Description

Pivoting sliding window The invention relates to a pivoting sliding window with a pivot bearing located on each side of the window sash, in order to be able to pivot the pivoting sash about a horizontal axis. In known pivoting sliding windows, one half of the pivot bearing is firmly connected to the window sash, while the other half of the bearing is connected to a counterweight cable.

For the latter half of the bearing, a vertical Füh tion is provided on the fixed frame, in wel cher the bearing half engages with suitable guide means, such as pins or rollers. For the counterweight rope, pulleys are provided above in or on the fixed frame. The two pivot bearing halves were previously only connected to one another by a horizontal bolt, which had to be at a certain distance from the plane of the fixed frame in order to be able to turn the window sash by 180 in order to clean the outside. The bearing therefore extends with the connecting bolt into the interior of the room.

The relatively large distance between the connecting bolt and the fixed frame or from the vertical guides meant that the half of the bearing hanging on the rope tends to be inclined with respect to the vertical guide; The guide means of the bearing half that work together with the guide also tend to tilt in the guide because the entire weight of the swing wing had to be taken up by the laterally offset connecting bolts.

For these reasons, the wing shift can only be actuated with relative difficulty and jerkily.

On the other hand, pivot bearings are known for normal sliding windows, in which the two bearing halves are articulated by an intermediate member, the pivot pins of the intermediate member forming two axes of rotation that take effect one after the other.

In order to be able to move the pivoting sash easily in the vertical direction, it is proposed according to the invention to use the aforementioned pivot bearing with an intermediate member and two axes of rotation in an oscillating sliding window, the first axis of rotation in accordance with the vertical guide on the stationary frame or is only slightly offset to the side of this guide. As a result, the overturning moment of the half of the bearing hanging on the rope cannot occur at all or only to a very small extent.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the new pivot bearing training is shown in a pivoting sliding window, the representation being limited to the pivot bearing located on the right of the pivoting window.

1 shows part of the pivoting sliding window seen from the inside, the bearing part being shown in a vertical section.

Fig. 2 shows the window shown in a vertical section, namely along the line II-II of FIG. 1, wherein the swing sash is in geöffne ter and pushed up position.

Fig. 3 is a larger-scale interior view of the pivot bearing.

Fig. 4 shows the pivot bearing seen from the side, the sash half is in a 180 ge rotated position.

Fig. 5 is a cross-section along the line V-V of Fig. 4, with the bearing according to Fig. 3 in the closed state.

With the swing sash frame 1, a La gerhhalf 2 (hereinafter called the sash half) is firmly connected. The counterweight 4 hanging on a cable 5 is located in the stationary frame 3. The counterweight cable 5 is guided downwards via a pulley 6 in the stationary frame and is firmly connected to the second bearing half 7.

The bearing half 7 and thus the entire bearing together with the window sash 1 is therefore suspended on the counterweight rope 5. The rope 5 can also, as FIG. 4 shows, be present in a double arrangement. The ropes are firmly connected to an upper tab 9 of the second bearing half 7 by a clamping plate 8 (FIGS. 3 and 4).

The outside of the bearing half 7 has two guide rollers 10, one above the other, mounted on bolts, which, in the example shown, engage in the vertical guide 11 on the stationary frame 3, which consists of a U-shaped rail.

With the bearing half 7 is by a horizontally lying bolt 12, which represents the first axis of rotation, an intermediate member 13 is articulated, wel Ches at its free end the provided on the wing bearing half 2 bolt 14 (the second axis of rotation) carries. This second axis of rotation 14 rests in a manner known per se in the fork-shaped ausgebil Deten end of the intermediate member 13 and is secured in its position by a screw bolt 15, which acts on the axis 14 of the braking member 16 carries a known per se. The connection of the intermediate member 13 to the second bearing half 7 can be ausgebil det as a brake in a known manner.

Corresponding brake disks 17 are arranged on the first axis of rotation 12, as FIG. 5 shows. Holes 18 in the sash half are used to screw this bearing half to the sash frame 1.

In addition, the entire pivot bearing is seen ver with a known so-called forced guidance, which consists in the example shown of a formed on the bearing half 7 block 19 and a nose 20 on the sash half. Such a forced guidance has the consequence that during the sash opening movement, the sash frame half 2 together with the intermediate member 13 first rotates about the first axis of rotation 12. The forced guidance ceases when the intermediate member 13 assumes the position shown for example in FIG. 4, pivoted towards the interior of the room. This pivot angle of the intermediate member 19 can be 90 or less conditions.

A further pivoting of the intermediate member is prevented in that a designated with 21 designated edge of the intermediate member against a wink lig bent wall 22 of the bearing half 7, as can be seen from FIG.

From Fig. 5 it can be seen that the first axis of rotation 12 is arranged only slightly laterally offset to the vertical guide 11 on the fixed frame; As a result, the tilting moment of the bearing half 7 and thus that of the guide 11 on increasing side pressure is relatively small. The tilting moment is of course even lower or can be equal to zero if the local conditions allow the first axis of rotation 12 to be in correspondence with the guide 11.

From Fig. 2 it can also be seen that the swinging movement of the wing can be coupled with its lifting movement or displacement in a known manner. For this purpose, a link 23 is provided on one or both sides of the wing, the men at 24 on the one hand articulated to the fixed frame and at 25 on the other hand is articulated to the wing frame 1 is connected. The link arrangement is expediently such that the window sash is located at the upper end of the stationary frame 3 when it is pivoted by approximately 90 °. The handlebar 23 is detachably arranged on the window sash in order to be able to rotate the window sash in a known manner by means of the rotary bearing by 180.

The method of operation of the described rotary bearing, which is known per se, is known, so that a further description can be dispensed with here.

As already mentioned, the intermediate member 13 can be pivoted out by about 90, and accordingly the constrained guide 19, 20 is made longer than an intermediate member that can be pivoted out by a smaller angle. The design described has the advantage that the weight of the oscillating wing is absorbed by the first axis of rotation 12 until the intermediate member has reached the full pivoted-out position. This situation occurs at the upper end of the swing wing stroke, as can be seen from FIG. Only in this almost horizontal position of the oscillating wing does the oscillating wing weight transfer from the first to the second axis of rotation 14.

This has the advantage that corners or tilting of the bearing are prevented in the entire normal opening area of the oscillating wing.
