Description

  

      Schläger        für        Hammermühle       Die     Erfindung        betrifft    einen     Schläger    für Ham  mermühle mit einem     durch    einen     Querbolzen    an  einem Schlägerarm befestigten     Schlägerkopf.        Dieser     Schläger     ist    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,

          diass    der Schlä  gerkopf in     bezug        auf    den     Mittelpunkt    des Querbol  zens     eine    symmetrische Gestalt hat, und     eine        durch-          gehende    Öffnung     aufweist,    deren     Querschnitt    jenem  des     Schlägerarmes        entspricht,    ferner dadurch, dass       Mittel    vorhanden     sind,

      die     eine        Verschiebung    des       Querbolzens        dm    Richtung seiner Achse     verhindern,          wobei        diese    Mittel in einer Vertiefung des     Schlägers          angeordnet        sind.     



  Diese     Konstruktion    erlaubt eine sichere Befesti  gung des     Schlägerkopfes,    ohne dass die Befestigungs  teile einer Abnützung     unterliegen.    Durch     Umstecken     des     Schlägerkopfes    wird sein Material     gut    ausgenützt,  weil er gleich gut     in    den     verschiedenen        möglichen    La  gen verwendet werden kann.  



       Die        Zeichnung    zeigt schematisch     eine        bevorzugte          Ausführungsform    der     Erfindung.        Fn!g.    1 ist     eine    Sei  tenansicht des Schlägers,     Fig.    2 ein     Grundriss    und       Fig.    3 ein     .Seibenriss    im     Schnitt    entlang der     Linie          III-III    der     Fig.    1.  



  Am Schlägerarm 1 ist der     Schlägerkopf    2 durch       einen        Querbolzen    3 befestigt. In     bezug        auf,den        Mittel-          punkt    4 des     Querbolzens    3 hat der     Schlägerkopf    2       eine        symmetrische    Gestalt.  



  Der     Schlägerarm    1 weist     eine    Bohrung 5 auf, die  zu     seiner    Befestigung am Rotor einer     Hammermühle     dient.  



  Der     Schlägerkopf    2 weist eine durchgehende Öff  nung 6     auf,    deren     Querschnitt    jenem dies Schläger  armes 1     entspricht.     



  Um eine Verschiebung des     Querbolzens    3 in       Richtung        .seiner    Achse zu     verhindern,        ist        eine    Innen-         sechskantschraube    7     vorhanden,

      die in     einer        Ge-          windebohrung    8 des Schlägerarms 1     angezogen        ist.     Diese Schraube 7     ist    durch einen     Federring    9 ge  sichert und sie     greift    in     eine    Nut oder     Vertiefung    11  des     Querbolzens    3     ein.     



  Um die     Schraube    7 gegen     jegliche    Abnützung       durch        das        Mahlgut    zu schützen, ist sie     in.        einer        durch     den oberen Teil der durchgehenden     Öffnung    6 gebil  deten     Vertiefung        angeordnet.     



  !Der     Schlägerkopf    2 weist vier     Aussenkanten    13  bis 16 auf. Bei Drehung der     Hammermühle        im        Uhr-          zemgersinn        arbeitet    hauptsächlich die     Aussenkante    14.  Nach deren Abnützung     kann    man den     Schlägerkopf     2     umstecken,    damit die     Aussenkanten    13     bis    16 be  nützt     werden.

  The club head 2 is fastened to the club arm 1 by a transverse bolt 3. With regard to the center point 4 of the transverse pin 3, the club head 2 has a symmetrical shape.



  The beater arm 1 has a bore 5 which is used to attach it to the rotor of a hammer mill.



  The racket head 2 has a through opening 6 Publ, the cross section of which corresponds to that racket arm 1.



  To prevent the transverse bolt 3 from shifting in the direction of its axis, a hexagon socket screw 7 is provided.

      which is tightened in a threaded bore 8 of the beater arm 1. This screw 7 is secured by a spring ring 9 and it engages in a groove or recess 11 of the cross bolt 3.



  In order to protect the screw 7 against any wear and tear by the ground material, it is arranged in a recess formed through the upper part of the through opening 6.



  The club head 2 has four outer edges 13 to 16. When the hammer mill is rotated clockwise, it is mainly the outer edge 14 that works. After it has worn out, the club head 2 can be repositioned so that the outer edges 13 to 16 can be used.
