Wood construction element for walls to be created from wooden structures The subject of the present invention is a wood construction element for walls to be created from Holzbau th, which is characterized by two, a distance from each other, parallel synthetic wood panels, the distance to each other determines the wall thickness of the element and at least an intermediate plate made of wood, which is connected to spaced apart wooden strips and which wooden strips are glued to one of the other adjacent panels used to form air ducts running parallel to one another.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing for example. It shows: Fig.l a horizontal cross-section through a wooden construction element, first embodiment, Fig. 2 a horizontal cross-section through a wooden construction element, second embodiment, Fig.3 a corner connection between two Holzbauele elements in the horizontal cross-section.
In Fig. 1, 1 and 2 each represent a synthetic wood panel. It consists of synthetic resin mixed with wood chips or sawdust. The plates be at a distance from each other. Between the same, a wooden intermediate plate 9 provided on both sides with wooden strips 3 to 8 is arranged, the size of which corresponds to the synthetic wood plates. The wooden strips 3 to 5 are glued to the plate 1, the wooden strips 6 to 8 with the plate 2 ver.
Between the wooden strips 3 and 4, 4 and 5, 6 and 7, 7 and 8, which are spaced apart, air ducts 10 to 13 can be seen, which are laterally bounded by the wooden strips, each with a synthetic wood panel and the intermediate plate 9. The air ducts are opposite one another.
The panels and wooden strips are glued together using a water-insoluble glue. In FIG. 2, the outer synthetic wood panels of the wooden structural element are denoted by 14 and 15. Two intermediate plates separated from one another by wooden strips 16, 17, etc. and glued to them bear the designation 18 and 19. Other wooden strips which are glued to the synthetic wood plates 14 and 15 and the intermediate plates 18 and 19, respectively, bear the designation 20, 21 or 22, 23.
The air ducts resulting from this arrangement, which are arranged offset to one another, are marked 24 to 26.
The plates and strips of wood are arranged in Fig. 2 at one end so that recesses 27, 28 are ent, into which a second component with protruding strips of wood, but touching synthetic wood and intermediate plates can be inserted, so that between each other be touching components no gaps arise.
The corner connection shown in Fig. 3 of two or three wooden components shows in the right angle to each other synthetic wood panels 29, 30 and 31, 32, intermediate plates 33, 34 and wood bars 35 to 38 and 39 to 44 and air ducts 45 to 50. The connection between the two components is T-shaped. If you move the dividing line A of the imaginary component composed of two parts with the synthetic wood panels 31, 32 according to the dashed line A 'to the right in Fig. 3, a right-angled corner connection is created.
The corner pieces are designed so that the wooden strips 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44 and panels 31, 34, 32 butt against one another without creating a gap. The corner connection is secured by correspondingly long wood screws 51 and 52, the heads of which are sunk in the synthetic wood plate 32 and the threads of which are screwed ver in the wooden strips 37 and 38. In the examples shown, the wall thickness of the component is always determined by the distance between the synthetic wood panels running parallel to one another.
The real wall of a wooden building can be thicker, namely when the art is made of wood panels with cement asbestos, z. B. Eternit (registered trademark), panels made of wood wool with cement plaster or tiles are provided.
The height of these components is about 2.60 meters and the length about 5.20 meters. The manufacture takes place in the workshop, and this makes it possible to build all types of wooden structures cheaply. The walls are also space-saving compared to masonry walls.
Influences of water, e.g. B. rain, cause no shrinkage or bending of the components and the materials used for them.
