Description

Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt nach Linie I-I der Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht der ersten Ausführungsform
Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt nach Linie III-III der Fig. 4,
Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht der zweiten Ausführungsform.

Containers for the transport, storage and mixing of different substances
Substances that are mixed shortly before use are used to an ever greater extent. Often these are reactive substances with two or more components. The dosing, handling and mixing of such materials is difficult because of their stickiness and sometimes health hazards.

In many cases air inclusion or oxidation is also undesirable.

These and other disadvantages can be overcome by the present invention.

The subject of the present invention is a kneadable container for the transport, storage and mixing of different substances, which remains tight to the outside when the substances are mixed, the different substances being stored in separate chambers, which is characterized in that the separating effect is a funds provided for this purpose can be canceled.

The invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing, for example. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section along line I-I of Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the first embodiment
3 shows a longitudinal section along line III-III of FIG. 4,
Fig. 4 is a plan view of the second embodiment.

The packaging shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a tube piece 1, preferably consisting of weldable polymer material, which is divided into a first chamber 2 and a second chamber 3 by welding. A loop 4 inserted before welding and held in place by the welding point is used to tear open the welding point 5 shortly before the contents of the chamber 2 are mixed with! that of chamber 3. Means 6 are used for good recording. The tearing is done by pulling the means 6 in the direction of the arrow. The welding point 7 is advantageously designed so that it is so large that it is easy and safe to grasp it.

The tip 8 is produced by welding and a substance-inert needle or nail 9 can be inserted before welding, which after the welding process closes the chamber 2 off from the outside in airtight manner. Mixing without residue is produced by kneading or rolling with an object 11. After pulling out the needle 9, a channel 10 is created through which the mixture is expressed.

The packaging shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 also has a piece of tubing, here denoted by 20, which preferably consists of weldable polymer material and closes a chamber 23 by welding at the tip 21 and the end 22. A welded-in needle 24 with a point 25 closes the chamber 23 from the outside in an airtight manner.

A pillow-shaped container 26 is loosely embedded in the contents 27 of the chamber 23. It is produced and filled before the formation of the chamber 23 and consists in a known manner of a piece of tubing with welded ends 28, 29. By pushing the container 26 against the needle tip 25, it penetrates the container wall and injures it. The injury can also widen and the contents 27 mix with the contents 30. The needle can also be a closed hollow needle (not shown) or a tube which can be used to squeeze out the contents of the pack in places that are difficult to access.

The means for destroying the chamber dividing wall can also lie loosely in the pack and can be in the form of a pen or nail. If the package is clear, it is easy to hold onto the destructive means and push the loose inner chamber against it to destroy it.

It can also have other shapes, e.g. B. a section of a pipe (cut transversely to the axis), which was ground tangentially to a little further than the inner diameter. The grinding surfaces form with the inside; surface two cutting edges between which the loose chamber can be pushed.

Furthermore, the means of destruction can be a small tube that is ground at an angle. This sharp end can serve both to pierce the inner chamber and to pierce the outer chamber after mixing has been completed, the mixture being able to be pressed out through the tube.
