Overhead traveling crane system The subject matter of the invention is an traveling crane system with at least one traveling crane that can be moved on a crane runway. In order to prevent accidents, more safety precautions must be taken for these systems, which also apply to the accesses to the overhead traveling cranes. In particular, as access to the overhead traveling cranes of a workshop z. B. considered catwalks necessary, the protective distances of the moving crane parts and their passage profile are prescribed.
Such catwalks usually extend over the entire length of the hall and are generally arranged on the outside next to the crane runway, but cause considerable additional costs when building workshops.
The aim of the invention is to strive for a more economical solution to the problem of access to the cranes while safeguarding safety concerns. According to the invention, at least one feeder transport means that can be moved in the direction of the crane runway is provided between a fixed platform and the traveling crane.
The subject matter of the invention will then be explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows schematically a cross section through a workshop with an overhead crane system according to a first embodiment; Fig. 2 and 3 each show a further execution example of an overhead crane system on a partial hall cross-section.
In the workshop illustrated in Fig. 1, the side supports 1 carry the z. B. over the entire hall length extending crane runway 2, while rend further upwardly projecting roof supports 3 carry the girders 4 of the roof structure 5, which is designed so that they are under the roof ridge 6 over the girders 4 free space on the whole hall length for a Lane 7 and a person platform 8 mobile on the same with a corresponding passage profile leaves free. At least at one end of the roadway 7, for. B. on a hall front wall 9, there is a fixed pedestal 10 or a short catwalk that can be reached from the hall floor via a staircase 11 and provides access to the mobile platform 8 in its starting position ver.
The platform 8 forms the feeder vehicle between the pedestal 10 and the overhead crane 12, which carries a stair 13 or ladder next to the roadway 7 of the platform 8, which grants access from the platform to the catwalk 14 of the overhead crane, from where the crane operator usually Way can get into the driver's cab 15. The stairs 13 could just as easily be attached to the trolley 16.
The platform 8 is preferably provided with an electrically driven chassis, which is controlled by means of control elements on the platform itself, but also from the crane driver's cab 15 or the driver's cabs of several overhead traveling cranes and from a fixed location in the workshop, in particular returned to the starting position or to the run crane can be brought up. A manual drive for the platform can also be provided.
In the embodiment of Figure 2, a mobile console cabin 20 is supported on rails 21, wel che along the one crane runway 2, to serve as a feeder vehicle between a fixed platform and the crane driver's cab 22 of an overhead crane 12 or more overhead traveling cranes. The driver's cab is arranged at such a distance from the hall side wall that the console cab 20, which is approximately at the level of the driver's cab, can move in between and make it easier to cross over. The feeder vehicle could e.g. B.
be designed just as well as a suspension armchair.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the vehicle to be brought out is itself formed as a crane driver's cab 23, which has the control apparatus suitable for each overhead crane of the crane system. This driver's cab can be mechanically coupled to the overhead traveling crane 12 to be operated and the corresponding control apparatus can be connected to the overhead traveling crane with a plug. In addition, the same Steuerappa rat can be intended to control the chassis of the driver's cab and that of the overhead crane.
If there are several overhead traveling cranes in the same system, the driver's cabs can be designed in such a way that they enable crane operators to move from one driver's cab to the other. The driver's cab can also be detached from the overhead crane to control the latter direct, z. B. can be used via contact wires or wirelessly.
