Description
Fensterfeststeller Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Fensterfest- steller mit einem am Fensterrahmen zu befestigenden Gehäuse und einem mit dem Fensterflügel zu verbin denden Arm, welcher unverdrehbar ein kegelstumpf- förmiges Reibglied trägt, das in einer konischen Bohrung im Gehäuse gelagert ist.
D,r Fensterfeststedler ist ge kennzeichnet durch eine in einer axialen Bohrung im Reibglied angeordnete, mit dem Gehäuse unver- drehbar verbundene, mit einem Gewicht versehene Achse zum Hineindrücken des Reibgliedes in die ko nische Bohrung im Gehäuse.
Anhand der Zeichnung wird nachstehend ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes nä her erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ansicht eines Fensterfes:tstellers mit Teilen eines Fensterrahmens und eines Fenster- flügels ;
Fig. 2 zeigt in grösserem Masstabe einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in F.g. 1, und Fig. 3 zeigt ebenfalls in grösserem Masstab einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-111 in Fig. 1.
Am Fensterrahmen 1 isst mittels zweier Schrauben und 3 ein Gehäuse 4 befestigt. In einer konischen Bohrung im Gehäuse 4 ist ein aus .Kunststoff be stehendes, kegelstumpfförmiges Reibglied 5 gelagert. Das Reibglied 5 weist eine Seehskantbohrung auf und ist auf ein Röhrchen 6 mit einem Aussensechs- kant aufgesteckt. Ferner weist das Reibglied 5 einen von der Sechskantbohrung ausgehenden radialen Schlitz 5n. auf, welcher den Ausgleich von Hers:tel- lungstoleranzen bzw.
Massabweichungen der Seehs- kantbohrun#g und des Auss ensechskants ermöglicht. Das Röhrchen 6 ist seinerseits mit einem Arm 7 fest verbunden, so dass also auch das Reibglied 5 mit dem Arm 7 unverdrehbar verbunden ist. Der Fen sterflügel 8 ist mit dem Arm 7 über eine Stift- Schltz-Kupplung verbunden, die ,einen im Fenster flügel befestigten Stift 9 umfasst, welcher in einen Schlitz im Arm 7 eingreift.
Im Inneren des Röhrchens 6 ist koaxial zum Reibglied 5 eine Achse 10 angeordnet. Das eine Ende der Achse 10 ist mit einem Winkelstück 11 fest verbunden, welches in einer Ausnehmung 12 im Gehäuse 4 zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Fenster rahmen 1 gleitbar ist.
Dadurch ist die Achse 10 un- verdrehbar mit dem Gehäuse 4 verbunden. Natür- lich könnte auch die Achse 10 mit dem Winkelstück 11 aus einem Stück bestehen.
Das andere Ende der Achse 10 trägt ein Ge winde, auf welches eine Mutter 13 geschraubt ist. Die Mutter 13 stützt sich über eine Unterlegsoheibe 14 am Gehäuse 4 ab.
Durch Drehen der Mutter 13 kann das Winkelstück 11 gegen das Gehäuse 4 ge zogen werden, wodurch das Reibglied 5 in die ko nische Bohrung im Gehäuse hineingedrückt wird, so dass die Reibung zwischen dem Reibglied und dem Gehäuse zunimmt. Diese Reibung .erschwert die Drehung des Armes 7 gegenüber dem Gehäuse 4 und damit auch die Drehung des Fensterflügels 8 gegen über dem Fensterrahmen 1, so das.,5 sich der Fenster flügel nicht unbeabsichtigt bewegt.
Natürlich könnte statt der Mutter 13 auch eine Kopfschraube vorgesehen sein, die in eine Gewinde bohrung in der Achse 10 geschraubt wäre.
Zwischen dem Winkelstück 11 und dem Arm 7 ist noch eine Unterlegscheibe 15 aus Kunststoff an geordnet, welche als Scheibenresbungsbremse wirkt.
Dadurch, dass. die Achse 10 unverdrehbar mit dem Gehäuse 4 verbunden ist, ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass sich die Achse 10 und die Mutter 13 beim Öffnen und Schliessen des Fensterflügels 8 nicht be wegen können, so dass sich die Mutter 13 auf ihrem Gewinde nicht unbeabsichtigt löst oder festzieht.

In the interior of the tube 6, an axis 10 is arranged coaxially to the friction member 5. One end of the axis 10 is firmly connected to an angle piece 11, which frame 1 can be slid in a recess 12 in the housing 4 between the housing and the window.
As a result, the axis 10 is connected to the housing 4 in a non-rotatable manner. Of course, the axis 10 with the angle piece 11 could also consist of one piece.
The other end of the axis 10 carries a Ge thread on which a nut 13 is screwed. The nut 13 is supported on the housing 4 via a washer 14.
By turning the nut 13, the elbow 11 can be pulled against the housing 4, whereby the friction member 5 is pushed into the ko niche bore in the housing, so that the friction between the friction member and the housing increases. This friction .schwert the rotation of the arm 7 relative to the housing 4 and thus also the rotation of the window sash 8 relative to the window frame 1, so that., 5 the window sash does not move unintentionally.
Of course, instead of the nut 13, a head screw could also be provided that would be screwed into a threaded hole in the axis 10.
Between the elbow 11 and the arm 7, a washer 15 made of plastic is still arranged, which acts as a disc brake.
The fact that the axis 10 is non-rotatably connected to the housing 4 has the advantage that the axis 10 and the nut 13 cannot move when the window sash 8 is opened and closed, so that the nut 13 rests on its thread does not accidentally loosen or tighten.
