Description
Chaudière à combustible solide La présente invention a pour objet une chau dière à combustible solide, comportant une trémie à distribution du combustible, une grille inclinée et un ventilateur envoyant de l'air primaire sous la grille et de l'air secondaire dans le foyer, chaudière caractérisée par le fait que le gaz de combustion tra verse un échangeur de chaleur à double paroi entre lesquelles circule de l'eau, placé au-dessus du foyer de combustion et comportant des lames d'eau verti cales disposées en chicanes, pour obliger les gaz à suivre des trajets verticaux de bas en haut et de haut en bas.
L'augmentation des surfaces d'échange par la présence de ces chicanes, améliore le rendement de la chaudière.
Une forme d'exécution de la chaudière selon l'invention est représentée, à titre d'exemple, sur le dessin annexé dans lequel la fig. 1 est une vue schématique de face en coupe de la chaudière, et la fig. 2 est une vue de dessus en coupe de la chaudière.
La chaudière représentée sur les figures ci- jointes comporte une grille 2 inclinée et alimentée en charbon par une trémie 3, à travers un orifice 6 de communication.
Le réglage du débit de la trémie 3 se fait par un obturateur 4 pouvant, par pivotement, obturer plus ou moins l'orifice 6. Cet obturateur 4 est monté sur deux bras 5, lesquels sont solidaires d'un axe 7 dont on peut, par un levier, provoquer la rotation.
Un ventilateur 8 envoie de l'air, d'une part, sous la grille 2 et, d'autre part, dans le foyer 10 (à tra- vers le conduit 9). Le foyer 10 est à double paroi à circulation d'eau, ainsi que l'échangeur de chaleur 1 qui est en forme de caisson à double paroi 1i placé au-dessus du foyer 10. A l'intérieur du cais son sont disposées plusieurs chicanes verticales 12 (dont deux seulement sont représentées), qui sont en fait des lames d'eau dirigées alternativement de bas en haut et de haut en bas sur toute la largeur de l'échangeur.
Les gaz chauds qui s'échappent du foyer par l'orifice 11, lèchent les parois intérieures du caisson à double paroi<B>11 .</B> Elles lèchent aussi les parois de part et d'autre des lames d'eau 12, en suivant un trajet en chicanes verticales, ce qui permet d'obtenir de grandes surfaces d'échange avant leur évacuation par le conduit 12.

An embodiment of the boiler according to the invention is shown, by way of example, in the appended drawing in which FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional front view of the boiler, and FIG. 2 is a top sectional view of the boiler.
The boiler shown in the accompanying figures comprises a grate 2 inclined and fed with coal by a hopper 3, through a communication orifice 6.
The flow rate of the hopper 3 is adjusted by a shutter 4 which can, by pivoting, close the orifice 6 more or less. This shutter 4 is mounted on two arms 5, which are integral with a pin 7 of which it is possible, by a lever, cause the rotation.
A fan 8 sends air, on the one hand, under the grille 2 and, on the other hand, into the hearth 10 (through the duct 9). The hearth 10 is double-walled with water circulation, as well as the heat exchanger 1 which is in the form of a double-walled box 1i placed above the hearth 10. Inside the sound box are arranged several baffles. verticals 12 (of which only two are shown), which are in fact layers of water directed alternately from bottom to top and from top to bottom over the entire width of the exchanger.
The hot gases which escape from the hearth through orifice 11 lick the interior walls of the double-walled casing <B> 11. </B> They also lick the walls on either side of the water layers 12 , by following a path in vertical baffles, which makes it possible to obtain large exchange surfaces before their evacuation through the duct 12.
