the closure by means of an additional opening device provided there for viewing the object on the film must be covered so that no incorrect exposure occurs due to unintentional incident light. The previously known cameras of the type mentioned had for this purpose built into the camera devices that were connected to the film transport and were also operated from there.
Such devices with geared connections between the film transport and shutter mechanism, however, have disadvantages, particularly with regard to the arrangement of exchangeable lens shutters, such that:
In addition, operational connections must be provided between the shutter and the light protection flap so that the light-sensitive material is automatically covered when the shutter is released from the camera.
The task is to avoid these disadvantages. According to the invention this is achieved in that a resilient lever cooperating with the arm of the bearing ring is fastened to the clamping ring, in the flow path of which switches are angeord net. The resulting secondary movement of the resilient lever is preferably perpendicular to the rotation of the spa, which can be seen as the primary movement, and serves to
immediately at the beginning of the sequence of the clamping ring, the loosening of the connection between the clamping ring and the bearing ring and thus ensuring a quick closing of the locking opening by the sectors.
In addition, the clamping ring of the lock can have cams that protrude from the plane of the clamping ring and are connected to a plunger that transmits its movement to said light protection flap or to a viewfinder mirror that takes over the function of this light protection flap.
This plunger is preferably guided in the axial direction through the interior of this closure housing and is under the action of a spring which tends to keep the plunger constantly in contact with the clamping ring or said cam.
The details of this subject matter of the invention can be seen from the following game example. The figures show: FIG. 1 the closure in the expired state, FIG. 2 the closure in the tensioned state, FIG. 3 the closure when it is released from the camera, FIG.
4 shows the relevant connection between the locking mechanism and viewfinder mirror; FIG. 5 shows a section through the locking device according to FIG. 1 along the line A-B, Fi;
G. 6 shows a section through the lock according to FIG. 2 along the line C-D, FIGS. 7 and 8 show the details of the mode of operation of the switch, and FIG. 9 shows the operational connection between the lock mechanism and the film cover plate.
In the lock housing 1, the clamping ring 2 and the bearing ring 3 and the drive ring 10 and the diaphragm ring 27 - both of which are only partially provided - are rotatably mounted. On said bearing ring 3 and the drive ring 10, the sectors 11 are pivotally mounted in well-known manner. Furthermore, both on the clamping ring 2 as.
also attached to the bearing ring 3 and the diaphragm ring 27 Fe countries 12, 5 and 28, which strive to rotate said rings 2, 3 and 27 counterclockwise. The rotary movement of the rings 3 and 27 is limited by the stop pin 26. The resilient lever 4, which has a nose 6, is firmly connected to the tensioning lever 13 protruding from the lock housing 1.
The bearing ring 3 has an arm 7 from which a tab 14 is angled. Furthermore, a hook wheel 15 is mounted in the Ge housing 1, which is in engagement with the feed mechanism 17-21 and is driven by a spike 22 rotatably mounted on the clamping ring 2. The board 25 mounted on studs 23 and 24 carries switches 8 and 9 which control the resilient lever 4.
The clamping ring 2 also has a further arm 32, which has a sickle-shaped end 33 and an inclined surface 34. The plunger 36 protrudes through the slot 35 in the lock housing 1 (see also FIG. 4). This plunger 36 is riveted into a lever 38, which in turn is mounted in the camera housing 37. Via a linkage 39, the lever 38 is connected to the pivotable mirror 40 which covers the light shaft 41.
To dampen the impact between the mirror 40 and the light shaft 41 cushions 42 (z. B. made of rubber or felt) are provided. The spring 31 always tries to pull the mirror into the viewfinder position in which the mirror! covers the light shaft 41 at the same time. Another embodiment is shown in FIG. There, the film cover plate 44, which covers the picture window 46, is attached to the pivot lever 45 coupled to the linkage 39.
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: If the clamping ring 2 is rotated clockwise with the aid of this clamping lever 13, the crescent-shaped end 33 of the arm 32 first slides over the plunger 36, but without giving the spring 31 the opportunity to use the mirror 40 or . To bring di @ c cover plate 44 in the viewfinder position (cf. FIGS. 1, 4 and 9, layers 40a and 44a).
Only when the inclined surface 34 has left the plunger 36 can the spring 31 become effective and pivot the mirror 40 or the plate 44 into the viewfinder position. During this process, the lever 4 simultaneously strikes the tab 14 of the arm 7 and the tab 43 of the arm 29, which are now carried along by the clamping ring by 2% clockwise rotation.
At the end of the tensioning process (FIGS. 2 and 6) the resilient lever 4 jumps back into the normal position after leaving the switch 9. In the clamping position now reached (FIG. 3), the clamping ring 2 is held by the release lever 16 against the action of the spring 12. In the meantime, the claw 22 has also fallen into the hook wheel 15 under the action of a weak spring (not shown).
The shutter is released by depressing the release lever 16. The spring 12, which is now becoming effective, tries to turn the clamping ring 2 counterclockwise, but the expiration of the clamping ring 2 is delayed by the forward mechanism by the claw 22 setting the hook wheel 15 in rotating motion. During this return movement, the nose 6 slides over the switch 9, so that the nose 6 is pressed downwards (FIG. 8).
In this way, the connection between the nose 6 and the tab 14 is released so that the bearing ring 3 can run off due to the action of the spring 5 (FIG. 7). From the path of the bearing ring 3 is limited by the stop 26. When the arm 7 is against the stop 26, the sectors 11 are again in their closed position.
Furthermore, the inclined surface 34 has moved the plunger 36 again against the action of the spring 31 and caused the mirror 40 or the cover plate 44 to release the light shaft 41 or the. Bildfen star 46 (FIGS. 4 and 9).
Even when the shutter is released from the camera, the mirror 40 or the cover plate 44 is automatically activated by the same device, i. H. through the rod 39 to cover the light shaft 41 or
of the image window 46 caused. If the entire closure housing 1 is rotated in the direction of the arrow for this purpose (FIG. 3), for example in order to release the bayonet connection 47, 48 provided for fastening the closure housing to the camera, then also in this case, the spring 31 given the opportunity to allow the mirror 40 or cover plate 44 to cover the light shaft 41 or the picture window 46 to cause.
When the shutter is attached to the camera, the plunger 36 is again automatically pushed into the interior of the camera housing 37, where the mirror or cover plate pivots out of the image-side beam path.
