Le gril représenté au dessin est constitué par une plaque centrale 1 aux extrémités de laquelle sont arti culées deux plaques latérales 2 et 3 maintenues per pendiculairement au plan de la plaque centrale par engagement de tétons non représentés que présente une saucière 4 dans des fentes correspondantes 5 ménagées dans les plaques latérales.
Ces plaques latérales 2 et 3 sont découpées tra- pézoïdalement et présentent chacune sur leur bord antérieur une découpure 6 destinée à permettre l'en gagement d'une broche 7 sur laquelle doivent être fixés les mets à rôtir.
La plaque 2, respectivement 3, est munie de deux jeux superposés de griffes 8 et 9 constituant des pas sants pour un support 10 en forme de L sur la branche horizontale duquel prend appui un côté d'une caissette 11 constituant le foyer du gril-broche. La face antérieure de cette caissette est formée par une grille dont les barreaux sont solidaires: d'une part d'un fond 12 et d'autre part d'une encadrure supé rieure 13.
Cette encadrure est constituée par un pro filé recourbé rectangulairement et dont les extrémités sont légèrement repliées vers le bas pour constituer des oreilles d'appui du foyer sur le support 10.
La partie verticale du support 10, qui est enga gée dans les, passants 8-9, présente sur sa tranche antérieure une crénelure dont l'écartement est au moins égal à la hauteur des griffes du passant supé rieur. En outre, la largeur maximum de cette partie verticale est bien entendu correspondante à l'écarte ment des griffes 8 et 9 des deux passants.
Les supports crénelés 10 tels que décrits permet- tent de varier la position du foyer 11 par rapport à la broche 7 de manière à pouvoir utiliser de façon optimum le combustible nécessaire à la cuisson des mets.
