Die bis jetzt bekannten Rahmbläser, bei denen die Rohsahne durch Schütteln mit einem Druckgas in Schlagrahm übergeführt wird und der Austritt des Schlagrahmes durch Handbetätigung eines federbelasteten Ablassventiles vor sich geht, haben den Nachteil, dass die Austrittmenge des Schlagrahmes nicht verändert werden kann, was die Garnierung mit Schlagrahm sehr erschwert ;

Cream blower
The invention relates to a cream blower which is used for the production of whipped cream from raw cream and which saves the laborious production with a whisk and the use of the skin pass sack.
The previously known cream blowers, in which the raw cream is converted into whipped cream by shaking with a pressurized gas and the exit of the whipped cream takes place by manual actuation of a spring-loaded drain valve, have the disadvantage that the amount of whipped cream can not be changed, which is what the garnish very difficult with whipped cream;
The reason for this is, in particular, that the passage cross-section of the discharge valve is always the same size from the first actuation up to its full stroke end, and because, in such cream blowers, by accommodating the valve cushioning inside the cream blower head with the purpose of not having to make the latter excessively large, a fairly stiff spiral spring is required.
In addition, the angle at which the pressurized gas enters the interior of the whipped cream bottle and the angle at which the whipped cream flows off plays an important role for an even outflow of the whipped cream.
The cream blower according to the invention is characterized in that the passage cross-section of the drain valve changes from a minimum value at the start of the valve lift to a maximum value at the end of the lift, that the valve spring is provided outside the cream blower head, and that the inlet channel for the Pressurized gas, which is provided in the nozzle for the opening device of the pressure cartridge, forms an acute angle with the outlet channel of the finished whipping frame.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely
1 shows a vertical section through the inlet nozzle of the compressed gas and the outlet nozzle of the whipping frame with the drain valve closed,
2 shows a front view of the cream blower with the fastening of the valve spring,
3 shows a vertical section perpendicular to that of FIG. 1 with the drain valve fully open,
4 shows a second exemplary embodiment of the opening device of the pressure cartridge with the drain valve fully open,
Fig.
5 is a plan view of a second embodiment of the articulated connection of the valve spindle with the actuating lever,
6 shows a vertical section through the cream blower head along the line A-B in FIGS
FIG. 7 shows a vertical section through the cream blower head and the outlet nozzle along the line C-D in FIG. 1.
In the figures, a means the bottle of the cream blower, b the cream nosing head, which is screwed onto the bottle a with the interposition of a sealing body c. d means the valve spring that keeps the drain valve closed. The inlet channel f for the pressurized gas forms an acute angle with the outlet channel g of the finished whipped cream, that is, an angle smaller than 90, which, according to experience, ensures an even outflow of the whipped cream. the best conditions are in place.
The drain valve consists of the valve head e1 on which the sealing ring A is located, which is caused by the internal cylinder pressure. is pressed onto the valve seat i (Fig. 3) of the cream blower head b. Following the valve head ej, the discharge valve spindle consists of a cylindrical part e2, which is larger in diameter than a subsequent second cylindrical part eg; both sections e2 and e3 are connected to one another by a third conical section ssg.
On the stepped section e4 adjoining section e3 there is a sealing ring hl which seals the valve spindle bore of the cream blower head from the outside.
On the cylindrical and conical sections e2 and e5 of the valve spindle e that adjoin the valve head el, a notch k is provided in the longitudinal axis of the spindle, which is laid out towards both ends in its outline form on the spindle surface and in a through the notch and the spindle axis Cross-sectional plane pointed.
The valve seat i located at the inner end of the valve spindle bore of the cream blower head b is followed by a cylindrical section with the valve spindle bore, which is connected to a second, cylindrical section m2 of the valve spindle bore with a smaller diameter by a third conical section m3 of the valve spindle bore.
When the drain valve is closed, passage cross-sections of approximately the same size are present between the valve spindle e and the valve spindle bore of the cream blower head in the area of the outlet channel g. When the valve spindle is depressed, the sealing ring h remains pressed onto the valve seat i due to the internal cylinder pressure; the beginning of the notch k now emerges from under the sealing ring h; a passage cross-section is created for the cream, which cross-section increases the further the valve spindle is pressed down.
At the same time, when the valve spindle is depressed, a larger cylindrical cavity with an annular cross-section is created between the spindle sections e5, e3 and the spindle bore sections mi, m3 than was present before the depression of the spindle, which provides free access to the frame entering through the notch k Outlet channel g allows.
Due to the notch provided on the valve spindle, it is possible that as the valve lift increases, a larger amount of whipped cream can escape through channel g than at the start of the valve lift. The amount of whipped cream that escapes can thus be dosed and adjusted to the garnish requirement by opening the drain valve to a greater or lesser extent.
The discharge valve is opened by the lever n connected to the valve spring d, which has a slot nl for the passage of the valve spindle part e6 located outside the cream blower head, on the outer end of which a nut o is provided, against which the outer side of the lever n is applies.
The outer end of the leaf spring d is bent circularly in its longitudinal direction and this circular end di lies in a slot p of the cream blower head b, which slot on one side pi is open to the outside so that the valve spring end d, slot can be inserted
In the inlet channel f in d'em the nozzle of the cream blower head b provided for the opening device of the pressure cartridge protrudes according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG.
1 the sealing sleeve q with the valve piece r of the retaining nipple s for the injection needle t, inside of which the sealing ring u for the pressure cartridge v is located. The retaining nipple s is held in the neck of the cream blower head by the nut w, and the pressure cartridge v is located in a pressure sleeve x which is screwed onto the neck of the cream blower head. By screwing this pressure sleeve x inwards, the pressure cartridge moves against the piercing needle t and is opened by this in that the sealing membrane of the pressure cartridge is pierced by the piercing needle t.
In the embodiment of FIG. 4, a nipple y is screwed into the pressure cartridge, which contains a check valve y with a sealing body Y2.
At its outer end, this nipple is in a threaded connection with a pressure nut z, which in turn is screwed into a receiving sleeve z1.
This receiving sleeve 41, which is firmly screwed to the cream blower neck, holds the cartridge nipple z1 with its sealing sleeve z3 firmly in the cream blower neck. The inner end of the cartridge nipple z facing the pressure cartridge is sealed by the sealing ring Z4, which is held in the pressure nut z by the nut z5. In the position of the pressure cartridge shown in FIG. 4, its nipple y is screwed so far into the pressure nut z that the sealing edge 7'4 sits firmly on the rubber sealing ring z4.
By now screwing the pressure nut z further into the receptacle sleeve z1, which is firmly screwed into the socket of the cream blower head 6, the check valve yl approaches the cartridge nipple Z2. The head of the check valve y pushes against the inner end of the cartridge nipple Z2 h the seal body y2 from the seal seat yg.
The gas under pressure in the cartridge v can now between the spindle of the valve y, and its bore in the nipple y, through a transverse slot in the head of the valve yl, through the longitudinal bore in the cartridge nipple z2 and transverse bore at the inner end of the same, and between the The bore of the sealing sleeve z3 and the cartridge nipple z2 flow into the inside of the cream bottle.
5 and 6 show a further embodiment for the articulated connection of the valve spindle e to the actuating lever n. The outer Ven tilspindelende ssg, which passes through the slot n1 of the loading actuating lever n, has a head e, and the slot iz, has at its end facing the circularly bent spring part dl an extension n. Through which the head eT of the spindle e is straight is able to step through.
To insert the spindle end ssg into the slot n, the lever n is pressed against the cream blower head and at the same time pulled against the spindle e so that the head e7 of the spindle e can pass through the extension nl. After releasing the lever n, the spindle end e slides into the slot nl and the outer side of the lever n rests against the head e7 of the valve spindle.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, a spout ul is pressed into the outlet channel g, onto which a garnishing sleeve preferably made of rubber with a zigzag cut-out end part is attached in a known manner, which is not shown in the drawing.
7 shows a female embodiment of the outlet nozzle which ensures the evenness of the emerging whipped cream bead even better, particularly when using compressed gas to produce whipped cream. The threaded connector v is screwed into the cream blower head b, which is extended at the outer end to accommodate the normal mouthpieces vi that have already been used for topping with whipped cream. This mouthpiece sits inside the threaded connector on a sealing ring v and is held in place by the union nut v3.
The mouthpiece vl can consist of sheet metal or a plastic material and can easily be exchanged for other mouthpieces with differently sized outlet openings and different shapes.
