Description
Schraubenlose Befestigungsvorrichtung für wenigstens ein elektrisches Installationsgerät auf einem Tragbügel Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine schrauben lose Befestigungsvorrichtung für wenigstens ein elek trisches Installationsgerät auf einem Tragbügel, mit einer federnden Rastverbindung.
Der Bügel findet bekanntlich insbesondere für Unterputzmontage, vor allem auch für Mehrfachkom binationen Verwendung. Die Unterputzgeräte, wie Schalter, Steckdosen, Klingeldrücker und dergleichen, werden auf dem Tragbügel durch federnde Rastglieder festgehalten. Der Bügel selbst wird in die Unterputz- dose eingesetzt und mittels einer Schraubverbindung oder auch mittels Spreizen befestigt.
Es ist ferner bekannt, bei der Anordnung von elektrischen Apparaten auf Schalttafeln mittels Trag schienen die Unterseite der Schalter mit einer Platte zu versehen, aus der ein starrer und ein federnder Lappen herausgebogen sind, die die Tragschiene um fassen. Diese Anordnung hat jedoch den Nachsteil, dass die Platte mittels besonderer Befestigungsmittel an dem Schalter gehalten werden muss und dass die Benutzung einer Platte für diese Aufgabe viel zu auf wendig ist. Ausserdem kann ein solcher Schalter leicht in Richtung der Schiene verschoben werden, was nicht erwünscht ist.
Bei einer anderen bekannten Einrichtung ist in einer seitlichen Ausnehmung des Sockels einer Rei henklemme ein U-förmiges Federglied eingelegt. Diese Anordnung hat den Nachteil, dass die einzelnen Rei henklemmen nur durch das Aneinanderreihen von mehreren Reihenklemmen zu geschlossenen Geräten werden, so dass die in ihren Sockeln angeordneten Rastfedern bei Handhabung der einzelnen Reihen klemmen leicht verlorengehen können. Ausserdem ist aber auch hier ein Verschieben des Gerätes auf der Schiene möglich.
Bei der Befestigung von Installa- tionsgeräten auf Unterputztragbügeln ist es dagegen angebracht, die Geräte sehr sicher in einer bestimm ten Lage auf den Tragbügeln zu halten, so dass sich diese beim Befestigen der Anschlussdrähte wie auch beim Betätigen der Bedienungsglieder nicht verschie ben.
Die erfindungsgemässe Befestigungsvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine in dem Geräte sockel gehaltene U-förmige Feder mit ihren Schen keln je einen aus dem Tragbügel herausgebogenen Lappen hintergreift, der in einen senkrecht zu den Schenkeln verlaufenden Schlitz des Gerätesockels ein greift.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes be schrieben.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Vorderansicht eines Schalters mit einem Teilschnitt nach der Linie 1-I von Fig. 2 des Schaltersockels.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Schalters mit einem Teilschnitt gemäss der Linie II-11 in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 zeigt eine Unteransicht des Schalters.
Fig. 4 zeigt den Einbau von mehreren Schaltern in einer Unterputzdose.
Fig. 5 zeigt den Tragbügel für die Unterputzdose, und Fig. 6 zeigt eine Rastfeder allein.
Der Gerätesockel 1 besitzt in der Ausnehmung 1a des Fusses die Längsnuten 1b, in die eine U-förmige Drahtfeder 2 eingelegt ist. Die Drahtfeder kann z. B. durch Zwischenlegung zwischen die beiden Sockelteile <I>1d,</I> 1e gehalten sein.
Der Sockel enthält ferner einen Schlitz 1c, der senkrecht zu den Nuten 1b verläuft, in welchem Schlitz aus dem Tragbügel 3 heraus stehende oder hervorgebogene Lappen 3a eingreifen. Die Lappen 3a sind sowohl aus dem Steg als auch aus dem Schenkel des Bügels herausgedrückt. Sie greifen von aussen seitlich der Bügelschenkel in den Schlitz 1c des Sockels ein (Fig. 4).
Die Federschenkel <I>2a, 2b</I> schnappen dabei über die Abschrägungen 3b der Lappen 3a des Tragbügels 3, so dass die Geräte fest auf dem Bügel sitzen und nur durch grossen Druck aus ihren Verankerungen gezogen werden kön nen. Unterhalb des Tragbügels ist in den Ausneh- mungen la noch genügend Raum zum Durchziehen der Anschlussleitungen vorhanden.
Auf dem Tragbügel sind Markierungen, z. B. Vorsprünge 3d, Kerben 3c oder dergleichen an gebracht die die Befestigungslage für jedes Gerät an zeigen. Auf diese Weise kann das Montieren der Geräte auf dem Tragbügel sehr schnell erfolgen.

The bracket is known to be used especially for flush mounting, especially for Mehrfachkom combinations. The flush-mounted devices, such as switches, sockets, bell pushers and the like, are held on the support bracket by resilient locking elements. The bracket itself is inserted into the flush-mounted box and fastened by means of a screw connection or by means of spreading.
It is also known to provide the underside of the switch with a plate from which a rigid and a resilient tab are bent out, which grasp the mounting rail to the rail in the arrangement of electrical equipment on control panels by means of support. However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that the plate has to be held on the switch by means of special fastening means and that the use of a plate for this task is far too complex. In addition, such a switch can easily be moved in the direction of the rail, which is not desirable.
In another known device, a U-shaped spring member is inserted into a lateral recess of the base of a Rei henklemme. This arrangement has the disadvantage that the individual Rei henklemmen become closed devices only by stringing together several terminal blocks, so that the locking springs arranged in their bases can easily get lost when handling the individual rows. In addition, it is also possible to move the device on the rail here.
When mounting installation devices on flush-mounted mounting brackets, however, it is advisable to hold the devices very securely in a certain position on the mounting brackets so that they do not shift when the connecting wires are attached or when the operating elements are operated.
The fastening device according to the invention is characterized in that a U-shaped spring held in the device base engages with its legs each behind a tab bent out of the support bracket, which engages in a slot in the device base running perpendicular to the legs.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject invention will be described below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of a switch with a partial section along the line 1-I of Fig. 2 of the switch base.

The device base 1 has the longitudinal grooves 1b in the recess 1a of the foot, into which a U-shaped wire spring 2 is inserted. The wire spring can, for. B. be held by interposing between the two base parts <I> 1d, </I> 1e.
The base also contains a slot 1c, which runs perpendicular to the grooves 1b, in which slot from the support bracket 3 protruding or bent tabs 3a engage. The tabs 3a are pressed out of both the web and the leg of the bracket. They engage from the outside on the side of the bracket legs in the slot 1c of the base (Fig. 4).
The spring legs <I> 2a, 2b </I> snap over the bevels 3b of the tabs 3a of the support bracket 3 so that the devices sit firmly on the bracket and can only be pulled out of their anchors by applying great pressure. There is still enough space in the recesses 1 a for pulling the connection lines through.
There are markings on the handle, e.g. B. projections 3d, notches 3c or the like brought to show the mounting position for each device. In this way, the devices can be mounted on the mounting bracket very quickly.
