Feeding device for roller mixers The subject of the present invention is a loading device for roller mixers, as is used in particular for the preparation of pasty and / or viscous masses, such as paints.
In the previously known Walzenmischmaschi NEN, the loading was done either by hand with the help of buckets or with the help of lifting carts or the like, which lift the load located in a bucket and tip it into the filling opening of the roller mixer.
It has also been proposed to lift mobile containers that have outflow openings at their bottom with the aid of a hydraulic lifting device up to the height of the filling opening of the machine and to take charge there by opening the outlet opening on the container. This hydraulic lifting device consists of two lifting arms which are pivotably articulated on both sides of the machine frame and which, by means of forks, attack pins attached to the loading container since Lich.
It is the aim of the present invention to provide a new roller mixer with a device that, using a surprising trick for the first time, enables loading in which the loading container can be both raised and tilted at the same time to the mean with the aid of a hydraulic system To achieve technical progress that any position between lifting and tilting is possible. As a result, the container should be able to be tilted over the filling opening at any speed and up to any tilting angle, which can also be greater than 900.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that two bearing surfaces are provided which are approximately perpendicular to one another and each engage two pins provided on both sides of the mixing container.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which the side view of a roller mixer with a charging device according to the invention is shown.
A known roller mixer 12 with rollers 11 and filling opening 6 is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, the lifting arm 4 of which has a double fork consisting of parts 7 and 8 at its end, the fork part 8 being connected to the lever 4 via a reinforcement 9 is. The pivot axis of the lever 4, which is arranged on the roller mixer, is denoted by 13 and the pivot axis of the hydraulic lifting cylinder 3, which is also fastened to the roller mixer, is denoted by 14. With 10, the hydraulic lifting device is shown in phantom in the extended state.
The loading container, which is preferably designed to be mobile, has two vertically superposed pegs 1 and 2 on two opposite sides, which engage in the two openings of the double fork 7, 8.
To load the roller mixer, as shown in the figure under item 1, the loading container filled with loading material to any height is attached to the lifting device in such a way that when the arm 4 is hydraulically raised, the fork part 7 the pivot pin 1 and the fork part 8 the pivot pin 2, with the machine being loaded with increasing tilting until the container has finally reached the tilting position shown in position 2.
By changing the angle that the two fork openings form with respect to one another, it can be achieved that the onset of the tilting process of the loading container 5 begins at any height above the ground, ie. H. the height of the filling opening of the roller mixer can be taken into account. The Gabelaufla ger 8 can also be replaced by a straight call bearing surface.
