Fig. 4 ist die Draufsicht auf den Bügelkern.
Clothes hanger The invention relates to a clothes hanger with a longitudinally welded plastic cover.
According to the invention, in such a clothes derbügel, the weld seam of the shell running along the surface of the bracket is turned inwards, towards the bracket core. It is achieved that there is no sharp edge on top of the clothes hanger, which helps to protect clothing. In addition, the clothes hanger has a pleasing appearance. The shape of the bracket does not play an essential role.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, it is in the surface of the hanger core. seen in front of a longitudinal groove running over the entire length of the bracket, into which the upper weld seam of the shell protrudes. This sinking of the weld seam largely protects this seam. In addition, the surface of the shell is further smoothed.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention as an example.
Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bracket with plastic cover.
FIG. 2 shows the top view of the representation in FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 is a larger-scale cross-section through the bracket.
Fig. 4 is the top view of the hanger core.
The bracket consists of the bracket core 1, two pads 2 and 2 'and a plastic cover 3.
The bracket core 1 is suitably made of wood. But it can also consist of plastic or another material. A longitudinal groove 4 is provided at the top in the bracket core. The pads 2 and 2 'are on the side surfaces of the bracket core 1 z. B. applied by gluing. The plastic film consists of two halves that are welded together.
The upper weld seam 5 is turned inward; it protrudes into the groove 4 of the bracket core 1. The lower weld seam 6 is turned outwards; it too could have turned inwards.
The welding around the hanger core and the upholstery with the plastic film is done in such a way that the upper, inward-facing weld seam is produced first. Then the welding foil is folded on both sides over the pads 2 and 2 ', whereupon the foil is welded together with the seam 6 at the bottom.
The pads 2 and 2 'are used to make the outside of the bracket flexible. For the essence of the invention, they are not required per se and could therefore also be omitted.
