  Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen   llerstellung    einer innenseitig mit thermoplastischem Kunststoff kaschierten rohrförmigen Verpackungshülle
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung einer innenseitig mit thermoplastichem Kunststoff kaschierten rohrförmigen Verpackungshülle unter Verwendung eines Trägerstoffes in Form eines Bandes, das in Längsrichtung zu einem Rohr geformt wird und dessen sich überlappende Ränder miteinander verbunden werden.



   Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Trägerstoffrohr kontinuierlich über den Spritzkopf einer Spritzmaschine für thermoplastische Massen geführt wird, aus dessen Ringspalt ein Schlauch aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff derart austritt, dass die Innenseite des Trägerstoffrohres von dem Schlauch kaschiert wird.



   Die ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzkopf einer Strangpresse aus zwei konzentrischen Rohren besteht, die zwischen sich einen hohlzylindrischen Zuführungskanal für den Kunststoff freilassen, welcher Kanal an den Enden der Rohre in einen eine Spritzdüse bildenden Ringspalt endigt, welcher mit Spiel von einem Stützring für den Durchtritt des zu behandelnden Trägerstoff Rohres umfasst ist, und dass im Zuführungskanal eine im Abstand von dem Ringspalt angeordnete Ausmündung vorgesehen ist, die mit einer gegen den Ringspalt gerichteten Spritzdüse zur Herstellung eines Kunststoffadens versehen ist, und zwischen der Spritzdüse und dem Ringspalt zwei geheizte, zum Aneinanderpressen der Ränder dienende Druckrollen angeordnet sind.



   Es können beliebige Trägerstoffe verwendet werden, die sich mit dem thermoplastischen Kunststoff vereinigen lassen. Insbesondere geeignet sind Trägerstoffe aus Cellulose, wie Papier, Pappe und dergleichen.



   Die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung eignet sich besonders für eine kontinuierliche Verpackung unter luftdichtem Abschluss, insbesondere für Lebensmittel, wobei das Verpackungsgut durch das innere Rohr der beiden den Spritzkopf bildenden Rohre zugeführt werden kann. Das Verpackungsgut kommt daher nur mit diesem Rohr in Berührung, aus dem es unmittelbar und gegebenenfalls kontinuierlich in die Verpackungshülle gelangt.



   Als Werkstoff für die   durch Strangpres sen innerhalb    des   Rohres    aufgebrachte Kunststoffhülle eignen sich besonders Polyäthylen oder andere bekannte thermoplastische Kunststoffe mit gleichen Eigenschaften.



   In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele von Vorrichtungen zur Durchführung des nachfolgend beispielsweise erläuterten erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das   Mündungs    teil eines Spritzkopfes.



   Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.



   Fig. 3 als Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach der Erfindung einen Längsschnitt durch den unteren Teil einer Spritzdüse mit seitlicher Abzweigung des Spritzkanals für die Fadenbildung, und die
Fig. 4 und 5 Querschnitte nach der Linie IV-IV, bzw. V-V der Fig. 3.



   Der Spritzkopf (Fig. 1) besteht aus zwei konzen  trischen Rohren 1, 2, die für r die Zuführung des    Kunststoffes zwischen sich einen   hoblzylindrischen    Zuführungskanal 3 freilassen, der an den Enden der   Rohre in einen im Mantel des Spritzkopfes liegenden, eine Spritzdüse bildenden Ringspalt 7 endigt, welcher schwach kegelig gegen den Mantel und das vordere Ende des Spritzkopfes geneigt ausgebildet ist.



  Der Ringspalt 7 ist mit geringemSpielvoneinemStützring 9 für den Durchtritt des zu behandelnden Rohres 8 umfasst, das aus Papier, Pappe, Kunststoff oder sonstigem glattem formsteifem Werkstoff in Form eines Bandes hergestellt ist, wobei das Band in seiner Längsrichtung zum Rohr 8 eingerollt und seine sich überlappenden Ränder miteinander verbunden werden. Das Rohr 8 liegt dabei dicht am Ende des äusseren Rohres 2 des Spritzkopfes an, während das Ende 4 des inneren Rohres 1 des Spritzkopfes mit dem Innenmantel des Rohres 8 einen der Stärke des   auf      zuspritzenden    Schlauches 5 aus Kunststoff entsprechenden zylindrischen Spalt 7a bildet.



   Der durch den Ringspalt 7 austretende thermoplastische Kunststoff wird durch Strangpressen in an sich bekannter Weise innerhalb des Rohres 8 und in seiner Stärke durch den Spalt 7a begrenzt in einem geschlossenen Schlauch 5 aufgebracht, wobei eine Aufweitung des Rohres 8 durch den es umfassenden Stützring 9 verhindert wird. Nach dem Verlassen des Stützringes 9 ist der Schlauch 5 an der Innenseite des Rohres 8 soweit erhärtet, dass das Verpackungsgut eingefüllt werden kann, was über den Hohlraum 10 des Rohres 1 des Spritzkopfes erfolgt.

The invention relates to a method and a device for the continuous production of a tubular packaging casing laminated on the inside with thermoplastic synthetic material using a carrier material in the form of a tape, which is formed in the longitudinal direction into a tube and the overlapping edges of which are connected to one another.



   The invention consists in that the carrier tube is continuously guided over the injection head of an injection molding machine for thermoplastic compounds, from whose annular gap a tube made of thermoplastic material emerges in such a way that the inside of the carrier tube is concealed by the tube.



   The device for carrying out the method according to the invention, which is also the subject of the invention, is characterized in that the extrusion head of an extrusion press consists of two concentric tubes which leave a hollow cylindrical feed channel for the plastic between them, which channel at the ends of the tubes into a spray nozzle Annular gap ends, which is encompassed with play by a support ring for the passage of the carrier tube to be treated, and that an opening is provided in the feed channel which is arranged at a distance from the annular gap and is provided with a spray nozzle directed against the annular gap for producing a plastic thread, and between the spray nozzle and the annular gap, two heated pressure rollers serving to press the edges together are arranged.



   Any carrier materials that can be combined with the thermoplastic can be used. Carrier materials made of cellulose, such as paper, cardboard and the like, are particularly suitable.



   The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for continuous packaging with an airtight seal, in particular for foodstuffs, whereby the packaging material can be fed through the inner tube of the two tubes forming the spray head. The packaged goods therefore only come into contact with this tube from which they pass directly and optionally continuously into the packaging casing.



   As a material for the applied by extrusion sen inside the pipe plastic casing are particularly suitable polyethylene or other known thermoplastics with the same properties.



   In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of devices for carrying out the method according to the invention explained below by way of example are illustrated, namely:

   The spray head (Fig. 1) consists of two concentric tubes 1, 2, which release a wood-cylindrical feed channel 3 between them for the supply of plastic, which is located at the ends of the tubes in an annular gap in the shell of the spray head, forming a spray nozzle 7 ends, which is slightly tapered towards the jacket and the front end of the spray head.



  The annular gap 7 is surrounded with little play by a support ring 9 for the passage of the pipe 8 to be treated, which is made of paper, cardboard, plastic or other smooth, dimensionally stable material in the form of a band, the band being rolled up in its longitudinal direction to the pipe 8 and its overlapping Edges are joined together. The tube 8 lies close to the end of the outer tube 2 of the spray head, while the end 4 of the inner tube 1 of the spray head with the inner jacket of the tube 8 forms a cylindrical gap 7a corresponding to the thickness of the plastic hose 5 to be injected.



   The thermoplastic material exiting through the annular gap 7 is applied by extrusion in a manner known per se within the pipe 8 and limited in its thickness by the gap 7a in a closed hose 5, the expansion of the pipe 8 being prevented by the support ring 9 surrounding it . After leaving the support ring 9, the hose 5 has hardened on the inside of the tube 8 to such an extent that the packaged goods can be filled in, which takes place via the cavity 10 of the tube 1 of the spray head.
