Heating boiler with a kitchen stove The invention relates to a heating boiler with a kitchen stove. It is characterized by the fact that both devices have completely separate fireplaces, each with a grate and separate heat absorption points, that the firing device of the kitchen stove is inserted in the upper part of the boiler and the firing of the boiler is arranged in the lower part, which firing a lateral filling chute is assigned,
that the combustion gases from both fireplaces enter a collecting space arranged above the furnace of the kitchen range, that this is covered by at least one hotplate and that an insulating plate is provided to cover it, and that the combustion gases from the collecting space through a common channel for both firing points the fireplace. be discharged.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the heating boiler with kitchen stove.
Fig. 2 shows the boiler with the kitchen stove from the side, in section.
Fig. 3 is a floor plan of the boiler including the kitchen stove.
The boiler has a hollow double-walled, water-filled jacket 1, which is insulated to the outside with a poorly heat-conducting mass 2 and is placed on a base 3, in which the sliding drawer 4 is guided to receive the ash .. About the drawer, the grate 5 is inserted into the lower opening of the boiler shell. The side parts of the cavity, which the outer and inner boiler walls enclose, are wedge-shaped in the lower part 6 so that there is a larger amount of water in the immediate vicinity of the grate.
At the top, these side parts then merge into a rectangular cross-section. When the stove insert 7 are loaded from the front to the back, the stove insert 7 on the lower and inner side enclosing pipes 8 are available, which connect the front and rear walls of the shell 1 with each other and increase the water circulation in the boiler.
The stove insert 7 is inserted from above into the upper part of the boiler room bounded by the tubes 8 and one side wall 9 of the shell 1. The latter forms the stove's firing device.
The combustion air is fed to the grate 10 in use from the front through the door 10 'with a regulating opening and through the receiving space of the ash drawer 11, which extends under the grate. In the outer jacket 12 of the insert 7, a wall 13 is inserted, so that between this wall on the one hand and the rear and bottom wall of the jacket 12 on the other hand, an intermediate space 14 is created in which secondary air entering from the ash chamber is heated and through bores 15 into the combustion chamber the stove can escape.
Above the stove insert 7 there is a collecting chamber 16 for the combustion gases from both firings, which chamber is covered on the top by the cooking plates 17 and 18, which are covered by the insulating plate 19 that can be opened. The combustion gases can rise directly into the chamber 16 (see FIG. 1).
The furnace 20 of the boiler is located above the grate 5 and has a shape that widens upwards, which enables the lower part of the side walls of the shell 1 to be wedge-shaped so that larger amounts of water can be stored in the immediate vicinity of the grate. Upwards, the two walls of these walls are again made parallel.
The boiler fire is in the

The filling chute 20, which opens into the collecting chamber 16 at the top, runs below the conical part 20 of the boiler room and on one side next to the kitchen stove insert 7. A duct 22, which is common to both devices and for the extraction of the combustion gases, connects to the collecting chamber 16 and opens into the chimney 23.
The explained boiler with kitchen stove according to the invention allows both firing systems to be used separately or together. It is equipped with an automatic tension regulator, not shown. The heating surface of the boiler can be enlarged by fitting vertical pipes in the filling shaft or in the fire chamber 20 at its non-tapered point.
