Description

  

  Fensterrahmen aus Kunststoff     hohlprofilen       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf     Fensterrahmen     aus im     Strangpressverfahren    hergestellten     Kunststoff-          hohlprofilein,    die en den Rahmenecken durch     eüi-          gesetzte        Verbindungszapfen        zusammengähalten    ;sind.

         Zu#m    (grössten Teil werden auch haut-- Fenster noch  in althergebrachter Weise aus Holz gefertigt,     Die          Nachteilz    derartiger Holzfenster liegen einmal     in     dem dauernden Arbeiten des Holzes und in der       Notwenffigkeit    der dauernden Pflege durch Farb  anstrich, Erneuerung des Kittbettes     usw.    Man ist  daher schon in früheren Zeiten, insbesondere bei       Industpiegebäuden,    dazu Übergegangen,     die    Fenster  aus Eisen herzustellen.

   Wenn diese auch unbedingt  standfest sind, so besteht ihr Nachteil doch     än    dem  hohen Gewicht und ebenfalls der Notwendigkeit lau  fender     Farbanstrichernzuerungen.        Afie    diese Nachteile  werden zwar durch die sich in jüngster Zeit ein  führenden Fenster aus eloxiertem Aluminium be  seitigt, aber auch diese Fenster haben sieh     nur    in  sehr geringem Umfang einführen können, weil     ihr     Gestehungspreis ausserordentlich hoch hegt.  



  In jüngster Zeit sind zahlreiche Versuche     bie-          kanntgewordan,    Fenster aus Kunststoff herzustellen.       Hief-bei    verwendete     man    zunächst volle Profile, die  sich aber einmal als zu schwer und zum anderen als  zu kostspielig erwiesen. Man ging daher dazu Über,  auf der     Strangpresse    gezogene Hohlprofile zu ver  wenden. Die besondere     Schwierigkeft,        idie    hierbei  auftrat war<B>die</B>     Eckverbindung    der Rahmen.

   Dabei  wurden Konstruktionen vorgeschlagen, die entweder  nur in einem     Fabrikbetriob    hergestellt werden konn  ten, oder es wurden besondere,     fabriludässig    her  gestellte Winkelstücke     zugeliefeTt,    (die es     ian    sich einem       Handwerksbatrieb    erlaubten, solche Fenster herzu  stellen.

   Diese besonderen Winkelstücke waren jedoch  wieder mit nicht unwesentlichen     zusätzkichen    Kosten  verbunden,     und    es blieb bei diesen Fensterkonstruk-         tion,en    immer noch der Nachteil     voirhanden,        dass    für  das Ansetzen der Beschläge besondere Vorkehrungen  getroffen werden     mussten.     



  Aufgabe der     E4indung    ist es, einen Fenster  rahmen !aus     Kunststoffhofilprofilen    zu schaffen,     bel          deirdie,    Rahmenecken     in        eM.        achster    und     billiggistex    Art  in jedem     Tischlevelbatrieb    hergestellt werden können       undbei    erhöhter     St#abüitätdier    Hohlprofile gleichzeitig  die Schwierigkeiten beim Ansetzen der Beschläge,  beseitigt werden.

   Der Fensterrahmen     der    Erfindung       -ist    dadurch gekennzeichnet,     dass        stufenfömniiige    Falz  anschläge und zur     ScheÜbenbettung    bestimmte Nuten       inden        Hohl#raum,dcsKunststoffprofikso    weit     hinein-          vagen,        dass    sie auf im Querschnitt     L-fönnigen    Holz  winkeln     der        Eckverzapfung        enhIegen.    ebenso wie die  ,glatten Seitenwandungen des Profils, das dadurch  versteifende Abstützungen erfährt,

   Während     gleich-          zeltIg        idurch    die,     Holminkel    ein Halt für Befestigungs  schrauben der     Fensteilbeschläge    gegeben ist.     1)le    Stoss  fugen (der     Hohlprdiilie    können z. B. durch in Lösung  befindlichen     #Kunststoff    oder einen geeigneten Kunst  stofflack ausgefugt werden.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der       ErEindung    dargestellt. Es zeigen       F4.   <B>1</B> einen     Feustervahmen    vor     demendgültigen     Zusammensetzen,       Flig.    2 einen Querschnitt durch das     Kunststoff-          hohl,protil    in     perspekthüscher    Ansicht,       Flig.   <B>3</B> einen Querschnitt     duTch    das     Kunststoff-          hohlpfoffl    und den     eingesrtzten        Holzwinkd,

            Filg.    4 zeigt schematisch die Anordnung der Fen  sterbeschläge.  



  Der     Fensterrahmen    besteht aus Aden vier Leisten  <B><I>1,</I></B>     la,    2<B>'</B> 2a, die aus einem im     Strangpressverfahren     hergestellten     Kunststoffhohlprofil    (gemäss     Fig.    2     ihe,     stehen. In an sich bekannter Weise haben die, Profil-      leisten     ringsunilaufende    geschlossene Nuten 4 zum  Einbetten des Glaseis, bei Doppelverglasung laufen,  wie     än        Fig.   <B>3</B> dargestellt ist, zwei parallele Nuten 4  und 4a auf der oberen Seite     der        Proffle    um den  Rahmen hemm.

   Nachdem zunächst die drei,     Ixisten     <B>1,</B>     laund    2     du-roh        WinkeIstücke   <B>5</B> als     Eckverzapfang          zusammcn,gefügt        (sänd,    wird die Glasscheibe<B>3</B> von  oben in die Nuten 4      & %geschoben    und sodann die  obere     Igiste    2a aufgesetzt und     eihanfällsmit    Winkel  stücken<B>5</B> mit den     Seiten1,eisten    verbunden. Wie aus       Eig.    2 und<B>3</B> ersichtlich, haben die     Hohlprofile   <B>1</B>  eine komplizierte Innenform.

   Um     troitz    dieser Form  eine besonders einfache     Eckve#bindung    zu erhalten,  ist ein Holzwinkel<B>5</B>     iaingesct.zt,    der     än    Querschnitt       L-Fonn    besitzt und in seinen Abmessungen so     ge-          ,halten    ist,     dass    die in den Hohlraum     diineinraj-nden,          ,stufe,nfönnigcn    Falzanschläge<B>11</B> und<B>13,</B> die glatten  Seitenwandungen<B>9</B> und<B>10</B>     sowäe    die Böden der  Nuten 4 und 4a fest an ihm anliegen.

   Trotz dieser  einfachen     L-Formwird        das        Kunst#stoffhohlprofü    durch  das     Anlieigan    nach allen Richtungen gut     verste#Jit.        Der     mittlere Falzanschlag 12 kann dabei wie     dazgestellt     unberücksichtigt bleiben, kann aber auch so hoch  gerückt werden,     dass        die    obere Kante der runden  Nut für die     Dichtungsschnur   <B>6</B> ebenfalls am Holz  .des Winkels<B>5</B> anliegt.  



  Wie     Fig.    4     ze#g-t,    sind     die    Schenkel     des        Holz-          winkeils   <B>5</B> so lang, (gehalten,     idasssie    bis an die Stellen  dar     Hofilprofile        Irine#nragen,    an denen die üblichen       Fensterbcschläg        ge        8,angeschraubt        werden        sollen.        Dies       erfolgt genau in der gleichen Weise, wie es bisher  bei Holzfenstern üblich war,

   da ja unter der Kunst  stoffwandung     dias    feste Holz des Winkels<B><I>5</I></B><I> lieg.</I>       EventueR    -kann die     Eckverbindung    noch durch eine  Verschraubung<B>7</B> gesichert werden.  



       Einsolches    Fenster     kannohne    jede     SchwieAgkeit     in gleichen     Tischlereibetrieben    gefertigt werden wie  früher die Holzfenster. Ebenso kann jede Art von  Reparaturen von den gleichen     Handwerk-sihctrieben     durchgeführt worden.
